Objective To explore the distributed regularity of constitutional types of patients who suffered the gastroenteric carcinomas and lung cancer by epidemiological investigation of constitutional types,in order to analyze the characteristics of different kinds of tumor patients. Methods The standardized Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire(CCMQ) was answered by 355 patients to evaluate the scores of all kinds of constitutional types. The individual constitutional type was distinguished by the top score method, and the distribution rules of constitutional types in different kinds of tumor patients was analyzed. Results Among the tumor patients, the gentleness type accounted for 17.46 percent, eight pathological constitutions accounted for 82.54 percent. The most two types of pathological constitutions in gastroenteric carcinomas patients were Yang-deficiency and Qi-deficiency,which accounted for 23.98 percent and 23.39 percent respectively, while the majority of that in lung cancer patients were Qi-deficiency(42.93%) and Yang-deficiency(15.76%).Conclusion The patients suffering from different kinds of tumor have different constitution characteristics. It is a better idea to integrate the constitution analysis with syndrome differentiation treatment in clinical practice.

70% were treated with stents.Patients were followed at 1 month and then every 3 to 6 months.Blood pressure and serum creatinine were measured and dosage of antihypertensive drugs were recorded. The Chinese equation was used to calculate estimated GFR.Results The mean follow-up period was 33.8?10.5(24-54) months.(1) Compared with baseline, blood pressure decreased siginificantly at 1 month and gained a further decrease at 24 months(SBP 129.1?12.9 mmHg vs 139.2?17.5 mmHg;DBP 72.6?7.1 mmHg vs 80.6?12.8 mmHg,both P0.05).Renal function was improved in 9.3% and stabilized in 62.9% of patients, and the overall benefit rate was 72.2%.(3) Logistic analysis revealed that male and diabetes were independent risk factors for renal function deterioration(OR=11.1 and 5.88,respectively,both P

7.Clinical analysis of posterior capsular rupture in small incision non -phacoemulsification cataract surgery
International Eye Science 2015;(8):1432-1434
AIM:To analyze the cause of posterior capsular rupture in small incision non - phacoemulsification cataract surgery and investigate the treatment methods.
METHODS: The clinical data of 108 cases ( 121 eyes ) undergone small incision non - phacoemulsification cataract surgery combined with intraocular lenses ( IOL) implantation were retrospectively analyzed. The causes of posterior capsular rupture and treatment of 6 patients (6 eyes) after surgery were analyzed and summarized.
RESULTS: Six cases ( 6 eyes, 4. 96%) occurred posterior capsular rupture during the operation, of which 2 cases ( 2 eyes ) underwent posterior chamber IOL implantation intraoperative, 2 cases (2 eyes) receivedIIstage IOL implantation in the ciliary sulcus at 1wk postoperative, 2 cases ( 2 eyes ) were given anterior chamber IOL implantation. One case ( 1 eye ) whose vision acuity <0. 1 was macular degeneration; One case ( 1 eye ) whose vision acuity = 0. 3 was diabetic retinopathy;0. 4~0. 6 in 2 cases (2 eyes), 0. 6~0. 8 in 2 cases (2 eyes) after 1 ~3mo postoperatively. No severe syndrome was found after surgery.
CONCLUSION:Posterior capsular rupture which occurs in different stages of the operation is the commonest intraoperative complication in small lincision non -phacoemulsification cataract surgery. With improving operative techniques, and continuously accumulating experience, incidence of posterior capsular rupture can be effectively reduced. Even posterior capsular rupture occurs intraoperative, patients can still get a good outcome after timely and proper treatment.

Objective To evaluate the influence of pressing technique on the malposition of catheter dur- ing the operation of peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC). Methods Totally, 169 patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 88), in which the external and internal jugular veins were pressed at the supraclavicular fossa by the assistant when the catheter was navigated in 25 cm, and control group (n = 81), in which the patients were called to turn their angle of mandible to supraclavicular fossa when the cathe- ter was sent in. Results There were only one patient whose catheter was sent in external jugular vein in treatment group and nine patients whose catheters were sent in external and internal jugular vein in control group. The inci- dence of malposition of catheter was significantly different between two groups (1.1% vs. 11. 1% , X2 =7. 3636, P < 0. 01). Conclusion The pressing technique can reduce the incidence of malposition of catheter into external and internal jugular vein during the operation of PICC.

Based on previous therapeutic experience, we introduce one specific technique of analytic comprehensive therapy in a lowered resistance state, belonging to the systematic psychotherapy of SPT. Analytic comprehensive therapy in a lowered resistance state is a specific and practical technique of SPT, which has been gradually standardized and matured with more than two decades of practice and improvement.

Objective To study the origin, position, pathogenesis and differentiation rule of depressive disorder in ancient medical records, Er Xu Ming Yi Lei An. Methods Study medical records in ancient medical books, Ming Yi Lei An, Xu Ming Yi Lei An, Er Xu Ming Yi Lei An. Adopt Excel to establish medical records' database about depressive disorder, and use frequency analysis method to summarize medication rule of Chinese materia medica for treating depressive disorder. Results Six body symptoms referred in medical records are anorexia, lassitude, sweating, abdominal distension, insomnia, and hypochondriac pain, account 53.41% in top ten symptoms;regulating Qi method is the most frequently used treatment; The most frequently use prescriptions in a descending order are Xiaoyaosan, Buzhong Yiqi Tang, Taoren Chengqi Tang, Modified Guipi Tang, Wendan Tang, Liujun Zi Tang, Suanzaoren Tang, et. Most frequently applied medical herbs in a descending order are bupleurum, dried tangerine peel, white peony alba, tumeric root tuber, fossilia ossis mastoid, and Chinese angelica, et. Conclusion There are certain rules in the origin, pathogenesis, diagnosis and prescriptions of depressive disorder in ancient medical records, Er Xu Ming Yi Lei An.
