Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma resistin level and insulin resistance in the patients with cerebrovascular disease.Methods Fasting plasma resistin and insulin (INS) protein levels were determined by ELISA method in 50 patients with atherothrombotic cerebral infarction (ACI), 36 patients with lacunar infarction (LI), 36 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) and 46 healthy control subjects. Blood glucose, blood lipid, blood pressure, height and weight were measured. Objective To study the effects of hyperglycemia plasma glucose and insulin intervention on the cerebral injury after ischemia-reperfusion in rats.Methods 160 male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups:sham operation group,normal plasma glucose group,hyperglycemia group and insulin intervention group(40 rats in each group).The rats of hyperglycemia and insulin intervention groups were given STZ to induce hyperglycemia model.All the rats except for those in the sham operation group were subjected to right middle cerebral artery occlusion and then reperfusion.The reperfusion was started at 1 h,6 h,12 h and 24 h after 2 h ischemia.The neurologic functional scores,infarct volume and numbers of neuron apoptosis of the rats were analyzed with the neurological severity score(NSS),TTC staining assay and TUNEL method,respectively after the 2ats wake up.Results Compared with normal plasma glucose group,worse neurological function score,larger infarct size and more number of apoptotic neurons were found in hyperglycemia group at the same reperfusion time(all P

4.Comparison of the effect of tigrine and clopidogrel in PCI in patients with STEMI

Objective To comparison of the effect of tigrine and clopidogrel in PCI in patients with STEMI .Methods 118 cases of routine PCI in patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction from March 2014 to May 2014 in our hospital were select, according to random number table method to all of the patients were randomly divided into clopidogrel group (group A) and tigrine group(group B), preoperative group A received 300 mg of aspirin combined with 600 mg of clopidogrel for treatment,group B received 300 mg aspirin combined with 180g of tigrolipine for preoperative treatment.Compared the two groups of patients with intraoperative infarct-related artery myocardial infarction thrombolytic test three blood flow and 1.5 hours after ST segment fall, postoperative heart B in the situation, the incidence of dyspnea, adverse cardiac events, bleeding events.Results The incidence of ST segment depression and the incidence of ST segment depression in group B were significantly higher than those in group A (t=12.234,χ2 =7.829,P<0.05).One month after surgery, B group of patients with LVEF value was significantly higher than the A group (t=5.393,P<0.05);there was no significant difference in LVDD between the two groups.The incidence of dyspnea and immediate TIMI grade 3 blood flow in group B were 24.6% and 88.5%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in group A and 8.8% and 68.4% (χ2 =4.293,χ2 =4.392,P<0.05). The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events was 19.3% in group A, which was significantly higher than that in group B (χ2 =2.193,P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of bleeding between the two groups.Conclusion The use of STEMI patients underwent PCI surgery ticagrelor treatment, in case of the risk of bleeding can effectively improve the patient's myocardial reperfusion and prognosis does not increase , the increased incidence of immediate thrombolysis in myocardial infarction patients in the three grade .

Hypoxia-inducible factors 1α (HIF-1α) is the key cellular oxygen-sensitive transcription factors that could activate diverse pathways in regulating cellular metabolism,angiogenesis,proliferation and migration,enabling a cell to generate adaptive responses to a low oxygen or hypoxic environment.HIF-1 α has been shown to play an important role in the pathogenesis of multiple liver diseases.This review explores the impact of HIF1α on liver ischemia-reperfusion injury and liver transplantation as well as its mechanism.

Objective To explore the clinical features of hepatolenticular degeneration (HLD) with hemolytic anemia as the first manifestation, and its relationship with ichthyosis.Method The clinical manifestations, course, diagnosis, and treatment of HLD combined with ichthyosis in one child who presented with hemolytic anemia as the ifrst manifestation, were retrospectively analyzed.Results In ten-year-old girl, the ifrst symptom was fatigue and jaundice, and then progressed to abdominal distension 5 days after admission. The reticulocyte percentage was 8.5%. Coombs test was negative. The K-F rings appeared on the cornea. The CT scan of Abdomen showed pleural and peritoneal effusion, abnormal substance deposition in liver and splenomegaly. There were mutations inATP7B andTGM1 genes, both of which were located on fourteenth of chromosomes. The diagnosis of HLD combined with ichthyosis was conifrmed. After symptomatic and supportive treatments such as removal of copper, prevention of the copper absorption and supplement of vitamin A, the disease was brought to remission.Conclusion HLD with hemolytic anemia as the ifrst manifestation, combined with ichthyosis was extremely rare.
8.The characteristics and value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of thyroid microcarcinoma

Objective To investigate the role of gray-scale sonography in the diagnosis of thyroid microcarcinoma(TMC).Methods The sonographic characteristics of 58 TMC and 61 benign thyroid nodules(≤1 cm)were retrospectively reviewed and compared with each other.The size,echogenicity,internal solid/cystic component,configuration,anteroposterior to transverse dimension ratio(A/T),margin,halo sign and calcification type of the nodules were studied.Statistical analysis was performed using the chi-square test.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and accuracy of individual sonographic characteristics were calculated respectively.Results In ultrasonography,TMC manifested as marked hypoechoic in 48.3%,solid lesion in 98.3%,irregular-shape in 74.1%,irregular halo sign in 37.0%,with internal microcalcifications in 62.1%.There were significantly statistical differences between the benign and malignant nodules in those findings (P<0.001).However,there was no obviously statistical difference in the obscure margin.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were 86.2%,77.0% and 81.5% respectively when using marked internal hypoechoic echo,A/T≥1 and microcalcification as a new combined criterior.Conclusions The gray-scale sonographic findings between the small benign and malignant thyroid nodules(≤1 cm)are different.Combining these sonographic signs can significantly improve diagnostic value of TMC.
9.Clinical significance of serum B7-H4 protein levels in epithelial ovarian cancer

Serum B7-H4 protein levels were measured by enzyme-link immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 62 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer, 20 patients with benign ovarian diseases, and 30healthy subjects.Serum B7-H4 protein levels in epithelial ovarian cancer, benign ovarian diseases and normal controls were 0.72(0.32,1.88 )μg/L, (0.45±0.21)μg/L,(0.38 ± 0.19 ) μg/L respectively (P<0.01).The serum level of B7-H4 protein in epithelial ovarian carcinoma was correlated with FIGO stages, lymph node metastasis, histological grade and histological types ( all P < 0.01 ), but not with menopause and ascites (P>0.05).The receiver operating characteristics curve analysis revealed that B7-H4protein had a sensitivity and specificity of 69% (43/62)and 86%(43/50) for diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer.
10.Application of decellularized scaffold combined with loaded nanoparticles for heart valve tissue engineering in vitro.

The purpose of this study was to fabricate decelluarized valve scaffold modified with polyethylene glycol nanoparticles loaded with transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1), by which to improve the extracellular matrix microenvironment for heart valve tissue engineering in vitro. Polyethylene glycol nanoparticles were obtained by an emulsion-crosslinking method, and their morphology was observed under a scanning electron microscope. Decelluarized valve scaffolds, prepared by using trypsinase and TritonX-100, were modified with nanoparticles by carbodiimide, and then TGF-β1 was loaded into them by adsorption. The TGF-β1 delivery of the fabricated scaffold was measured by asing enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Whether unseeded or reseeded with myofibroblast from rats, the morphologic, biochemical and biomechanical characteristics of hybrid scaffolds were tested and compared with decelluarized scaffolds under the same conditions. The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay revealed a typical delivery of nanoparticles. The morphologic observations and biological data analysis indicated that fabricated scaffolds possessed advantageous biocompatibility and biomechanical property beyond decelluarized scaffolds. Altogether this study proved that it was feasible to fabricate the hybrid scaffold and effective to improve extracellular matrix microenvironment, which is beneficial for an application in heart valve tissue engineering.
