Objective To study the disease chart among pre-hospital first aid in Tangshan people'hospital. Methods Prospectively collecting data of pre-hospital first aid 2580 patients from 2006 to 2007,analyzing the data, sex, age, visitingtime, emergency diagnosisand results, etc. Results Among pre-hospital first aid 2580 patients,traf-rice diseases, neurosystem diseases, cerebral infarction, coronary heart disease are the first three diseases. The highest times of pre-hospital first aid are 8:00~10:00,14:00~16:00 and 20:00~22:00.The admission rate is 44.46%.Conclusion Pre-hospital first aid should be based on the data, age, visiting time of the disease, scientifically arranging pre-hospital,training for pre-hospital first aid staff,so,the patients will be the fast and best pre-hospital flint aid.

Chinese Journal of Diabetes 2015;(5):422-425
Objective To explore the relationship between serum placental growth factor (PLGF) and carotid atherosclerosis (CAS) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM ). Methods Serum PLGF were determined by ELISA in 53 patients with T2DM ,who were divided into T2DM without carotid plague (T2DM group ,n= 27) and T2DM with carotid plague (T2DM + CAS group ,n= 26). Fasting plasma glucose (FPG) ,glycosylated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) and some other metabolic variables were also measured. The results were compared to those of 27 healthy controls (NC group). Results Serum PLGF levels were significantly higher in T2DM group and T2DM + CAS group than in NC group (P<0.01). T2DM+CAS group showed significantly higher serum levels of PLGF compared to that of T 2DM group(P<0.01).Correlation analysis showed that serum PLGF was positively correlated with TC ,LDL‐C , hsC‐RP and IL‐6 in T2DM patients (P<0.01). Similarly ,multiple regression analysis showed that LDL‐C and IL‐6 were the independent factors of serum PLGF level (P<0.05). Furthermore ,Serum PLGF was positively associated with carotid plague. Conclusion PLGF is positively related with chronic inflammation factors in T2DM patients. Serum PLGF may play an important role in the occurrence and development of carotid atherosclerosis and other macroangiopathy in T 2DM.

Objective To investigate the surgical method and clinical curative results of acetabulum top compression fractures with sea gull sign. Methods Data of 14 patients who had acetabulum top compression fractures with sea gull sign were retrospectively analyzed and were accepted surgical therapy and followed up. There were 5 females and 9 males, aged from 28 to 71 years (average, 49.9 years). The pre-operative time was from 4 to 14 days (average, 9 days). Letournel-Judet fracture classifica-tion:eight cases for the anterior column+posterior semi-transverse, six cases for a simple anterior column. Three patients with lum-bar compression fracture, two patients with tibial plateau fracture, one patient with multiple rib fractures. All patients were accept-ed open reduction and bone graft and internal fixation through ilioinguinal approach or ilioinguinal approach+Kocher-Langenbeck approach. The quality of fracture reduction was assessed according to the Matta reduction criterion after operation. The hip func-tion was evaluated according to Matta. Results 14 patients were followed up from 6 to 60 months (average, 36 months). All pa-tients reached bone healing;healing time was from 3 months to 4 months (average, 3.4 months). According to the Matta reset stan-dard after operation, there were 6 excellent cases, 5 good cases, 2 fair cases, 1 poor case, the excellent and good rate was 78.5%(11/14). The Matta was from 10 to 18 scores (average, 16.4 scores), 5 excellent cases, 5 good cases, 3 fair cases, 1 poor case, the ex-cellent and good rate was 71.4%(10/14). Traumatic arthritis occurred in 3 patients. Pain was serious in two patients and disap-peared after total hip joint replacement. Pain was mild for one patient and disappeared after accepted non steroidal painkiller. One patient had heterotopic ossification after operation, which was not treatmented because of no obvious symptom. Conclusion The appropriate operation time of acetabular roof compression fracture with sea gull sign was from 5 to 10 days after fracture, which was no more than two weeks had best. Through ilioinguinal approach or ilioinguinal approach+Kocher-Langenbeck approach, the articular surface could be reduced excellent and got sufficient bone graft. The clinical efficacy was satisfactory after operation.

Objective To evaluate the effect of a nurse-led case management intervention on arm function and uncertainty for women with breast cancer. Methods 90 women with breast cancer were divided into the intervention group and the control group according to their nurses, with 45 patients in each group. All participants were followed six months after surgery. The intervention group attended a 6-month nurse-led case management program, while the control group received the routine care and follow-up only.Questionnaires on arm function and uncertainty were administered 1 month,3 months and 6months after the surgery respectively.Score changes were compared by repeated-measure ANOVA and MANOVA.Results The arm function of the intervention group was better than the control group, except for the 10th day after the operation, there were significant differences at other three time points. The disease uncertainty level of the intervention group was better than that of the control group, except for the dimension of unpredictability, there were evident differences in other dimensions at other three time points. Conclusions The nurse-led case management intervention could improve arm function recovery and decrease the uncertainty to disease of breast cancer survivors.

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(04):-
Objective To detect genetic alterations in pleomorphic xanthoastrocytoma (PXA), and to investigate the mechanism of development of this neoplasm. Methods Three patients with PXA were studied. Comparative genomic hybridization (CGH) was performed to study chromosomal imbalances in PXA. Using immunohistochemical analysis, the expression of EGFR was detected in PXA. Results Using CGH analysis, genetic imbalance was detected on at least one chromosome for each case. One patient revealed multiple genetic alterations, including gains of 2p14-pter, 4p15-pter, 7p21-qter, 11q24-qter, 12 and 15q14-qter,as well as losses of 8p11.2-pter, 9p11-p23, 10p12-pter, and 13q14-qter. This patient experienced tumor recurrence and died one year later. Gain on Chromosome 7 and loss on Chromosome 8p were demonstrated in 2 of the 3 patients. Immunohistochemically, no EGFR positive reaction was found in all cases. Conclusion Detection of genetic alterations is very important in understanding the pathogenesis of PXA.

Objective To explore the effects of family member's behaviors on outcome of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 160 cases with acute cerebral infarction were investigated with 9 kinds of family member's behavior. Results 9 kinds of family member's behavior were all closely related to the outcome of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Conclusion Family member's behavior was closely related to the patients with acute cerebral infarction

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2009;15(6):569-570
Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention of the patients with acute stroke in pre-hospital first aid. Methods 148 patients with acute stroke who had been treated by psychology in pre-hospital first aid were chosen and interviewed, comparing with 100 patients with acute stroke in hospital in same state. Results There was a significant difference between two groups about realization to disease, attitude to disease, mental reaction, treating confidence, compliance, and so on. Conclusion Psychological intervention can improve the patients with acute stroke in pre-hospital first aid effectly in the realization about disease, correct attitude about disease, capability of fighting diseases, confidence for recovery from the illness and compliance.
