Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2012;19(6):820-821
ObjectiveTo explore the feasibility and safety of the spleen-preserving surgery in the treatment of traumatic rupture.Methods47 patients with traumatic rupture were treated with spleen-preserving surgery:the biological glue which local physical bleeding had 7 cases, suture repair had 13 cases, splenic artery ligation had 10 cases, splenic artery ligation and splenic repair had 9 cases, partial splenectomy had 8 cases.Results47 patients had four cases of infection, and cured after dressing,1 case had postoperative bleeding symptoms and used splenectomy surgery.46 patients with spleen-preserving operation is successful, the average length of stay was 15 days, there is no deaths. After 6 months, all patients used abdominal B-utrasoundor CT scans to confirm the survival of spleen is good and indicator of the examination is normal.Follow-up of these patients had no dangerous infections and complications.ConclusionSpleen-preserving surgery in the treatment of traumatic rupture was safe, feasible, could retain the greatest degree of function, and could be used in clinical practice.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(2):257-258
Objective The aim of the study was to determine the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in the assessment of the breast mass. Methods The results of ultrasonograph of the breast mass were retrospectively observed in 79 operation and pathological proven breast mass parients,in which 47 patients had proven malignant breast mass and 32 patients had proven benign malignant breast mass. Results Color Doppler ultrasound had a sensitivity of 100%for diagnosing breast mass, accuracy of 93.7%(30/32)and 91.4%(43/47)for diagnosing malignant and benign mass. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has high diagnostie value in distinguishing malignant from benign mass.
6.Effects of electroacupuncture on chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(1):25-28
Objective To investigate the effects of electroacupuncture at Neiguan point (PC6) and Jianshi point (PC5) combined with granisetron on chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting. Methods Seventy-two tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy were randomly divided into an electroacupuncture group (38 patients) and a false electroacupuncture group (34 patients). The electroacupuncture group received electroacupuncture at PC6 and PC5 (1 h, bid) combined with granisetron (3 mg, i.v.) 30 min before chemotherapy, and repeat one time after 12 h. The false electroacupuncture group received electroacupunctur at false PC6 and false PC5, and other treatment same as the electroacupuncture group. Both groups were treated for 3 days. The nausea and vomiting frequencies and clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The vomiting frequency in the electroacupuncture group was significantly lower than that in the false electroacupuncture group on day 2 (0.37 ± 0.75 vs. 1.12 ± 2.13;t=2.034, P=0.046). The nausea degree in the electroacupuncture group was significantly lower than that in the false electroacupuncture group on day 2 (1.21 ± 0.93 vs. 1.88 ± 0.59;t=3.596, P=0.001) and day 3 (1.26 ± 0.92 vs. 1.68 ± 0.53; t=2.293, P=0.025). The total effective rate in the electroacupuncture group was significantly higher than those in the false electroacupuncture group on day 2 (76.3% vs. 64.7%; χ2=12.390, P=0.006) and day 3 (73.7%vs. 64.7%;χ2=12.313, P=0.006). Conclusions Electroacupuncture at PC6 and PC5 combined with granisetron can attenuate chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting.
7.Risk factors for coronary artery occlusion-induced myocardial infarction
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1982;0(02):-
Objective: To study the related factors of artery occlusion induced cardiac infarction. Methods: The coronary angiography data of 56 patients with total artery occlusion were retrospectively studied. The patients were divided into 2 groups: Group A with cardiac infarction, Group B without cardiac infarction, and the clinical features of the 2 groups were compared. Results: It was found that diabetes mellitus, anginal pectoris, hypercholesterolemia, high and low density lipoprotein, smoking, long term medication, collateral circulation, and changes of electrocardiogram presentation were all related factors of infarction( P 6 months), long term medication, well controlled blood glucose and lipoprotein, and non smoking, probably because these factors can improve the collateral circulation and induce ischemia preconditioning.
8.Briefly on "Harmony between Man and Nature" of Song-Ming Period
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(12):-
The view of "Harmony between Man and Nature" in Song-Ming period, taking "the same rule of man and nature" as mode,"clearing the rules according examining the things" as means, made the doctors of vital gate school in traditional Chinese medicine set up a life pattern of "taiji(vital gate)-yin and yang-five elements(zang-fu viscera)",so as to explore the origin of life and mystery. The study on the characteristics of view of "Unity of Heaven and Man" in different historical stages is conducive to grasp the track and skeleton of the formation of traditional Chinese medical theories, lay the foundation for the further development of traditional Chinese medicine.
9.Expression of c-met stimulated by high glucose in human renal tubular epithelial cells and its implication.
Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Medical Sciences) 2007;27(2):161-3
The expression of c-met stimulated by high glucose in human renal tubular epithelial cells and the role of HGF/c-met system in diabetic nephropathy were examined. The proximal tubular epithelial cells were cultured in vitro under different conditions. MTT was used for the detection of cellular proliferation and RT-PCR was employed for measurement of c-met mRNA level. Our results showed that under different conditions, there were no significant differences in the proliferation of proximal tubular epithelial cells 12 h and 24 h after the culuture (P>0.05). The proliferation of proximal tubular epithelial cells showed a significant change 96 h after the culture and the cellular proliferation induced by hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) was very active (P<0.05). Moreover, no significant difference in the expression of c-met mRNA was found 12 h after the culture under different conditions (P>0.05), while 24 and 96 h after the culture, a persistent and significantly higher expression of c-met mRNA was found in HGF-induced proliferation. It is concluded that addition of exogenous HGF could inhibit the apoptosis induced by high-level glucose, promote the proliferation of proximal tubular epithelial cells, and induce the expression of c-met. Our study suggests that local up-regulation of HGF/c-met system plays an important role in the repair of renal damage in diabetic nephropathy.
10.Effects of hirudin on cell circle of fibroblasts in hypertrophic scar
Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2010;16(4):248-251
Objective To study the biological effects of hirudin on the cell circle of fibroblasts in hypertrophic scar. Methods Fibroblasts were taken from normal skin and hypertrophic scar, and cultured in vitro with various concentrations of hirudin. Then, flow cytometry was used for observing cellcycles, and Western blot for some proteins (p27 and cyclin E) related with cell circle. Results With the increasing of the concentrations of hirudin, fibroblasts on G1 phase increased and on S phase decreased, and the expression of protein p27 increased, but that of protein cyclin E decreased. Conclusion Hirudin can influence the cell circle of fibroblasts derived from normal skin and hypertrophic scar by means of the expression of some proteins related with celI circle.Hirudin causes G1 phase arrest and inhibits the production of fibroblasts. Therefore,it seems that hypertrophic scar could be prevented and treated with hirudin.
