As an important basic industry group of health industry,health management provided beneficial development environment for health management industry,which had important significance on improving the development of the whole health industry.It analyzed the development trend of domestic and foreign health management industry and the current problems of the health management industry development in China.The development strategies of health management industry in China were discussed from guarantee mechanism,system construction,new mood development,improving the elements,health and culture training,payment mechanism innovation and exploring the characteristics.

Social capital has become an important service provider of medical and health undertakings in China.Its active participation in health management industry services promotes the overall development of China's health industry.The paper discusses the four important roles of social capital in health management industry,and puts forward four development strategies,including the transformation to the high-end health management services,and undertaking basic health management services and public and private health management of the joint venture and the development of specialized health management service.

Objective Our study is to observe the effects of conjugated equine estrogen (CEE) combined with medroxyprogesterone acetate (MPA) on hemorheology in postmenopausal women in order to evaluate mechanism responsible for the increase in the incidence of cardiovascular disease after menopause and also to provide proper instruction and advice of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for postmenopausal women Methods 60 healthy postmenopausal women were assigned to 3 groups randomly, 20 cases in each group Group A: CEE 0 625 mg/d+MPA 2 mg/d+calcium carbonate co. (Ca D) 600 mg/d Group B: CEE 0 3 mg/d+MPA 2 mg/d+Ca D 600 mg/d Group C: Ca D 600 mg/d only served as control Measurements of hemorheological parameters were performed before and 6 months after treatment Results After 6 months of HRT, group A: blood viscosity under the shear rate of 94 5 s -1 dropped from (5 23? 0 37) mPa?s to (5 03? 0 43) mPa?s ( P 0 05) Conclusion Both different dosages of CEE have favor effects on blood viscosity and erythrocyte deformabillity, which could play the role in preventing cardiovascular disease in postmenopausal women

OBJECTIVE:To prepare ganciclovir hydrochloride chitosan eye drops and establish its quality control method.METHODS:The eye drops was prepared using chitosan as thickening agent and synergist with ganciclovir as principal agent.The content of ganciiclovir was determined by HPLC.The stability of the preparation was investigated as well.RESULTS:The prepared eye drops was colorless transparent glutinous limpid liquid with its identification items all up to the related standards stipulated in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2005 edition).The linear range of ganciclovir was 5～80 mg?L-1(r=0.999 9) with average recovery of 99.02%(RSD=0.71%).The preparation was stable under light with all its indexes showed no obvious change in the accelerated test at 6 month.CONCLUSION:The preparation technology is simple and feasible and the quality of preparation is stable and controllable with a validity duration tentatively set at 2 years.

OBJECTIVE: To compare the pharmacokinetics and relative bioavailability between ganciclovir-chitosan eye drops and ganciclovir eye drops in rabbit eyes. METHODS: Japan big-eared rabbits were randomly assigned to the receive 50 ?L ganciclovir-chitosan eye drops (experiment group) or ganciclovir eye drops (control group) in both eyes. The rabbit tears,corneas and aqueous humor were collected at different time for the determination of drug concentration by RP-HPLC. The pharmacokinetics parameters were calculated as well. RESULTS: In the experimenal group,the half-life(t1/2) in tears,corneas and aqueous humor were 15.41,45.21,59.43 minutes,respectively versus 16.22,32.55,and 48.53 minutes in the control group. The Cmax were 2.03 ?g?mL-1 and 1.22 ?g?mL-1,respectively. In the experimental group,the AUC0→240 in tears,corneas and aqueous humor were 1.66,1.89,and 2.77 times those in control group. CONCLUSION: The bioavailability of ganciclovir-chitosan eye drops was significantly higher than that of ganciclovir eye drops.

AIM To investigate the possible role of the mitochondrial transmembrane potential (??m) and caspase 3 in arsenic trioxide(As 2O 3)-induced apoptosis of cancer cells. METHOD Namalwa, SGC7901 and Bcap37 cell lines were used as in vitro models. Apoptosis was confirmed by sub-G 1 cells content as well as phosphatidylserine(PS) externalization. The ??m was detected on flow cytometry through double staining of Rhodamine 123(Rh123) and popidium iodide(PI). In addition, the effect of DEVD-CHO, a selective inhibitor of Caspase 3, on As 2O 3-induced apoptosis was studied. RESULT The As 2O 3-induced apoptosis closely associated with the externalization of the ??m and the activation of Caspase 3. As 2O 3 induced cells necrosis when Caspase 3 was inhibited. CONCLUSION As 2O 3 may selectively activates Caspase 3 after it induces externalization of ??m, which causes cancer cells apoptosis.

All twenty seven patients suffered from Ⅱ grade spondilolisthesis were treated by posterior decompression, fixation with RF system and interbody fusion with TFC. One to three yearsafter operation, pain relief rate was 95%, lumbar fusion ratewas 95%,slip correction was 93.8%, and disc space was increased by 34%. It is concluded that this kind of operation can achieve satisfactory clinical results.

Objective To screen college students contacts of tuberculosis index cases among colleges located in Haidian District,Beijing,so as to provide evidence for the modification of screening strategies for college students.Method The purified protein derivative test (PPD) and chest X-ray examination were carried out in colleges,located in Haidian District from March 2015 to March 2016.The basic demographic characteristics,tuberculosis infection and detection of patients,etc were analyzed.Results A total of 88 cases of tuberculosis index cases were diagnosed,and 3 604 college students contacts were detected 16 pulmonary tuberculosis cases were detected among close contacts,and all patients were negative,the detection rate was 443.95/100 000.Among the 3 604 close contacts,the positive rate of PPD was 8.32％.With the increase of the diameter of the PPD reaction,the detection rate of tuberculosis patients increased significantly (xtrend =8.06,P ＜0.001).During the period of outbreak,the PPD positive rate and the detection rate of patients were significantly higher than that of non-outbreak period,and the difference was statistically significant(all P ＜0.05).Conclusions It is necessary to strengthen the screening of tuberculosis among college students,and to find out the infected persons and patients as early as possible,so as to prevent the outbreak of tuberculosis.

Objective: To optimize the formula of memantine hydrochloride sustained release pellets and investigate the drug release in vitro.Methods: Memantine hydrochloride sustained release pellets were prepared by a fluidized bed.The factors such as inlet air temperature, spray pressure and feeding rate were optimized by orthogonal tests.The Box-Behnken response surface methodology was used to screen the major influencing factors (ethyl cellulose aqueous dispersion, PEG 6000 and the coating weight) in the release of memantine hydrochloride.The coating formula and coating weight were optimized with the cumulative release rate of memantine hydrochloride in 2, 6,and 12 h as the response values.The drug release in vitro was also studied.Results: The optimum preparation parameters of the pellets were as follows: the inlet air temperature of 45℃, the spray pressure of 1.0 bar, and the feeding rate of 1.5 r·min-1.The best sustained release coating formula was as follows: the content of ethyl cellulose aqueous dispersion of 8.4%, the content of PEG 6000 of 2.3%, and the weight gain of sustained release layer of 16.7%.The memantine hydrochloride sustained release pellets had notable sustained release effect.Conclusion: Orthogonal tests and Box-Behnken response surface method can be used for the formula optimization of memantine hydrochloride sustained-release pellets.The established fitting model is simple with good predictability.

Objective To study bioactive metabolite produced by marine actinomyces M326.Methods Based on the index of antimicrobial activity,the relation between activity of metabolite and conditions of culture in different media and time were researched,and the stability of bioactive metabolite treated with different temperatures and pH were obseved,and the bioactive ingredients were extracted and separated by organic solvent and by macroporous resin.Results The GBP medium made by artificial seawater or distilled water were suitable for production of strong bioactive metabolites.The antimicrobial substances were stable under pH 2～11 and were heat-resistant under strong acidic condition.It could not be extracted by usual organic solvent,but could be absorbed by AB-8 macroporous resin under alkaline situation.Conclusion The metabolites have strong activity against gram-positive bacteria and have different antimicrobial activities against gram-negative bacteria and drug-resistant strains moreover,the polarity of antimicrobial substances is strong.
