Objective To further understand the cellular events of myocarditis,we have examined the myocardial mitochondria structure and activity of ATPase in mice with myocarditis,and observe the interventional effect of different doses of carptopril.Methods Sixty male Balb/c mice were randomly divided into 5 groups:infected coxsackie B3 virus(CVB3)group,infected CVB3 and treated with carptopril(in a dose of 10,30,or 100 mg/kg,twice a day)groups and control group.Captopril was administered after infection.The activity of Na+-K+-adenosine triphosphatase(Na+-K+-ATPase)and Ca2+-adenosine triphosphatase(Ca2+-ATPase)of myocardial mitochondrial as well as the morphological of myocardial mitochondrial were investigated on day 14.Results The activity of mitochondrial Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase were significantly higher(Pa0.05).Conclusions The favorable effects of captopril exerts on myocyte mitochondria were shown in a dose-dependent manner.Thirty and 100 mg/kg,twice a day captopril protecs the membrane integrity and thus plays a role at the recovery of depressed mitochondrial Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase activity and also in myocytes injury.

The kinase domain of receptor tyrosine kinase(RTK) ErbB2 was expressed fused with GFP in Pichia pastoris. Recombinant expression vector pPIC3.5K was constructed in Escherichia coli TOP10. The right P. pastoris transformants were screened on his-deficient plates and YPD-G418 plates by turns after electroporation of recombinant vector, and then induced by methanol in baffled shake bottles. The strain with highest protein yield was scaled up in a 5 L fermentor. Recombinant protein was analyzed with tyrosine kinase assay after Ni2+ affinity chromatograph. Results showed that the 100 kD recombinant protein with tyrosine kinase activity was successfully expressed in P. pastoris.

OBJECTIVE To attend to the importance and issues of using the enzyme cleaner for the reprocessing of medical instrument. METHODS The principle, usage, precautions, and the selection of enzyme cleaner were analyzed. RESULTS The cleaning of the medical instrument must use the liquid enzyme detergent that has the following characters: clear solution, no or low foam, free rinsing, flexibilities to the water temperature, and no limitation to the water quality. CONCLUSIONS For successful cleaning of the medical instrument the use of the high-quality enzyme cleaner is required. A complete cleaning of the medical instrument is the first step to assure the quality of disinfection, sterilization, and the infection control.

Objective:To investigate the distribution and evolution of immunocytes in infantile hemangioma(IH).Methods:Fifty-two infantile hemangioma samples were investigate.The distribution of CD3+T cells,CD8+T cells and S-100+dendritic cell(DC) in IH was observed with.Results:CD3+T cell was not found among the earliest IH.In the middle proliferating stage,the number of CD3+T cells increased;But the CD8+T cells were still scare.In the late proliferating stage,there were many CD3+T cells and the number of CD8+T cells also increased.In the early involuting stage,there were still a number of CD3+ and CD8+ T cells around the microvessels.In the middle involuting and involuted stage,only a few of CD3+T cells and CD8+ T cells existed.In the early proliferating stage,there were some DC in IH.During the middle and late proliferating stage,the number of DC increased significantly.Since the early involuting stage,the DCs decreased rapidly and disappeared.Conclusion:The distribution of T cells and its subsets and DC have close relationship with the pathologic evolution of infantile hemangioma.

The definition of critical quality attributes of Chinese materia medica ( CMM) was put forward based on the top-level design concept. Nowadays, coupled with the development of rapid analytical science, rapid assessment of critical quality attributes of CMM was firstly carried out, which was the secondary discipline branch of CMM. Taking near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy as an example, which is a rapid analytical technology in pharmaceutical process over the past decade, systematic review is the chemometric parameters in NIR model evaluation. According to the characteristics of complexity of CMM and trace components analysis, a multi-source information fusion strategy of NIR model was developed for assessment of critical quality attributes of CMM. The strategy has provided guideline for NIR reliable analysis in critical quality attributes of CMM.

Many species of bacteria are may resistant to a certain disinfectant, and a species of bacterium is may resistant to many disinfectant Disinfectant selectivity pressure is the extrinsic agent of bacterial disinfectant resistance. Resistance mechanisms include bacterial biochemistry structure, genetics pathway and enzymology pathway. There is relationship in disinfectant resistance and drug resistance. We should strengthen study and monitoring, enact unified standard and application specification to reduce bacterial disinfectant resistance.

Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of CK20 mRNA expression in the blood of gastric cancer patients. Methods Expression of CK20 mRNA was detected by FQ-PCR in preoperative peripheral blood, tumour drainage blood and postoperative peripheral blood in 55 gastric patients and 60 blood donors.Results There was no positive expression of CK20 mRNA of peripheral blood in 60 healthy blood donors.The expression rate of CK20 mRNA was 45.45% in preoperative peripheral blood.The expression rate was higher in stage Ⅲ Ⅳ than stage ⅠⅡ patients ( P

Objective To analyze the influence factors of medical staff blood-bome occupational exposure by structural equation modeling,in order to improve medical staff of blood-borne occupational exposure protection performance of the system to provide the theory basis for operation.Methods The influence factors of medical staff blood-borne occupational exposure and their correlation were analyzed by exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling fitting.Results Model fitting was ideal,hospital decision-makers and department management directly affected the behavior intention of medical staff,department management greatly influenced by the behavioral intention to the medical personnel,path coefficient was 0.27.Hospital decision-makers of behavioral intention to the medical personnel directly affect smaller,path coefficient was 0.03,but its indirect impact on behavioral intention by department management.Behavioral intention of occupational exposure protection action,the path coefficient was 0.80,behavioral intention determined the basic medical personnel blood-borne occupational exposure protection behavior.Conclusions Hospital should improve the system of standards and to establish effective communication channels,at the same time enhance the care ability.Enforcement departments should improve the standard system,equipped with adequate safety equipment,for the medical staff to provide the best working environment,so as to improve the medical staff of blood-borne occupational exposure protection behavior compliance.

Objective To systematically analyze and evaluate the intervention effect of foreign and domestic research about needlestick injuries in medical staffs and provide the basis for reducing the rate of occupational exposure of medical staffs.Methods The intervention study of needlestick injuries in medical staffs between 1981 and 2013 were collected in CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and PubMed databases,Metaanalysis was conducted for the included studies by RevMan5.2 software.According to I2 and P value heterogeneity was determined,choose a fixed or random effect model to analyze and merge the data to measure the effect of the intervention by OR and 95％ confidence intervals (C I).Results The total of included studies was 19,the number of the intervention group and the control group was 20 592 and 19 855,the OR and 95％ CI of intervention effect as shown below:comprehensive intervention OR=0.40,CI 95％ (0.27～0.59),education and training OR=0.24,CI 95％ (0.11～0.55),safety management OR=0.09,CI 95％ (0.06～0.13),engineering intervention OR=0.30,CI 95％ (0.16～0.55),safe operation OR=0.15,CI 95％ (0.09～0.26).The intervention group and the control group were statistically significant on reducing the incidence of needlestick injuries.Conclusions Education and training,safety management,engineering intervention,and safe operation can reduce the incidence of needlestick injuries,improve the quality of life of medical staffs.
