3.Clinical observation on the spleen-preserving surgery in the treatment of 47 patients with traumatic rupture
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2012;19(6):820-821
ObjectiveTo explore the feasibility and safety of the spleen-preserving surgery in the treatment of traumatic rupture.Methods47 patients with traumatic rupture were treated with spleen-preserving surgery:the biological glue which local physical bleeding had 7 cases, suture repair had 13 cases, splenic artery ligation had 10 cases, splenic artery ligation and splenic repair had 9 cases, partial splenectomy had 8 cases.Results47 patients had four cases of infection, and cured after dressing,1 case had postoperative bleeding symptoms and used splenectomy surgery.46 patients with spleen-preserving operation is successful, the average length of stay was 15 days, there is no deaths. After 6 months, all patients used abdominal B-utrasoundor CT scans to confirm the survival of spleen is good and indicator of the examination is normal.Follow-up of these patients had no dangerous infections and complications.ConclusionSpleen-preserving surgery in the treatment of traumatic rupture was safe, feasible, could retain the greatest degree of function, and could be used in clinical practice.
5.The newest developments of the study on anti-HIV drugs.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(5):509-515
Besides 36 (28 single-tablets and 8 fixed-dose combinations) used antiretroviral drugs clinically, there are a number of investigational antiretroviral agents currently in phase 2-3 clinical trial. Tenofoviralafenamidefumarate (TAF) is a novel nucleoside analogue reverse transcriptase inhibitor that is potent and less toxicity than tenofovir (TDF). Doravirine is a non-nucleoside analogue reverse transcriptase inhibitor that demonstrates activity against NNRTI-resistant viral strains. GSK744 is an integrase inhibitor with a long acting preparation. In addition, several drugs with new mechanisms are also noted, for example, BMS-663 068 is a small molecule CD4 attachment inhibitors and cenicriviroc is a novel CCR5/CCR2 antagonist with antiretroviral activity and anti-inflammatory effects. Several drug classes that target known pathways in HIV latency have being developed, and leading the list are histone deacetylase inhibitors. Other agents include protein kinase C activators, positive transcription elongation factor activators, DNA methyl-transferase inhibitors and histone methyl-transferase inhibitors and so on. This review is focused on the above-mentioned drug candidates that may be used in clinical in next couple of years and those compounds that can reverse latent HIV infections.

6.Application of Next-generation Sequencing Techniques in the Dynamics of HIV-1 Quasispecies.
Chinese Journal of Virology 2015;31(5):573-578
In the last decade, next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology, which is characterized by being high-throughput, rapid, sensitive, and accurate, has developed rapidly. Main components of NGS are platforms: 454 sequencing; illumina sequencing; ion torrent sequencing; SOLID sequencing. NGS is used widely for the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-1. In this review, we focus on applications of the dynamics of HIV-1 quasispecies.

8.Effects of electroacupuncture on chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(1):25-28
Objective To investigate the effects of electroacupuncture at Neiguan point (PC6) and Jianshi point (PC5) combined with granisetron on chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting. Methods Seventy-two tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy were randomly divided into an electroacupuncture group (38 patients) and a false electroacupuncture group (34 patients). The electroacupuncture group received electroacupuncture at PC6 and PC5 (1 h, bid) combined with granisetron (3 mg, i.v.) 30 min before chemotherapy, and repeat one time after 12 h. The false electroacupuncture group received electroacupunctur at false PC6 and false PC5, and other treatment same as the electroacupuncture group. Both groups were treated for 3 days. The nausea and vomiting frequencies and clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The vomiting frequency in the electroacupuncture group was significantly lower than that in the false electroacupuncture group on day 2 (0.37 ± 0.75 vs. 1.12 ± 2.13;t=2.034, P=0.046). The nausea degree in the electroacupuncture group was significantly lower than that in the false electroacupuncture group on day 2 (1.21 ± 0.93 vs. 1.88 ± 0.59;t=3.596, P=0.001) and day 3 (1.26 ± 0.92 vs. 1.68 ± 0.53; t=2.293, P=0.025). The total effective rate in the electroacupuncture group was significantly higher than those in the false electroacupuncture group on day 2 (76.3% vs. 64.7%; χ2=12.390, P=0.006) and day 3 (73.7%vs. 64.7%;χ2=12.313, P=0.006). Conclusions Electroacupuncture at PC6 and PC5 combined with granisetron can attenuate chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting.

Coblation is a new technology widely used in the otolaryngology in recent years. This article described the principle, indications, methods and advantages which the coblation was used in pharynx and throat diseases in children. It's a safe, effective and minimally invasive way.
10.Research in influencing factors of medication safety of elderly with chronic diseases in poor areas of Liaoning Province based on structural equation model
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2016;32(16):1210-1214
Objective To analyze the recent condition on medication safety of the elderly with chronic diseases in poor areas of Liaoning Province, the structural equation model(SEM) was used to investigate the influencing factors of the medication safety in order to provide the scientific basis for medication safety and the rational use of drugs. Methods The 1 690 elderly with chronic diseases in poor areas of Liaoning Province were selected by the multi-stage random sampling and investigated with the self-designed questionnaire, the database was established on SPSS17.0, the model of structural equation modeling was built by AMOS17.0. Results The four common factors, which were the knowledge, attitude, practice and adherence of medication safety, were extracted by confirmation factor analysis, and the data of the four common factors was fitted, the fitting parameters were: χ2/DF=2.254, GFI=0.913, NFI=0.909, CFI=0.925, AGFI=0.825, RMSEA=0.062, the model fitting was ideal. Conclusions The medication of the elderly with chronic diseases in poor areas of Liaoning Province exists potential security risks, the knowledge, attitude, practice and adherence of medication safety are the important factors which affect the medication safety, the health education about medication safety should be conducted in the elderly with chronic diseases in the poor areas, to develop the safety, effectiveness and economy of medication among the elderly.
