Objective To construct a design of northwest region army pilot health management based on modularization, which will provide basis for the management of army pilot health management. Methods Using Delphi method, three rounds of questionnaires were done within 30 experts, to build the design of northwest region army pilot health management based on modularization, which contained information module, management module, implementation module, update module and system flow module. Results The experts′ authority coefficient was 0.850, coefficient of determination was 0.865, and familiar coefficient was 0.870. The design of northwest region army pilot health management was determined to contain 5 first-level indicators, 19 secondary indexes. The coordination coefficients of the three level indicators were 0.624 and 0.543,respectively, and the contrast of coordination coefficients had statistical significance (P < 0.01). Conclusions The design of northwest region army pilot health management based on modularization constructed by Delphi method is proved to be scientific, reliable and practical, which can provide the basis for the health management of northwest region army pilot.

Proteolytic degradation has been a severe problem when Pichia pastoris is employed to express recombinant proteins. One alternative method to circumvent this problem is to construct protease gene disruptant. However, the main study of gene disruption is focused on nonrecombinant Pichia pastoris rather than recombinant strain. In our study,we established two different methods to directly disrupt PRC1 and KEX1 gene in recombinant Pichia pastoris. On the basis of this,we further discussed and compared the application and advantages of both methods.

Objective To investigate whether CD4~+CD25~(high)regulatory T cells(tregs)were increased in the tumor tissue and peripheral blood of prostate cancer patients. Methods The prevalence of CD4~+CD25~(high)regulatory T cells inside the prostate tumor was detected compared with benign tissue from the same prostate.Furthermore, the frequency of CD4~+CD25~(high)regulatory T cells in peripheral blood was detected in prostate cancer patients compared with normal donors. Results Moreover,CD4~+CD25~(high)regulatory T cells from blood and supernatants from cultured prostate tumor tissue samples exhibited immunosuppressive function in vitro.CD4~+CD25~(high)T normal peripheral blood cells were found for the ratio was(0.5?0.1)%.Lower than the proportion of T cells in peripheral blood of patients with CD4~+CD25~(high)was(2.3?0.7)%,P

To investigate the problem and solution strategy of the clinical medical education of foreign students by applying the simulation teaching in Ob/Gyn clinical clerkship of foreign students. It demonstrates that combing the simulation teaching for diagnosis and treatment with the heuristic teaching can help the student overcome language barrier, the lack of basic theoretical knowledge and shortage of clinical teaching resources and it's of great significance in clinical medical education of foreign students.

ObjectiveTo analyze and summarize the feasibility and characteristics of the posterior spinal canal reduction and fixation in treating mid-upper thoracic spine facture.MethodsA retrospective study was made on 17 patients with mid-upper thoracic spine facture to record the complication, compare the functions of the patients with complete and incomplete spinal cord injuries before and after surgery and examine the iatrogenic injury in patients without spinal cord injuries.ResultsNo complication happened after surgery.Incomplete injury was found in six patients, whose ASIA scales were found to be increased for 1-3 levels during the follow-up.While the complete injury was found in eight patients, whose ASIA scale remained unchanged during the follow-up.The sensory scores of both the incomplete injury group and complete injury group were processed with variance analysis and the results showed a significant difference between pre-operation and post-operation (F = 476.47, P = 0.000).The mean value between complete injury group and incomplete group was with high statistical difference (F = 31.46, P =0.000).The variance analysis of the motor scores showed a significant difference between before and after operation (F=46.75, P =0.000) and the mean value between complete and incomplete injury groups was with statistical difference (F = 158.59, P = 0.000).There were three patients with normal spinal cord function, with no decrease of ASIA scale or no change of the sensory and motor scores.ConclusionsFor patients with mid-upper thoracic spine fracture, posterior spinal surgery is conducive to the recovery of spinal function, for it can safely and effectively avoid worsening the thoracic and other combined injuries and release spinal pressure including the pressure in front part of the spinal cannal.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the application of antibacterials in patients accepted operation in grass-roots(hospitals),so to standardize the application of antibacterials and cut down the medical cost.METHODS Full-time administrators for nosocomial infection investigated the application of antibacterials in patients who accepted(operation) in Sep 2004,and filled in the questionnaires.RESULTS In 1 383 cases of 11 hospitals the application rate of antibacterials was 98.63%;in which 86.50% were for prophylactic usage and 13.50% for therapeutic usage;(29.90%) for single antibiotics treatment and 50.15% for bigeminy,18.70% were for trigeminy.Time of(application) differentiated(6.90,7.00,6.60d) fromⅠto Ⅲ kinds of operation.Per capita cost of antibacterials was $956.50(47.60%).CONCLUSIONS High cost of antibacterials results from such factors as multiple kinds, long time and(combined) application.
