To observed the Clinical effect of ropivacaine (Rop) of different concentration used for analgesia of labor, and ex plore the ideal concentration and dosage. Methods: 45 case s of ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ primiparae nearing labor were vandomly divided three groups rand omly (0.16% Rop group, 0.2% Rop group were assigned 15 cases). The analgesia, in which the cervical os had opened up to 2-3cm; the controlled group was not giv en the analgesia of labor. BP, SpO2, EKG, PETCO2, cerrical contraction , fetal cardiac sounds were monitored continuously in the perinatal analgesia pe riod. The analgesia effects were determined by giving a mark for pain by VAPS, motor nerve blockings were given amark by Bromage scale; Apgar scale were conduc ted 1-5 min after neonates were labored out. Results: The vital signs of three groups were stable in perinatal; the VAPS scale was lower s ignificantly in observed group than in controlled group; while the blocking freq uency and extent of motor nerve were highest from 0.2% Rop, which had light inhi bitory effect to cervical contraction, causing the dosage of oxytocin to increas e relatively; the NACS scale 24 h after labor was more increased significantly in observed group than controlled group. Conclusion: The un ique blockings to sense and motor were obviously separate, having no obvious eff ect to blood stream of uterus and placenta, being benificial to analgesia in per inatal. The 0.16% Rop was a more ideal local anaesthesia agent than 0.2% Rop .

Objective To study a improved technique by releasing the orbicularis retaining ligament in orbicularis oculi muscle supension blepharoplasty. Release of the orbicularis retaining ligament could cut off the contact between orbitomalar skin and periosteum at inferior orbital rim, and carry the point of tightening orbitomalar skin in orbicularis oculi muscle supension blepharoplasty. Methods There were 409 patients with apparent orbitmalar fold. The methods of releasing orbicularis retaining ligament and orbital septum fixation were added to improve the orbicularis oculi muscle supension blepharoplasty. Results 409 cases were treated using this method over the past 3 years. All results were satisfactory. No complications were observed. Conclusion This improved method of orbicularis oculi muscle supension blepharoplasty is useful for orbitomalar skin rolling, especially for orbitmalar fold. The release allows effective redraping and upward mobilization of the orbicularis of the lower lid and the premalar soft tissues. This method is a simple, safe and effective procedure for the correction of tear trough deformity and well-demarcated lid/cheek junction in lower eyelid belpharoplasty. It is one of the best choices for lower eyelid blepharoplasty.

Objective:To study the distribution pattern of CIK cells re-infused by different manner. Methods:Isotope 32P-? dATP and fluorescence dye CM-DiI were used individually to label CIK cells. CIK cells labeled by the two methods in vitro were inoculated to nude mice by intraperitoneal injection or tail vein injection. Radioactivity quantitative measurement and fluorescence microscopy were used to analysis dynamic distribution of CIK cells among organs of mice. Results:The CIK cells were quickly distributed to organs such as liver, spleen, kidney, lung, stomach and intestine after inoculation into nude mice. Among those organs, the liver, spleen and kidney showed highest distribution concentration of CIK cells. Early stage after infusion, concentration of CIK cells in lung above all reached peak via tail vein, and by means of intraperitoneal injection, distribution of CIK cells in intraperitoneal organs firstly got to max. CIK cells remained alive in liver and spleen for more than 2 weeks. Conclusion:The extensive distribution pattern of CIK cells among organs shows that CIK cells can be used as drugs against various malignant tumors in organism. Infusion of CIK cells via blood vessel maybe suit for tumor of organs with rich blood supply, and application by means of body-cavity way should suit for malignant effusions and limited lesion in it.

To study the B cell linear epitopes of rabies virus CVS-11 nucleoprotein, peptides were synthesized according to the amino acid sequences of B cell linear epitopes. Linear epitopes predicted by bioinformatics analysis were evaluated with immunological techniques. Indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay showed that titers of antibodies to peptides (355-369 and 385-400 residues of rabies virus CVS-11 nucleoprotein) were above 1:12 800 in mouse sera. The antibodies recognized denatured rabies virus CVS-11 nucleoprotein in Western blot analysis. Purified anti-peptide antibodies recognized natural rabies virus CVS-11 nucleoprotein in BHK-21 cells in indirect fluorescent antibody test. The 355-369 and 385-400 residues of rabies virus CVS-11 nucleoprotein were validated as B cell linear epitopes.

Objective:To explore the current status and the influencing factors of knowledge, attitude and behavior of radiodermatitis in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy, so as to provide a scientific basis for nursing staff to formulate effective health education programs. Methods:A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 220 radiotherapy patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma in the radiotherapy department of 4 tertiary A hospitals in Hunan Province. Results:The scores of knowledge, attitude, and behavior of radiodermatitis patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were (61.58±19.93), (75.70 ±15.64), (65.87±14.21) points, respectively. The main factors influencing of behavior are knowledge, attitude, radiodermatitis grade, radiotherapy frequency, and family personal monthly income level ( t values were 1.978-8.081, P<0.05). Conclusion:At present, patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy have a partial understanding of radiodermatitis and poor self-observation of radiodermatitis. Nursing staff should pay special attention to the patients with incomplete knowledge, negative attitudes, low family personal monthly income, low frequency of radiotherapy, and low grade of radiodermatitis.
