Objective To investigate the correlation between Gab2 expression and platinum drugs chemotherapy resistance by detecting the expression of Gab2 in ovarian cancer.Methods Immunohistochemical and Western blotting techniques were used to detect the expression of Gab2 in 107 specimens of serous ovarian tumor tissue and 12 specimens of normal ovarian tissues resected during bladder cancer radical operation in the department of gynaecology of our hospital from January 2011 to June 2015.The correlation between Gab2 expression with clinical stage and effect of combined chemotherapy based on platinum drugs was analyzed.Results The Gab2 expression level in ovarian cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in normal ovarian tissue,moreover had a relation with the FIGO clinical stage,the expression level of Gab2 increased with the increase of clinical stage,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);61 cases were sensitive to chemotherapy,46 cases were resistant to chemotherapy,the Gab2 expression level in the patients with chemotherapy resistance was significantly higher than that in the patients with chemotherapy sensitivity,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Gab2 may become one of effective indexes for predicting platinum drugs chemotherapy sensitivity.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of hydrotalcite tablets combined with esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of active gastric ulcer with Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection.Methods A total of 87 cases of active gastric ulcer with Hp infection were randomly divided into control group (n =44 cases) and treatment group (n =43 cases).Control group was treated with esomeprazole enteric coated tablet 20 mg,qd,orally.Treatment group was given hydrotalcite tablets 1 g each time,tid,orally.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,Hp eradication rate,healing quality and adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rates of treatment and control groups were 90.70％ (39/43 cases) and 88.64％ (39/44 cases),the eradication rates of Hp were 81.40％ (35/43 cases) and 77.27％ (34/44 cases),there were no significant differences (all P ＞ 0.05).After treatment,the healing quality of treatment group and control group (grade) were 65.12％ (28/43 cases) and 40.91％ (18/44 cases) with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The adverse drug reactions in the treatment group were based on anorexia,dizziness and nausea,which in control group were based on lack of appetite and nausea.The incidences of adverse drug reactions in treatment and control groups were 13.95 ％ and 11.36％ without significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion There were the same clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of active gastric ulcer with Hp infection between hydrotalcite tablet combined with esomeprazole enteric coated tablet and single use of esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablet,but the former can significantly improve the quality of ulcer healing.

Objective: To explore and analyze the intervention effect of two different case teaching methods on critical thinking of nursing interns. Methods: from July 2016 to July 2018, a total of 62 nursing students in a three grade hospital in Chongqing were selected. They were divided into control group (29) and intervention group (33) according to their internship years. The control group received routine case teaching method, while the intervention group adopted the "Internet+" case teaching method to carry out clinical teaching. Results: Nursing students in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group in seeking truth, open thinking, systematization ability, analytical ability, self-confidence, thirst for knowledge and maturity (t=3.978-6.875, P<0.05). Nursing students in the critical thinking grade distribution intervention group were higher than those in the control group (t=-6.522--2.202, P<0.05). In clinical decision-making ability, problem-finding ability, goal-setting ability, decision-making ability, implementation decision-making ability and evaluation feedback were also higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The ability was higher than that of the control group (χ²=7.922, P<0.05). Conclusion case teaching based on "Internet+" can better improve the clinical thinking method of nursing students, enhance the critical thinking level and clinical decision-making ability of nursing students, and improve the quality of clinical teaching. It is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
