BACKGROUND: The existing electrocardiogram(ECG)measurement strongly depends on medical professionals and inefficient high-intensity,or relies on automatic identification method which is not accurately enough.Thus,this is difficult to meet high-speed testing,accurate results and ease application for common people.OBJECTIVE: To develop a new method that was simple and efficient to apply and very easy to learn.METHODS: Algorithms were programmed and test software was developed by delphi7.0.ECG was drawn on screen.The apex,the starting point and the ending point as well as the J-point of each ECG wave were clicked by mouse or stylus.Then the wave parameters and an initial diagnosis could be quickly obtained by test software.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The parameters of ECG waveform such as wave height,wave time,PR interval,ST segment,QT segment,PP/RR time,cardiac electrical axis and so on could be accurately measured,and heart rate,heart rhythm and the deflection of cardiac electrical axis could be diagnosed correctly.The method was simple to learn and easy to imply,and it was also efficient,quick and accurate.Thus,it could greatly improve the efficiency of measurement and analysis for specialists,and could meet application requirements of general medicals and ordinary people.

Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of xanthogranulomatous pyelonephri- tis(XGP).Methods The clinical data of 18 cases(5 males and 13 females;mean age,47 years)with XGP were analyzed.Of them,6 had the lesion on the left,and 12 on the right.Before operation,XGP was mis- diagnosed as renal calculus with hydronephrosis in 4 cases,ureteral calculus with severe hydronephrosis in 3 cases,renal tuberculosis in 3 cases and renal carcinoma in 8 cases.Results Of the 18 cases,7 were diag- nosed to have XGP by frozen section during operation and 11 cases had a definite diagnosis by pathological examination after nephrectomy.After a follow-up of 6-124 months,no recurrence was observed in all these 18 cases.Conclusions Preoperative diagnosis of XGP is difficult.This disease is clinically characterized by foam cells in urine smear,low-density value of kidney CT and ineffective antibiotic therapy.Combined a- nalysis of clinical data and improvement of clinical recognition of XGP is the key to avoiding delayed diagno- sis or misdiagnosis of XGP.

Objective To study the relationships among resilience, self-awareness, personality, stress level and mental health in the warship soldiers. Methods Resilience Scale for Adults ( RSA), Eysenck Personality Questionnaire ( EPQ), Self Acceptance Questionnaire( SAQ), General Self-Efficacy Scale( GSES), Wallance Self Concept Scale (WSCS), Psychological Stress Self-evaluation Test (PSET) and Symptom Checklist (SCL-90)were used to survey 1451 warship soldiers. Results ① 2.5％ of the warship soldiers reported obvious psychological stress. Mental health of warship soldiers was worse than the norm of China population, except for obsessivecompulsive and interpersonal sensitivity factor. While the scores of other factors were significantly higher than the norm of Chinese soldiers(P＜0.01). ②The total scores of SCL-90, psychological stress and resilience, internal/external had negative correlation with self-awareness, and positive correlation with neuroticism. Compared to the SCL-90-negative group,SCL-90-positive soldiers (SCL-90 total score ＞ 160) had higher scores of nervousness and PSET and lower scores of RSA, internal/external and self-awareness (P ＜ 0.01 ). ③Regression analysis showed that stress levels, emotional stability,self-awareness and resilience were able to predict 35.1％ of mental health in warship soldiers. Mental health, emotional stability, internal/external and resilience were able to predict 33.2％of individual's stress level. Conclusion To some extent, warship soldiers have psychological stress and mental health problems. Resilience, personality, self-awareness are important factors affecting psychological stress and mental health.

Objective To assess the long efficacy and safety of Lamotrigine(LTG) monotherapy and add-on therapy different types of epileptic seizures in children.Methods According to the classification of the 1981 and 1989 International Union of Antiepileptic for epileptic seizure,a total of 124 cases with epilepsy were included in the study and divided into non-refractory group with 93 cases and refractory group with 31 cases.LTG treatment only or add-on were used.Original drug dosage was not changed and LTG was added slowly and carefully untill the terrible side effect appeared.The average monthly seizure frequency with baseline in the last 3 months was compared and the side effect was observed.Results Total efficiency was 72.6%,control rate was 51.6%.Total efficiency and control rate of the non-refractory group was 81.0% and 61.3%,which was significantly higher than those of refractory group(48.4%,22.6%).Total efficiency and control rate of the combination group with LTG and valproate sodium(VPA) was 78.4% and 54.5%,which was significantly higher than those of the group of LTG only(61.0%,44.0%).Clinical results was different significantly between the course of the observation period within and over 5 years(P

Objective To study the role of glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) analogue liraglutide played in the proliferation of CD4+CD25 T cells in normal people and newly-onset type 1 diabetic patients,and to evaluate the possible immune regulatory role of liraglutide in the therapy of type 1 diabetes.Methods CD4+ CD25-T cells of 10 normal people and 10 newly-onset type 1 diabetic patients were separated from peripheral blood by MACS immunomagnetic beads and stimulated by Human T-Activator CD3/CD28 Dynabeads to proliferate.CFSE labeling technique was used to evaluate the proliferation of CD4+ CD25-T cells by flow cytometry.Liraglutide of different concentrations(0,25,50,and 100 nmol/ml) was added to the proliferation system,then the proliferation of CD4+CD25-T cell was measured.Results (1) Liraglutide suppressed the proliferation of CD4+ CD25-T cells from either normal people or type 1 diahetic patients with dose-dependent manner (P ＜ 0.05).(2) Under the different concentrationsofliraglutide,the proliferation ofCD4+CD25 T cells from diabetic patients was mueh more robust than that of normal people (P＜0.01).(3) The inhibitory effects of liraglutide on CD4+ CD25-T cells proliferation in normal people and diabetic patients were similar (P＞0.05).Conclusion The proliferation of CD4+ CD25 T cells in type 1 diabetic patients was more robust than normal people,which indicated cellular immune dysfunction in type 1diabetes.Liraglutide inhibits the proliferation of CD4+ CD25-T cells of type 1 diabetic patients in vitro.The immunosuppression effect of liraglutide may have potential value in the treatment of type 1 diabetes.

Abstract: Objective To investigate the feasibility of kurtosis in evaluating high frequency hearing loss (HFHL) caused by Methods - complex noise. A total of 273 noise exposed workers in three metal tool manufacturing enterprises were chosen as studysubjectsusingajudgementsamplingmethod.Thenoiseintensityandkurtosisintheworkplacewasmeasured.Cumulative noiseexposure(CNE)wascalculatedfromnoiseintensityandworkingageandtheCNEwasadjustedusingkurtosis(CNE′).CNEResultsandCNE′wereusedtoevaluatetheriskofHFHL,andtheeffectsofthetwomethodswerecompared.ThemedianandMPP25,75percentiles[(25,75)]ofnoiseexposedintensityinthestudysubjectswas91.9(88.3,97.3)dB(A),andtheincidenceofMPPnoiseexposureexceededthenationaloccupationalexposurelimitaccountedfor81.0%.The(25,75)ofthekurtosiswas8.3 (7.9, 27.3), and kurtosis>4.0 accounted for 100.0%. The detection rate of HFHL was 39.6% (108/273). The detection rate of P - - HFHL increased with the increase of CNE and CNE′ (all <0.01). The goodness of fit of CNE′ in assessing the risk of HFHL Conclusion detectionwasbetterthanthatofCNE(coefficientsofdeterminationwere0.91and0.83,respectively). This paper introduces a random measurement analysis of, lung function measurement values with two different apparatus. in 41 patients. It shows that the differences are not statistically significant (P>0.05) between two apparatus measurement values except DLCO, FEF25, FEF75 in the group of normal ventilation, FVC in the group of abnormal ventilation. The two groups are both correlated closely (r> 0.9) except MMF(r=0.7725, RV r=0.808) in the normal group of ventilation, and FEF75 (r=0.58) in the abnormal group of ventilation (p<0.001). The two apparatus with different measuring theories have a good correlation.

A in vitro platelet aggregation bioassay was developed for the quality control of XST capsules. The in vitro anti-platelet aggregation effect in rats was observed to detect the bioactivity of XST capsules. Panax notoginseng saponins and Xuesaitong lyophilizedpowder for injection were taken as standard control substances to determine the potency. According to the results, XST capsules showeda significant inhibitory effect on thrombin-induced platelet aggregation in a dose-dependent manner. The in vitro anti-platelet activity oflyophilized powder for injection was stabler than that of Panax notoginseng saponins, and so suitable to serve as a standard control substance. The biological potency of XST capsules compared with standard control substance was detected by using parallel line assay. According to the results, the established bioassay method had a good repeatability (RSD 2.92%). The sample test results could pass thereliability test(linear deviation P > 0.05, parallel deviation P > 0.05). This bioassay method could be used as one of the complementary quality control methods for XST capsules.

Objective To study the effects of resilience training on work fatigue,psychological stress and mental health in warship soldiers.Methods100 warship soldiers were selected and divided randomly into training-group (n=45) and control group (n=55),and the training group was divided into two groups by casting lots ( n t =22,n 2 =23 ).The shedding rate of the training group was 13％ (6 out of 45 ),while the control group was 10％ (5 out of 50).All of them were tested by the Resilience Scale for Adults ( RSA),Newly Developed Questionnaire for Work Related Fatigue Feelings (WRFFQ),Psychological Stress Self-evaluation Test (PSET) and Symptom Checklist (SCL-90) before and after training.According to resilience theory and its elements to design the group-training,10 times resilience training was arranged 2 hours once per week for the training group.The aim was to train members' self-awareness,emotion management,interpersonal communication,problem solving and social support and other capabilities.Before training there were no significant differences between the training-group and control-group in age,military service,job and education level and total average score of RSA,WRFFQ score,PSET standard scores and the SCL-90 total average score (P＞ 0.05 ).Results ①Compared with the pre-test resuits,the RSA ( 2.90 + 0.47) scores of training-group ( n =39) significantly increased after training,but the scores of WRFFQ(33.62 ± 11.24),PSET(47.80 ±9.09) and 5CL-90( 1.14 ±0.09) significantly reduced (P＜0.05) ;For control group ( n =50),no significant differences were found in scores of RSA (2.56 + 0.57 ),WRFFQ (42.38± 17.76),PSET( 53.70 ± 13.25) and SCL-90( 1.43 ± 0.45 ) (P＞0.05 ) ; ②Compared to the control group,posttest scores of RSA significantly increased,but the scores of WRFFQ,PSET and SCL-90 significantly decreased for the training-group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Resilience training can effectively improve warship soldiers' resilience,increase their anti-stress ability and mental health level and reduce fatigue symptoms.
