Objective In order to understand the mechanism of solute transperitoneal transport, we studied the relationship between IL-8 level and protein transperitoneal transport. Method 12 New Zealand White rabbits were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. 2 5% glucose peritoneal dialysis solution (40ml/kg)contained 3?10 9 CFU staphylococcus aureus 1ml was injected into the abdominal cavity of experimental NZW rabbits and 2 5% glucose peritoneal dialysis solution (40ml/kg)contained 0.9%NaCl solution 1ml was injected into the abdominal cavity of controlling NZW rabbits. The plasma and effluent concentrations of blood creatinine ,glucose, total proteins and albumine were determined respectively, the D/P or D/Do values of creatinine , total proteins ,albumine or glucose were calculated respectively. Results The D/P ratios of creatinine, total proteins and albumin were increased significantly, while the D/Do of glucose was decreased in experimental group on different dwelling time points ,there was a significantly difference,as compared with the control group (P0 05),while there was significantly correlation after 60 mins(P
4. Polymorphism and pharmacokinetic research of ribavirin
Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 2013;48(8):621-628
OBJECTIVE: To establish the preparation method and detection technology of ribavirin polymorphism, and to estimate the bioavailability differences among the ribavirin polymorphs. METHODS: Through polymorphism screening, ribavirin crystals of the form A, B, C, D were obtained. The crystal forms of ribavirin were characterized by different analysis methods, such as single crystal X-ray diffraction method (SXRD), powder X-ray diffraction method (PXRD), differential scanning calorimetry method (DCS), infrared spectrum method (IR) and melting point method (MP). solid ribavirin in different forms were orally administered to rats, and an HPLC-MS method was established to determine the plasma levels of ribavirin, and the bioavailability was analyzed. RESULTS: Of the four polymorphs of ribavirin, form C and form D were reported for the first time. The four polymorphic forms all could be identified by PXRD, DSC, IR and MP. The ρmax and AUC0-t of form A were superior to those of the other forms. CONCLUSION: Characteristic data for ribavirin polymorphism are obtained; and form A of ribavirin is a suitable medicinal crystal. This study has provided the basis for choice of medicinal crystal and the improvement of quality standards.
6.Relevance of cancer toxin pathogenesis theory with transformation of inflammation to carcinoma.
Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine 2015;35(2):243-246
The "Cancer Toxin" pathogenesis theory is an innovate theoretical system for cancer pathogenesis of Chinese Medicine, which was built on the basis of "Cancer Toxin" concept initially raised by Professor ZHOU Zhong-ying. The mechanism of the transformation from inflammation to carcinoma has become one of hot-points in the field of cancer research at home and abroad in recent years. We focused on discussing the relevance of the "Cancer Toxin" pathogenesis theory with the transformation mechanism from inflammation to cancer, provided evidence for using "Cancer Toxin" pathogenesis theory in intervening transformation from inflammation to cancer, hoping to guide for Chinese medical prevention and treatment of tumor.

Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2010;33(10):905-908
Hepatitis virus NAT reagents are now widely used clinically. However, the qulity of domestic and foreign NAT reagents varies dramatically. The main reasons for these differences including the manufacture technique, test principle and assay procedure were discussed in this paper and current status of the quality control of the NAT reagents were also described. Finally, it was pointed out that strengthening public supervision and laboratory internal control are very important for the quality improvement of the domestic reagents.

Journal of International Oncology 2013;(2):86-89
Thioredoxin-related protein 14 (TRP14),a new member of Trx family,is a novel disulfide reductase with conservative CPDC motif. Its structure and function are comparable to Trx,which is the representative member of Trx family. However, there are many differences. When tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) induced cells to produce the active oxygen,TRP14 can change oxidatin state of dynein light chain(its substrate),act as a sensor of the intracellular redox state to regulate NF-κB signaling pathways induced by TNF-α,MAPK and apoptosis signaling pathways.

Objective To identify the molecular components involved in acquired methotrexate-resistance of human choriocarcinoma. Methods Methotrexate-resistant cell line(JAR/MTX) was derived from JAR cell line by exposed to intervally and progressively increasing higher concentration of MTX. cDNA microarray analyses of JAR/MTX and its parental cell line JAR were performed. Results JAR/MTX was established after one year with stable resistance. Its resistant index to MTX was 7.3. Nine genes were differential expressed between JAR/MTX and JAR cells. INSR,SLC1A3,SAT,HBB,and FLJ12443 were underexpressed and HS1,TXNRD1,TAGLN2,and EEF2 were overexpressed in JAR/MTX cells. Conclusion The cDNA microarray system showed that several alterations of gene expression were present in acquired methotrexate-resistance of human choriocarcinoma.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(01):-
Objective To evaluate discuss the effect of percutaneous vertebraplasty in the treatment of compression fracture of vertebra in elderly patients with osteoporosis. Methods The clinical history of 13 elderly patients (5 male and 8 female), aged 61 to 78 years (nean 67 years), of spinal suffering from compression fracture of the vertebra, were retruspectively reviewed. Among them, 2 patients suffered compressed fracture of T11, 5 with fracture of T12, 3 with fracture of L1, 4 fracture of L2, and one suffered fracture of four vertebral bodies from T10 to L1. Percutaneous puncture were guided by C-arm X-ray or by computer navigation system, and a canal of 4.5 mm in diameter was created in the pedicle. A balloon was then introduced into the canal, and it was expanded. with radioopaque contrast medium under high pressure. The balloon was then removed after the height of the vertebral body was resumed as verified by X-ray. Bone cement in same volume and temperature was injected in the cavity which was newly formed. The treatment was completed with solidification of the bone cement. Results Low back pain disappeared in all 13 cases. Patients can be ambulatory in 6-8 hours postoperatively. The height of the vertebra body was basic recovered on postoperative X-ray, and kyphosis was rectified to a mean of 14 degrees (range10-28 degree). There was no relapse of low back pain or collapse of vertebral body after 1 to 12 months' follow up. Conclusion Percutaneous expansion of compressed vertebral body is a new kind of microsurgical, treatment for spinal compression fracture in elderly patients with osteoporosis, and it is simple and effective in relieving pain and recovering function.
