Objective To clarify the influence of vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) upon glutamate receptor (GluR) and GABA A receptor positive structures in the nucleus tract solitary (NTS) of the kainate (KA) induced epileptic rat. Methods All rats were divided into KA group, vagus nerve stimulation+KA group and the control group. The sections of the caudel medullary oblongata from each rat of every group were collected into 5 sets. The first and second sets of the sections were used to process for immunohistochemical staining by using specific rabbit and mouse antibodies against GluR5 and GABA AR and to observe the changes of GluR5 and GABA AR positive structures in the NTS. The third to fifth sets of the sections were used for control tests and Nissl′s staining. Results (1) In control group, medium density of GluR5 like immunoreactive (GluR5 LI) and GABA A receptor ? chain (GABA AR?) LI neuronal cell bodies, fibers and terminals were observed in the NTS; (2) In KA group, the density of GluR5 LI positive structures were increased, while the density of GABA AR? LI positive structures were decreased; (3) In VNS+KA group, the changes were contrary to the KA group, showing, the density of GluR5 LI positive structures were decreased, and the density of GABA AR? LI positive structures increased. Conclusion Glutamate and GABA A receptors in NTS might play important roles in KA induced epilepsy and in anti epileptic effects of VNS.

AlM: To study the relationship of retinal associated lesions and postoperative visual acuity of cataract phacoemulsification.
METHODS:From February 2013 to February 2014, 120 cases with given cataract phacoemulsification were divided into observation group and control group. Cases in observation group were with of retinal associated lesions, those in control group were without retinal associated lesions. The best corrected visual acuity, ision acuity, visual evoked potential, intraocular pressure were compared between two groups.
RESULTS:Two weeks after surgery, visual acuity in observation group was higher than those of before therapy. Visual acuity recovery rate of observation group was significantly slower than that of control group; best corrected vision, visual acuity in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group;observation group's amplitude (12. 01±4. 50ü V) was significantly lower than control group, incubation period (114. 29±11. 32ms) was significantly higher than control group; After 6, 12, 24h, intraocular pressure (23. 64 ± 4. 28, 24. 12 ± 5. 13 and 18. 28± 3. 22mmHg) were significantly higher than control group.
CONCLUSlON: Retinal associated lesions can lead to visual evoked potential change, elevated lOP, affect postoperative visual recovery level.

To explore the feasibility, safety and effect of the full-thickness lamellar keratoplasty for the treatment of pseudomonas aeruginosa corneal ulcer.METHODS: Based on a retrospective non-controlled study, 25 patients were given the full-thickness lamellar keratoplasty for clinical diagnosis of pseudomonas aeruginosa infection and corneal ulcer medication conventional anti-gram-negative bacteria. Routine follow-up were carried out at postoperative 1wk; 1, 3, 6, 12, 18mo to observe the situation of corneal epithelial healing, recurrent infection, immune rejection, graft transparency and best corrected visual acuity, etc. At the 6 and 12mo postoperative, corneal endothelial cell density was reexamined. RESULTS: No patients because of Descemet's membrane rupture underwent penetrating keratoplasty surgery: One only in cases of bacterial infection after 1mo, once again did not cultivate a culture of bacteria pseudomonas aeruginosa, and the remaining 24 cases average follow - up 14 ± 6mo, corneal graft were transparent, the cure rate was 96%. At the sixth month after surgery, there were 16 cases of eye surgery best corrected visual acuity ≥4. 5, of which 3 cases ≥4. 8. At the sixth month after surgery, the average corneal endothelial cell density 2 425 ± 278/mm2; At 12mo postoperatively, it was 2257± 326/mm2.CONCLUSlON: Full-thickness lamellar keratoplasty is an effective method of pseudomonas aeruginosa infection in the treatment of corneal ulcers, corneal drying material glycerol can be achieved by visual effects.

Objective To study the impacts of medicine and pharmacy separation reform on medical insurance fund and medical care seeking behavior of such patients.Methods The insurance data of patients was collected from year 201 1 to year 2014 at the hospital of the author.The differences of hospitals' revenue from insurance,the use of insurance fund and medical care seeking behavior of patients,before and after the reform were analyzed.Results The results showed that the effect of medicine and pharmacy separation reform in achieving translation;the proportions of drug and per-patient drug expenses were reduced.However,the demand of insurance fund was increased,and the fund used in outpatients began to exceed that used in inpatients after the reform.Totally,the choices of outpatients on doctor's technical titles were influenced by the pricing,as more outpatients tended to choose the intermediate title doctors,and the proportion was increasing.The differences of the choices on the outpatient in superior departments were very small,while those in non-dominant departments were very big,the same as the total patients.Conclusion There are both advantages and disadvantages in impacts of the reform on medical insurance fund conducted in some hospital in Beijing.The advantages included that the hospitals'revenue was not decreased from insurance patients,the use of insurance on paying drugs were reduced by management of proper medication, and out-of-pocket burden of the insurance patients was reduced.Yet the disadvantages contained that because of cheaper drugs and favorable insurance policy on the reform,the outpatients preferred higher level hospitals to buy drugs only,and the reform might lead to the increase of the requirement of insurance fund.

Objective:To explore the pathogenesis of abnormal behavior in children with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Method:The behavioral problems and C-reactive protein were measured in 40 children with OSAHS and 30 children with habitual snoring who underwent overnight Polysomnography,40 cases of healthy children for the control group.Result:The ratio of abnormal behavior in OSAHS and abitual snoring children was significantly higher than that of the healthy control group,while no significant difference between the two groups.The content of C-reactive protein in OSAHS children(4.24 mg/L)was significantly higher than habitual snoring(2.76mg/L)and healthy control group(1.27mg/L);in habitual snoring children C-reactive protein was higher than in healthy control group.The content of serum C-reactive protein in OSAHS children accompanied by abnormal behavior(4.63 mg/L)was significantly higher than that without abnormal behavior(3.23 mg/L).The content of serum C-reactive protein content in habitual snoring children accompanied y abnormal behavior (3.63 mg/L)was significantly higher than that without abnormal behavior(1.76 mg/L).Conclusion:OSAHS and habitual snoring children have more behavior problems.C-reactive protein levels are higher in children with OSAHS and habitual snoring.and the levels of C-reactive protein are related to the abnormal ehavior in these children.

Through study on Bianque Shenying Zhenjiu Yulong Jing (Bianque's Classic of Effective Acupuncture Prescriptions), acupuncture experiences and ideology of WANG Guo-rui, an acupuncture physician of the Yuan Dynasty (1271-1368), is discussed in this article. Inherited and carried forward DOU's acupuncture theory, WANG Guo-rui encouraged to use experiential points and to expand extra points. Penetrating needling method was created, and the application of acupoints according to needling opportunities and seasonal factors were enriched by him. Great importance was also attached on treatment according to differentiation of syndromes, which including the simultaneous acupuncture and moxibustion, simultaneous reinforcing and reducing, reducing after reinforcing, reinforcing after reducing, predomination of reducing and predomination of reinforcing. The flexible treating methods are still extensively adopted in clinic nowadays. The topic has been studied as clinical demonstration on combination therapy of variety of diseases such as coronary heart disease, stroke, insomnia, depression, hepatitis, herpes zoster, psoriasis and ectopic pregnancy. A rapid, reliable and sensitive pressurized capillary electrochromatography-Laser induced fluorescence ( pCEC/LIF ) method with trifluoroacetic acid ( TFA ) pre-column derivation for simultaneous determination of four aflatoxin ( AFB1 , AFB2 , AFG1 , AFG2 ) was developed. This method included separation on a capillary column packed with 1. 8μm C18 particles using 0. 05% FA aqueous solution/methanol (55:45, V/V) as mobile phase at a pump flow rate of 0. 05 mL/min when the split ratio was 1:300. Under the optimum conditions including running voltage of 15 kV, excitation wavelength of 375 nm and emission wavelength of 450 nm, the baseline separation of four aflatoxins was achieved within 10 minutes. The limits of detection (LODs) were 0. 02, 0. 016, 0. 008 and 0. 01 μg/L for AFG1, AFB1, AFG2, AFB2(S/N=3), respectively. The linear detection ranges of AFG1 , AFB1 , AFG2 , AFB2 were 0. 1-10, 0. 1-10, 0. 1-3 and 0. 1-3 μg/L with correlation coefficients (R2) of 0. 9999, 1. 0000, 0. 9995 and 0. 9997, respectively. The established method was applied to analyze the peanut butter, and the recoveries of standard addition experiment were between 90 . 0% and 112 . 0% for all analytes ( RSDs=0 . 5%-1 . 9%) .

Inhibitor of growth 2 (INC2 ) is a member of INC family, and cooperates with p53 in regulating cell cycle, apoptosis, and aging. It can also facilitate chromatin remodeling and transcription regulating through histone modifications. Researches suggest that INC2 protein is an important factor in the genesis, metastasis and prognosis of many kinds of tumors. Resent studies indicate that INC2 can not be simply classified as oncogene or tumor suppressor. At present, the function of INC2 in tumorigenesis and tumor development involves interaction with varied molecules, but the mechanisms remain largely unknown, which still require further investigation.
