1.Clinical research of posterior femoral condylar offset
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2017;21(15):2432-2437
BACKGROUND: For the orthopedic surgeon, the postoperative functional recovery after total knee arthroplasty, in which the reconstruction of posterior femoral condylar offset plays an important role, is an important goal.OBJECTIVE: To understand the anatomic characteristics of the femoral condylar offset and the mechanism how posterior condylar offset influences the functional recovery of knee joint after total knee arthroplasty.METHODS: The author searched PubMed database and Wanfang database for articles about posterior femoral offset and knee range of motion. The key words were arthroplasty; replacement; knee; femur; posterior condylar offset; range of motion. A total of 96 articles were retrieved, and 38 articles met the inclusion criteria.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Posterior condylar offset had differences in gender, ethnics and medial and lateral condyles. To restore the biomechanics of the knee joint, the design of knee prosthesis should consider the difference in genders, ethnics, medial and lateral condyles. The influence mechanism is the femur-tibia impingementand gap balance. However, further clinical research is needed, for contradictory results regarding whether posterior condylar offset has an effect on knee flexion after total knee arthroplasty.

Conclusion Electroacupuncture and continuous acupoint infusion of analgesic drugs at Jiaji could produce obvious analgesic effect , the analgesia effect of continuous acupoint infusion at Jiaji is better than subcutaneous analgesia .
4. Therapeutic efficiency of short anterior urethral stricture treated with endourethral surgery combined with iridium 192 radiotherapy
Academic Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University 2010;22(4):281-284
Objective: To assess the therapeutic efficiency of short anterior urethral stricture treated with endourethral surgery combined with iridium 192 radiation therapy in order to decrease the recurrence rate after endourethral surgery. Methods: A total of 286 patients with anterior urethral stricture (stricture length ranging from 0.5 to 2.5 cm, averaging at 1.6 cm) were divided randomly into two groups after internal urethrotomy and cicatrix electrotomy. The radiation group of 173 patients was treated as soon as possible with iridium 192 radiation therapy on the stricture sections while the control group of 113 patients was not. The recurrence rate was compared between the two groups during one year's follow-up. Results: Among all the 286 successful operations, stricture recurred in 19 patients of the radiation group (recurrence rate of 10.98%) and in 62 ones of the control group (recurrence rate of 54.86%), with a significant difference (P=0.003). Conclusion: It is an effective way to prevent recurrence by treating patients as early as possible with iridium 192 radiation on the stricture sections after endourethral operation on anterior urethral stricture.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(10):953-954
Extramedullary plasmacytoma (EMP) are often located in the head and neck region, commonly affecting the nasal cavity, tonsillar fossa and oral cavity but rarely the retropharyngeal space. In this report, a 60-year-old woman with large EMP in the retropharyngeal space is presented, who was diagnosed by pathology, bone marrow aspirate and computed tomography scan. The patient received operation and postoperative radiotherapy with dose of 50 Gy. At sixteen months follow-up, the patient was doing well with no signs of recurrence.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2013;27(8):440-441
Although Rosai-Dorfman disease is a rare disorder characterized by proliferation of distinctive histiocytes within lymph node sinuses and lymphatics, sometimes involving extranodal sites, the nasal cavity and pharyngeal cavity are rarely involved additional. In this report, a 22-year old man with multiple subcutaneous lumps and submucosal lumps in bilateral nasal cavity and pharyngeal cavity is presented, which was diagnosed by nasopharyngeal endoscope, computed tomography scan and biopsy. The subcutaneous lumps were ablated and prednisone was accepted for three months as preventive therapy.

Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2017;16(7):541-544
The efficacy and safety of Saccharomyces boulardii in treatment of candida esophagitis was investigated by a single center, prospective, open label and non-inferiority trial.Eighty nine patients with candida esophagitis attending in Shanxi Provincial People′s Hospital during April 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into Saccharomyces boulardii group (45 cases) and nystatin group (44 cases), and oral Saccharomyces boulardii powder and Nystatin tablets were given to two groups respectively. The curative effect was evaluated by gastroscopy after the treatment. The results showed that the cure rate of Saccharomyces boulardii group and nystatin group was 68.9%(31/45)and 63.6%(28/44), and the Saccharomyces boulardii was noi inferior to nystatin (x2=3.027, P<0.05).Chi-square test showed that there was no significant difference in effective rate between two groups [91.1%(41/45)vs.93.2%(41/44), x2<0.001, P>0.05].The incidence of adverse reactions in boulardii group was significantly lower than that in nystatin group [2.2%(1/45) vs.22.7%(10/44), x2=8.636, P<0.05].The study suggests that the cure rate of Saccharomyces boulardii is not inferior to nystatin in treatment of candida esophagitis, while the incidence of adverse reactions of Saccharomyces boulardii is lower.

Objective To observe the effects of D-limonene on the adhesiveness and invasion of gastric cancer cell line-SGC-7901. Methods MTT chromatometry was used to detect the effects of D-limonene on cancer cell′s survival rate. Fibronectin and laminin were employed to detect the adhesive inhibition of SGC-7901 by D-limonene. Using artificial basal membrane, invasion inhibition of SGC-7901 was studied in Transwell cabin. Matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP-2) and metalloproteinase 2 (TIMP-2) protein of SGC-7901 was detected by Western-blot. Results The growth of cancer cells was significantly inhibited in a dose dependent manner. The adhesiveness and invasion were prohibited. At the dosage of 0.25 mmol/L,the expression of MMP-2 was down regulated (2.9?0.3),and TIMP-2 up regulated (29.5?0.6) significantly different from control groups (28.6?0.5 and 18.6?0.3,all P
