Objective To know the attitude about palliative care and its influence factors in nurses. Methods Interviewed 8 nurses deeply by qualitative research to know their attitude about pallia-tive care. Results 4 theme, including 9 subtheme were found: nurses' negative emotion caused by job; imperfect of special organization and criterion; characteristics of nursing work. Conclusions Hospital managers should enhance training of nurses' coping capacity with bad feelings, death education and culti-vation of empathy; improve medicare system;develop palliative care routine ; establish palliative care orga-nizations, and relieve nurses' job burden and increase wages.

Aim To determine the roles of peripheral ? 1 and ? 2 -adrenoceptors (? 1-AR,? 2-AR) in inhibition of carotid sinus barore ceptor reflex(CSR) induced by intracerebroventricular injection (icv) of histami ne (HA).Methods The left and right carotid sinus regions were i solated from the systemic circulation in 22 male Sprague-Dawley rats anesthetiz ed with pentobarbital sodium. The intracarotid sinus pressure (ISP) was altered in a stepwise ma nner in vivo.ISP-mean arterial pressure (MAP) relationship curve and its ch aracteristic parameters were constructed by fitting to the logistic function wit h five parameters. The changes in CSR performance induced by icv HA and the effec ts of pretreatment with ? 1-AR or ? 2-AR selective antagonist into the per ipheral vein on the responses of CSR to HA were examined. Results icv microinjection of HA (60 ?mol?L -1 in 5 ?l) significantly shifted the ISP-MAP relationship curve upwards (P0.05).Conclusion The intracerebroventricular administration of HA results in a rapid resetting of CSR and a decrease in reflex sensitivity, and the functions of both the peripheral ? 1-AR and ? 2-AR may attenuate CSR resetting induced by icv microinjection of HA. Furthermore, the peripheral ? 1-AR might play an important role in mediating the responses of CSR to central HA.

Objective To assess the prevalence and severity of burnout in medical staffs, and investigate associated demographic, perceived social support and job burnout. Methods Totally 618 medical staffs form Sichuan province people's hospital were selected by the systematic sampling method, and were tested by general state questionnaire, job burnout questionnaire and perceived social support scale. Results ①The prevalence of job burnout was 75.6%,including mild job burnout (36.1%),moderate (32.2%),severe (7.3%).②The scores of emotional exhaustion in the female medical staffs(20.50±8.35) was higher than the male medical staffs (19.07±7.76,P<0.05).Divorced medical staffs had higher scores(18.28±7.13) than that of single and married medical staffs (15.05±5.00) in low personal accomplishment (P< 0.01).The medical personnel of different ages were statistically significant difference in total job burnout scores, emotional exhaustion and depersonalisation (F=4.475,3.061,3.942,all P<0.05).The medical personnel of different post, professional title and working years were statistically significant difference in total job burnout scores and emotional exhaustion (F=6.920,13.968; 3.506,3.391;3.190,3.300,all P< 0.05).The medical personnel of different educational attainment were statistically significant difference in total job burnout scores, emotional exhaustion and low personal accomplishment(F=6.218,2.837,2.850,all P<0.05).)Correlation analysis found that emotional exhaustion, depersonalisation, low personal accomplishment and total job burnout respectively with family support, friend support, and other support and total social support was significantly negative correlation (r=-0.126~-0.403,P<0.01).④Regression analysis showed that education, family and friends support were protective factors for total job burnout(OR=-0.248,95% CI =0.625-0.975 ; OR=-0.084,95% CI =0.862-0.980 ; OR=-0.091,95% CI =0.860-0.968 ; all P<0.05).Conclusion The prevalence of job burnout is high in medical staffs. The medical staffs of different sex, age, title, jobs, education, working years, marital status are showed the differences job burnout scores, which is closely related to the perceived social support.

Objective:To explore the application effect of blended learning in clinical practice of undergraduate students majoring in medical imaging diagnosis. Methods:A total of 60 undergraduate students majoring in medical imaging diagnosis who practiced in the Department of Radiology of Chongqing General Hospital from 2017 to 2019 were selected as subjects. The students were divided into experimental group and control group, each with 30 students. During the internship, the experimental group adopted the blended learning, including lecture-based learning, case-based learning, problem-based learning and team-based learning according to different teaching scenarios. While the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode. At the end of the internship, the test scores of the two groups of intern students were compared, and the satisfaction degree of the teaching was investigated by questionnaire. SPSS 19.0 was used to conduct t-test and Chi-square test. Results:The score of theoretical knowledge examination in the experimental group was (90.27±5.38) points, and that in the control group was (83.13±7.57) points. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( t=4.21, P<0.001). The score of imaging analysis examination in the experimental group was (90.07 ± 4.80) points, and that in the control group was (82.13±8.71) points. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( t=4.37, P<0.001). The results of the satisfaction survey showed that the overall satisfaction with teaching was 76.7% (23/30) in the experimental group and 50.0% (15/30) in the control group, with statistically significant difference ( χ2= 6.57, P=0.037). Conclusion:The blended learning has a good effect in the teaching of undergraduate students majoring in medical imaging diagnosis.
