The paper is focused on the clinical applications of Tanreqing injection after listing, detecting and analyzing the related blood indicators of patients with allergic reactions based on prospective, multi-center, large sample, registration-type clinical safety monitoring nested case-control study (NCCS) to explore the possible mechanisms of allergic reaction of Tanreqing injection, 3 006 patients cases used with Tanreqing injection were monitored, including 3 cases of adverse reactions and 2 cases of allergic reactions. Each patient of allergic reactions, according to the ratio of 1:4 matches four cases of not adverse reactions as a control group of patients, while 5 healthy and 5 cases of volunteers into the healthy group. We examined the correlation detection of cases of allergic reactions among groups such as T-IgE, IgA, IgG, C3, C4, IFN-g, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10. Allergic reactions of Tanreqing injection may be mediated by IgE as type I based on existing research data. This results and conclusions will promote the justifiability and safety of clinical applications.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1985;0(05):-
Sleep is a common physiological phenomenon of animals. We may have different kinds of sleep disorders in our daily life, such as difficulty falling asleep, insomnia, hypersomnia and changes of sleep patterns, etc.Pain is a subjective response of the body to stimuli of certain degrees.Sleep disorders are closely related to pain:pain can interfere with people's normal physiology and psychology conditions and affect individual's sleep;different kinds of sleep disorders can affect the body' s sensitivity to pain. The relationship between pain and sleep disorders has become one of the most common causality in clinical research. In this paper we summarizes the pathophysiological relation and mutual influence between pain and sleep disorders.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(07):-
Objective To explore the characteristic and clinical meaning of myocardial bridge in patients with multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) coronary angiography. Methods 875 patients with suspected or diagnosed coronary artery disease were studied with MSCT coronary angiography,579 cases were male and 296 cases were female, ranged from 30~87 years old in age with average of 60 years old.The heart was scanned with retrospectively ECG-gated,reconstruction from phase for all original tomographic source images at 30%~40% R-R phase interval according to heart rate ≥75 bpm and at 40%~50% R-R phase interval according to heart rate ≤75 bpm.The images of maximum intensity projection, multiplanar reconstruction and vulume reconstruction were gained to show left and right main coronary artery and their main branchs on mulliple angle. Results The myocardial bridges were detected in 89 cases, the positive rate was 10.2%,36 cases(40.5%)had different grade stenosis(≤50%).The myocardial bridges located at middle segment of anterior descending artery(79.8%),the thickness of myocardial bridge was 0.06~0.55 cm,the atherosclerosis plaques were found in 20 cases, the vascular stenosis was approximate to 50%.39 cases with simple myocardial bridges had angina,21 cases hadn’t angina.23 cases with myocardial bridges accompanied by coronary artery atherosclerosis had angina. Conclusion MSCT coronary angiography may clearly detect the myocardial bridge, which can provide more worthy information for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

Objectiye To study the mechanism by which transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) affects cognitive dysfunction in vascular dementia (VD). Methods Thirty-six male Wistar rats were randomly divided into a control group, a VD group, a low frequency rTMS group and a high frequency rTMS group. Two-vessel occlusion was employed to induce VD models. Low frequency rTMS group rats were given 0.5 Hz rTMS for six weeks. High frequency rTMS group rats were given 5 Hz rTMS for six weeks. Morris' water maze test was used to measure their spatial learning ability and memory. The ultrastructures of the synapses in the four groups were detected with transmission electron microscopy. The expression of synaptophysin (SYN), brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and Nmethyl-D-aspartate receptor 1 ( NMDAR1 ) mRNA and protein in the hippocampus were determined by real-time PCR and Western blotting. Results The behavior and morphology of the rats treated with rTMS improved. The average expression of SYN, BDNF and NMDAR1 mRNA and protein in the low frequency rTMS group and the high frequency rTMS group were significantly higher than in the VD group. Conclusion rTMS can provide a rehabilitative effect for VD. The mechanism might be associated with enhancing the expression of SYN, BDNF and NMDAR1 in the hippocampus.
