2.Study on prediction of high risk group of Type 2 diabetes based on Apriori algorithm
China Medical Equipment 2015;(1):45-47
Objective: To discover and prevent diabetes early in high-risk group. Methods:Chose 323 records of type 2 diabetes or IFG,IGT patients with first course which come from a large hospital in Lanzhou between 2009 January to 2014 March; Use Apriori algorithm and the SPSS Clementine 12 software design;Set up prediction model of type 2 diabetes. Results:A total of 10 strong association rules are formed. The strong association rules contain some associations between factors and type 2 diabetes. Conclusion: Through the association rules, the initial judgment on the high-risk group of diabetes is simple and accurate.

Objective To compare the biomechanical properties between the two-level fixation by im- plantation of pedicle-screws into the adjacent upper and lower vertebrae of the fractured vertebra and the three-level fixation by implantation of pedicle screws into the fractured vertebra and its adjacent upper and lower vertebrae in the treatment of thoracolumbar burst fractures. Methods Eight fresh frozen calf spines were used in this study. Each specimen was tested in four models:intact model as the control,L1 burst fracture model,two-level fixation model, and three-level fixation model. The L1 burst fracture model was created on a biaxial material testing machine (MTS858 Bionix test system,America).During the experiment, the flexion, extension, bilateral bending and axial rotation loadings were applied to the specimens and the range of motion(ROM)was measured with a three-dimensional laser analysis apparatus and the stiffness was calculated subsequently.One-way statistical analysis was used. Results The ROMs under six different loadings in the fracture model became larger obviously(P<0.05)and the stiffness decreased(P<0.05).The ROMs in both fixation models were smaller than those in the other models(P<0.01)and the stiffness increased distinctly(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in ROMs and stiffness between the two-level fixation and three-level fixation models(P>0.05).Conclusion Two-level fixation provides similar biomechanical stability as three-level fixation does in the reconstruction of unstable thoracolumbar fractures.

Objective To study the the feasibility of real-time 3D transesophageal echocardiography (RT-3D TEE) to measure the distance between the coronary ostial and the junction of left ventricle and artery. Methods The RT-3D TEE image of the aortic root was collected intraoperative in 65 cases who were refered to our center for valve replacement. The reconstruction of the aortic annulus was done in the QLAB quantitative analysis software and the height parameter of the annulus could be generated.Meanwhile the coronary artery position was observed and the distance between the coronary ostial and the junction of left ventricle and artery was measured respectively. Results In the 65 cases,49 cases clearly showed bilateral coronary ostial, three cases only showed the left coronary ostial, six cases only showed the right coronary ostial, seven cases of both sides of the coronary ostial were unclear. The shows rate of right coronary ostial was 84.61% (55/65),with the left coronary ostial 81.54% (52/65).The measured value of the L-AA in systole and diastole were (15.5 ± 1.9)mm,(12.8 ± 1.5)mm,the R-AA systole and diastole measured values were (13.7 ± 1.8)mm,(12.4 ± 1.7)mm,respectively,there was significant difference between systole and diastole respectively. The aortic annulus height (H) got by 3D reconstruction of the aortic annulus was lower than ventricular-arterial junction to the coronary artery distance in both systole and diastole. Conclusions Not only can RT-3D TEE reconstruct the annulus, but also can show and measure the distance between the coronary ostial and the junction of left ventricle and artery respectively.

ObjectiveByreportinga fatalcaseof severelupusnephritis(LN) complicated with invasive aspergilluspneumonia and meningitis and reviewing the associated literatures,to provide a way of early diagnosis andproper management for the patients suffering from systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) and invasive fungus infection(IFI).MethodsThe onset, diagnosis and treatment course of the disease were described and associated literatures werereviewed to analyze and summary the diagnostic methods, common pathogenic bacteria and predisposing factors of SLE patients with IFI.ResultsApplication of IFI guideline for cancer patients and those undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation could be helpful in the early diagnosis and treatment of SLE patients complicated with IFI.The most common pathogen of SLE patient suffering from IFI was cryptococcus neoformans and aspergillus, not candida albicans. The mainpredisposingfactorswerehighlupusactivityandimmunosuppressant. Conclusions Guideline of IFI for cancer patients and those undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is also helpful for the SLE patients complicated with IFI.The most common pathogens of IFI in SLE patients are cryptococcusneoformansand aspergillus. The predisposing factors are high lupus activity and immunosuppressant.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(12):-
Objective To observe the delayed brain myelination of children with phenylketonuria(PKU)combined with epilepsia, and explore effectiveness of the treatment and provide an objective criteria for patient recovering evaluation. Methods There were 42 PKU patients, aged 3 to 72 months were selected. The concentration of phenylalanine tested by high pressure liquid chromatography was greater than 1.2 mmol/L in blood, diagnosed as PKU.According to electroencephalogram and clinical symptom,21 cases were diagnosed as epilepsy, the other 21 cases were used as control group. All patients were taken MRI before treatment.Myelination in 10 sections(cerebellum, pons, mesencephalon, internal capsule posterior limb, corpus callosum, internal capsule anterior limb, occipital lobe, parietal lobe, temporal lobe, frontal lobe)were evaluated. Results Delayed myelinations were located mainly in the cerebral lobes and corpus callosum, average delayed incidence of the 10 region was 44.8% in epilepsy group and 30.9% in control group. The incidence of the corpus callsum was 80.9% in epilepsy group,52.4% in control group, the number of sections of delayed myelination showed statistically significant between 2 groups(P
