Objective: To investigate the effect of F.nucleatum(Fn) and P. gingivalis(Pg) on soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1) in peri-implant sulcular fluid(PISF).Methods: PCR was used to detect microorganism samples from PISF. According to detection of Fn and Pg, 51 titanium implants in 32 partly edentulous patients were divided into 3 groups. Clinical parameters included PD, mPLI and sICAM-1. Periopaper strips were used to collect PISF and an ELISA technique was applied to measure the levels of sICAM-1. Results: PD was significantly greater in the patients with Pg and/or Fn than that in those without Pg or Fn (P

OBJECTIVEThrough the establishment of mouse' ovalbumin- sensitized asthmatic model and the observation of the 8-Isoprostane of plasm, to evaluate the therapeutic effects of arsenolite on asthmatic mice.
METHODForty-two healthy Kunming male mice were randomly divided into control group and experience groups, the latter were treated with dexamethasone, arsenolite. Lung function were tested, 8-isoprostane of plasm and WBC of BALF were measured.
RESULTLung function improved after treating with dexamethasone or arsenolite. The WBC of asthmatic mice were significantly higher than those in control group, and decreased after treating with dexamethasone or arsenolite; 8-Isoprostane of plasm in asthmatic mice was higher than that of control group, and decreased after treating with dexamethasone or arsenolite.
CONCLUSIONThere is oxidant stress status in asthmatic mice. Arsenolite could lighten airway obstruction, reduce airway high response and redress oxidant stress status in asthmatic mice.

Objective To evaluate the clinical feasibility of grading of ureteral stricture in renal allograft. Methods The clinical data of 9 case of ureteral stricture after renal transplantion from February 2015 to September 2015 were retrospectively analyzed and relative articles were reviewed to evaluate the significance of ureteral stricture grading. The diagnosis of ureteral stenosis was made by serum creatinine elevation, ultrasound of allograft kidneys and presence of stricture on a pyelogram.Grade 1 ureteral stenosis was defined as graft function deterioration with presence of hydronephrosis on ultrasound, but no obvious stricture identified on a pyelogranm.Grade 2 was defined as serum creatinine elevation, presence of hydronephrosis on ultrasound, and a focal (<1 cm) distal ureteral stricture at the ureteral anastomotic site on a pyelogram.Grade 3 was defined as serum creatinine elevation, hydronephrosis on ultrasound, and a long segment (>1 cm) distal ureteral stricture extending to proximal ureter or pelvis on pyelogram. Results One case,6 cases and 2 cases were classified to grade 1,2 (stricture length <1 cm) and 3 (>1 cm),respectively. One case of grade 1,6 cases of grade 2 and 1 case of grade 3 were successfully dilated by balloon dilation catheter and endoureterotomy. One case of grade 3 was converted to open reconstructive surgery.Surgery success rate of grade 1 and 2 was 100% (7/7) and 100% (6/6) 6 and 9 months after surgery, respectively.Ureteral stenosis did not recur in one case of grade 1 and 6 cases of grade 2 during a follow-up period of 12 months after surgery. However, one case of grade 3 reoccurred 6 months after surgery, and reoperation was performed and there was no recurrence up to now (10 months). Conclusion Wuzhi tablet acted as an effective agent that makes rifampicin containing anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy possible and safe by stabilizing blood concentration of tacrolimus in post-renal transplant tuberculosis patients, which also reduced the dosage of tacrolimus as well as the risk of acute rejection greatly.

AIMTo investigate the effect of protein kinase C regulating pulmonary arterial remodeling in chronic hypoxic rats.
METHODSElectron microscope, radioactivity, immunohistochemistry and image analyser were used.
RESULTS(1) Mean pulmonary arterial pressure (mPAP) and weight ratio of RV to LV + S were significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.01). (2) WA/TA and SMC were significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.01). Electron microscopy showed the proliferation of smooth muscle cells and the disposition of collagenous fiber in pulmonary arterioles induced by hypoxia. (3) The total, cytosolic, particulate fraction PKC activity and the ratio of particulate fraction to total PKC activity were significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.01). (4) Expression of PKC, collagen I were significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.01), the difference of collagen III was not significant between two groups (P > 0.05). (5) There were good correlation between the total, particulate fraction PKC activity, the ratio of particulate fraction to total PKC activity, expression of PKC and SMC, collagen I in pulmonary arterioles.
CONCLUSIONThe PKC regulates the proliferation of pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells and expression of pulmonary arterial collagen in chronic hypoxic rats, which may play an important role in the pathogenesis of pulmonary hypertension and structural remodeling of pulmonary arteries.

OBJECTIVETo study the effect of celecoxib on chronic hypoxia and hypercapnic pulmonary hypertension.
METHODSSD rats were randomly divided into normal control group (A), hypoxic hypercapnic group (B), hypoxic hypercapnia+ celecoxib group (C). The content of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1alpha in plasma and lung were detected by the technique of radioimmunology.
RESULTS(1) Mean pulmonary arteria pressure(mPAP) was significantly higher in rats of B group than those of A group. mPAP was significantly higher in rats of C group than those of B group. Differences of mPAP were not significant in three groups. (2) The content of TXB2 in plasma and lung and the ratio of TXB2/6-keto-PGF1alpha were significantly higher in rats of B group than those of A group. The ratio of TXB2/6-keto-PGF1alpha was significantly higher and the content of 6-keto-PGF1alpha in plasma and lung was significantly lower in rats of C group than those of B group. (3) Light microscopy showed that WA/TA (vessel wall area/total area) and PAMT (the thickness of medial smooth cell layer) were significantly higher in rats of B group than those of A group. WA/TA and PAMT were significantly higher in rats of C group than those of B group. (4) Electron microscopy showed the thickening of vessel wall and the proliferation of collagen fiber in B group and augmentation of smooth muscle cell and abundance of myofilament in pulmonary arterioles in C group.
CONCLUSIONCelecoxib can aggravate hypoxic hypercapnia pulmonary hypertension and pulmonary vessel remodeling by increasing the ratio of TXA2/PGI2.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the release in fixed position of pH-dependent and enzyme-dependent Kangfuxin colon targeting capsules in vivo and in vitro.
METHODThe dissolution was tested in vitro and X-ray radiography was used for the evaluation in vivo.
RESULTAfter two hours pH-dependent colon targeting in man-made colon fluid, medicine release in fixed position on the whole, colon loc-release. Add enzyme into man-made colon, when enzyme-dependent colon targeting in it, then medicine release quickly, mainly release in fixed position; The conveying time in vivo of pH-dependent and enzyme-dependent capsules have big individuality difference. In the experiment, disintegration is stabilize among individuales, between 2.0-3.5 hours.
CONCLUSIONKangfuxin colon targeting capsules of two principles all release in fixed position to achieve the goal.
