OBJECTIVE:To explore and analyze signals of Xiyanping injection-induced urticaria from spontaneous reporting system database of Jiangxi province. METHODS:The continuous ADR report monitoring data were collected from spontaneous re-porting system of Jiangxi province, and established database. Bayesian confidence propagation neural network(BCPNN) method was used to calculate information component,IC value of Xiyanping injection-induced urticaria. The year-to-year changes of IC val-ue and its interval were analyzed. RESULTS:A total of 328324 ADR reports were collected in Jiangxi province during 2004-2016. The IC value of Xiyanping injection-induced urticaria detected by BCPNN method was 1.10(the lower limit of IC value was 0.65, and upper limit was 1.54),i.e. there was signal and the IC value ranged from-0.87 to 1.65. CONCLUSIONS:The results of BCPNN method suggest that urticaria is a warning signal of Xiyanping injection. The risk is increasing gradually, and prediction precision increase with the addition of report quantity.

Objective To make analysis and diagnosis on backhand twist technique used by player A, who is the leading men’s player of national table tennis team, so as to provide references for improving his backhand twist technique. Methods The three-dimensional kinematics test and analysis were used. The backhand twist techniques of player A and those of player B who has good backhand twist techniques were compared by quantitative data and picture analysis. Results At the stage of swinging racket backward, the racket swing amplitude, shoulder angle and wrist angle of player A were significantly smaller than those of player B. The roll angle of trunk of player A was significantly larger than that of player B. At the stage of swinging and hitting the ball, the shoulder angle, elbow angle of player A were significantly bigger than those of player B, while the increasing amplitude of shoulder angle and elbow angle, as well as the changing amplitude in roll angle of trunk of Lin Guoyuan were significantly smaller than those of player B. At the stage of swinging racket forward, the shoulder angle and elbow angle of player A were significantly bigger than those of player B. The increasing amplitude of shoulder angle and elbow angle, as well as the roll angle of trunk and its changing amplitude of player A were significantly smaller than those of player B. Conclusions The racket swing amplitude of player A was smaller, and the distance between the racket and the ball of player A was close at the end of swinging racket backward stage. During swinging and hitting the ball stage, the hitting point was far from the body, the shoulder joint was not stable enough to support, so that the wrist was used more. The center of gravity was not enough to force forward, and the outburst power was not concentrated. At swinging racket forward stage, player A’s braking was not active enough, which affected the stability of hitting the ball. At hitting the ball stage, the torsion of the trunk was smaller, and the waist power was not concentrated. On the basis of unaffecting the forehand outburst power, player A should slightly adjust his backhand twisting technique, or appropriately increase the the racket swing amplitude and torsion of the body. In the process of hitting the ball, the sequence of outburst power was the waist, the forearm and the wrist.

Chinese president Xi Jinping made clear at the National Health and Wellness Conference that health is the prerequisite for people's all-around development and a precondition for the sustainable development of China. Oral health is an indispensable component of overall health in humans. However, the long neglect of oral health in overall health agendas has made oral diseases an increasing concern. With this perspective, we described the global challenges of oral diseases, with an emphasis on the challenges faced by China. We also described and analyzed the recently released health policies of the Chinese government, which aim to guide mid-term and long-term oral health promotion in China. More importantly, we called for specific actions to fulfill the larger goal of oral health for the nation. The implementation of primordial prevention efforts against oral diseases, the integration of oral health into the promotion of overall health, and the management of oral diseases in conjunction with other chronic non-communicable diseases with shared risk factors were highly recommended. In addition, we suggested the reform of standard clinical residency training, the development of domestic manufacturing of dental equipment and materials, the revitalization traditional Chinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of oral diseases, and integration of oral health promotion into the Belt and Road Initiative. We look forward to seeing a joint effort from all aspects of the society to fulfill the goal of Healthy China 2030 and ensure the oral health of the nation.
