0.05).The cluster analysis of 20 most frequent symptoms was consistent with the frequency analysis in TCM syndrome distribution.Conclusion Age,sex has no relation with the incidence of chronic cholecystitis.TCM syndromes of stagnated heat in liver and stomach and qi stagnation in liver and stomach of chronic cholecystitis are more common.Sex,age,occupation,educational level and whether or with gallbladder stone has no relation with the distribution of TCM syndromes.

Experimental report is an important segment of the experimental teaching pro-cess.This article analyzes the current status and factors that influence the quality of experimental report,puts foreword some countermeasures on how to enhance the experimental teaching by im-proving the writing of experimental reports,in order to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of clinical experimental teaching of clinical biochemistry and laboratory.

Objective To summarize the distribution of departments,conditions of diagnosis and treatment of the syphilis patients in the general hospitals,and thus to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis of epidemiology and clinical data of 282 cases with syphilis in recent 5 years were conducted. Results The ratio of male to female was about 1:1.9.Female showed a high incidence in the 21 -50 years old,aver-age (41.68 ±0.96)years old,but for male in the 41 -70 years old,average (53.25 ±1.59)years old.The cases combined with other infectious diseases accounted to 22.0 % (62/282).The cases from the department of obstetrics and gynecology were the most (106 cases),followed by surgery (86 cases)and internal medicine (49 cases).Only 23 cases showed the clinical manifestations of syphilis in the 79 cases,which must be treated.The test rate of TRUST was only 39.0% (110/282).Furthermore,it was very low for the rate of treatment and standard treatment. Conclusion Syphilis is the most in department of obstetrics and gynecology in general hospital,and it is also com-mon in the surgery and internal medicine.The most prominent problems are that the non-special doctors had weak awareness for definite diagnosis of syphilis,and the low rate of treatment and standard treatment.

Objective To establish reference interval of hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c) determined in healthy adults in northeast Si-chuan .Methods Venous blood was pumped from 494 individuals without previously diagnosed diabetes and other critical illness . The HbA1c level ,blood routine examination ,blood lipids ,fasting plasma glucose ,liver and kidney function were measured . Reference value of HbA1c was determined by 95% confidence interval through the mean of HbA1c .Results The HbA1c level took on normal distribution in 494 healthy individuals ,and the reference interval was 4 .482% -6 .012% .There was no statistical signifi-cance of HbA1c level between different genders(t= -0 .905 ,P= 0 .366) .The levels of HbA1c in 20 - < 35 years old people , 35- <65 years old people and ≥65 years old people were(5 .109 ± 0 .150)% ,(5 .224 ± 0 .122)% ,(5 .444 ± 0 .125)% ,and the differences were statistically significant among different age group(P<0 .05) .The HbA1c level and age were positively correlated (r=0 .338 ,P<0 .01) .Conclusion It is necessary to establish appropriate reference intervals of HbA1c for different laboratories or areas .

Objective To investigate the changes of refractive status in 5-12 years old high mypoic children,and determine their visual prognosis after 5 years.Methods A total of 52 high myopic patients treated in our hospital,aged 5 years to 12 years,were enrolled in the study.Every enrolled patient underwent complete ophthalmological examinations every 6 months to 1 year,including best corrected visual acuity (BCVA),cycloplegic refraction,fundus examination and axial length measurement.Resuits The mean myopia progression of the 52 patients was (-0.66 ± 0.43) D per year.32 patients(61.5％)showed binocular progression,4 patients(7.7％)showed monocular progression,and 16 patients (30.8％) showed binocular stability.The myopic progression rate of the patients whose initial refraction from-6.0 D to-9.0 D was 86.4％,from-9.0 D to-12.0 D was 68.8％,and ＞-12.0 D was 42.9％,respectively,there were obvious differences (P ＜ 0.05).The myopic progression rate of the patients who had family history of high myopia was 88.2％,and no family history was 60.0％,there was obvious difference (P ＜ 0.05).The myopic progression rates were not significant different between different age level and different sex (all P ＞ 0.05).41 patients (78.8％) of high myopes demonstrated a final BCVA ≥ 0.5 in both eyes,and 34 patients(65.4％) ≥0.8.The rates of patients whose fmal BCVA ≥0.5 in both eyes were 95.5％,75.0％ and 57.1％ for whose initial refraction were from-6.0 D to-9.0 D,from-9.0 D to-12.0 D and ＞-12.0 D,respectively,there was obvious difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The 5-12 years old high myopic children will progress in a relatively quick level every year.The initial refraction level and family history of high myopia are risk factors associated with myopia progression.Most of high myopic children will have a relatively good vision.

Objective To prepare insulin-containing chitosan-thioglycollic acid conjugates microspheres and evaluate their hypoglycemic effect.Methods The insulin-containing chitosan-thioglycollic acid conjugates microspheres were prepared by the dry-in-oil method using the chitosan-thioglycollic acid conjugates which the content of thiol group was 983?mol?g-1.The hypoglycemic effect of the microsphere was evaluated by drug release test in vitro and hypoglycemic test on hyperglycemic rats.Results The insulin-containing chitosan-thioglycollic acid conjugates microspheres with an average diameter of 13?m were administered by intraduodenal and intraileal application,and gave visible decrease in plasma glucose level in 4h at a dose of 20IU?kg-1.The relative bioavailability of the latter compared to hypodermic injection was 29.9%.Couclusion The results showed that the bioavailability of oral insulin could be facilitated by insulin-containing chitosan-thioglycollic acid conjugates microspheres,and good biological availability was obtained when the microspheres were administered by intraileal application.

A new urine analysis core module based on high performance 32-bit microprocessor and high precision color sensor was presented. A novel optical structure and a specific circuit were applied to improve measurement precision and temperature was used to compensate for results in this core module. The information of urine test peice, such as all original data and color RGB value, reflectivity, semi-quantitative level, etc. can be output. The results showed that the measuring precision was about 95% or above with ideal stability and reliability using this presented core module, which can be conveniently applied in various urine analyzers, and can greatly decrease the cost of urine analyzers in development and production.

Objective To investigate the prevalence of diabetes and prediabetes in northeast Sichuan area.Methods A total of 8 053 adult residents(over 18 years old)from the hospital who had underwent physical examination were recruited in the study.The concentrations of Fasting plasma glucose(FPG),glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1C)and blood lipids were measured.Diabetes and prediabetes were defined according to the 2013 American Diabetes Association criteria.Results The FPG and HbA1C concentra-tions increased with age.The overall prevalence of diabetes and prediabetes were estimated to be 8.5% and 39.6% in the adult pop-ulation in northeast sichuan area respectively.The prevalence of diabetes and prediabetes in men were significantly higher than those in women(10.7% vs.5.7%,41.5% vs.37.2%,P <0.05,respectively).Furthermore,the prevalence of diabetes increased with age,and the prevalence of prediabetes had a trend of first enhancement followed by a decline.Conclusion The prevalence of diabe-tes and prediabetes are relatively high in northeast Sichuan area.

Objective Research on the relation between the content of thiol group in chitosan-thioglycolic acid conjugates and in vitro adhesion. Methods Prepared chitosan-thioglycolic acid conjugates with different content of thiol group,and determined the swelling behavior,instant detachment force between test disc and mucosa,recorded the maximum detachment force(MDF),and calculated the total work of adhesion(TWA)of these samples.Results The relation between the content of thiol groups and in vitro adhesion of the chitosan-thioglycolic acid conjugates was positive correlation, the adhesion of the polymer increased along with the content of thiol group,but the rate decreased.Conclusion The adhesion of chitosan-thioglycolic acid conjugates with higher content of thiol gyoup was far more stronger than chitosan.

Objective To compare the relationship between the enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) reagent and West‐ern blot(WB) confirmation reagent for analyzing the quality lever of human T‐cell lymphotropic virus(HTLV) detection reagent . Methods The WB confirmation reagent was used to detect anti‐HTLV antibody in 156 human serum samples of ELISA prelimina‐ry screening positive .The ELISA cut‐off value(optimal value) was selected by using the two‐graph receiver operating characteristics (TG‐ROC) analytical method .The two‐by‐two table analysis was constructed to analyze the consistency of results detected by the two methods ,moreover the McNemar test was used to evaluate the consistency of detection results .The quality level of HTLV de‐tection reagent was comprehensively evaluated .Results Among 156 serum samples of ELISA preliminary screening positive ,only 40 samples were positive by the WB confirmation ,and other 116 samples were negative .The sensitivity and specificity of ELISA de‐tection reagent obtained by TG‐ROC analysis were 97 .5% and 45 .7% respectively ,the TG‐ROC test also indicated that the detec‐tion results had significant difference between ELISA and WB(P<0 .05) .By adjusting the cut‐off value ,the sensitivity and specific‐ity of ELISA were increased to 88 .8% (parametric method) .In the comparison of the parametric method and the non‐parametric method ,the obtained areas under the curve(AUC) was 0 .923 5(parametric method) ,their results were basically consistent .Conclu‐sion Although above results indicate that the detection results of ELISA reagent are different from those of WB ,but adjusting the cut off value can increase its sensitivity and specificity ,thus increases the reliability of diagnosis result .
