2.C-reactive protein and intracerebral hemorrhage
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2016;24(7):656-661
C-reactive protein (CRP) is an acute phase reaction protein, which is very sensitive to the inflammatory reaction. Many studies have confirmed that CRP is closely correlated with ischemic stroke and atherosclerosis. However, studies on correlation between CRP and intracerebral hemorrhage are less. This article reviews the relationship between CRP and intracerebral hemorrhage.

This paper describes virtual instrumentation and its most representative developing environment-LabVIEW. The use of LabVIEW to program custom functions ,such as signal acquisition ,processing ,system control ,in biomedical research ,is also introduced.
4.Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Electro-acupuncture in the Treatment of Chronic Low Back Pain: A Report of 30 Cases
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2005;3(4):35-36
Fifty-six cases of chronic low back pain were randomly divided into electroacupuncture group (n= 30) and control group (n= 26). Patients in electro-acupuncture group were treated with electro-acupuncture plus physical therapy, and patients in control group were treated with single physical therapy. The results showed that Electro-acupuncture plus physical therapy could obviously relieve pain, improve the patients' life quality, and its therapeutic effect was superior to that of the single physical therapy.
5.The research of erythropoietin level in aqueous humor of patients with glaucoma
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2013;36(33):36-38
Objective To evaluate the difference of the level of erythropoietin (EPO) in primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG),pseudo exfoliative glaucoma (PXFG),and neovascular glaucoma (NVG).Methods One hundred glaucoma patients and 30 single cataract patients (control group) without other ocular region disease and systemic disease were enrolled in this study. In glaucoma patients,POAG was 40 patients (POAG group),PXFG was 30 patients (PXFG group),NVG was 30 patients (NVG group). The level of EPO in aqueous humor was measured by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The level of EPO in POAG group,PXFG group,NVG group, control group was (19.1 ±5.6),(18.8 ± 6.5),(142.7 ± 20.6),(0.9 ± 0.5) U/L.The level of EPO in POAG group,PXFG group,NVG group was significantly higher than that in control group, the level of EPO in NVG group was significantly higher than that in POAG group and PXFG group (P< 0.01).But the level of EPO between POAG group and PXFG group had no significant difference (P > 0.05).The level of EPO in PXFG group with intraocular pressure control patients was lower than that in POAG group with intraocular pressure control patients [(14.6 ± 1.4) U/L vs.(18.5 ± 6.2) U/L],the level of EPO in PXFG group with intraocular pressure nocontrol patients was higher than that in POAG group with intraocular pressure no-control patients [(28.5 ±10.7) U/L vs.(19.2 ± 6.4) U/L],there was significant difference (P < 0.05).In PXFG group, the level of EPO had positive relationship with intraocular pressure (P < 0.05).The level of EPO in NVG group with intraocular pressure control and no-control patients was higher than that in POAG group and PXFG group with intraocular pressure control and no-control patients, there was significant difference (P < 0.05).Single factor analysis showed that intraocular pressure, type of glaucoma had correlation with the level of EPO (P <0.01).Multiple factors analysis showed that type of glaucoma was the main effective factor of the level of EPO (P < 0.01).Conclusions The level of EPO in POAG,PXFG and NVG patients is higher than that in single cataract patients. The associativity between the level of EPO and intraocular pressure in PXFG patients is higher than that in POAG and NVG patients.
6.A study on the relationship between self-management behavior and hope level in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2013;29(34):59-62
Objective To probe into the relationship of self-management behavior and hope level in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods The research instruments included three questionnaires:the Coronary Artery Disease Self-management Scale, the Herth Hope Scale and the demographic characteristics of respondents. Results Self-management behavior was in medium level and it was necessary to be improved. The total score of self-management behavior was positively correlated with hope level. Conclusions Medical workers should fully understand the status of selfmanagement behavior, and promote desirable self-management behavior through increase of hope level.
7.Introduction of scientific history into physiological teaching process
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(01):-
Physiological education should lead the student not only to understand the physiological knowledge itself, but also to comprehend the scientific methodology, scientific thought and scientific spirit. In our teaching process,we introduced some creative work of the famous scientists in the physiological history to stimulate the students' interest and ability on creative scientific thinking and practice.
8.Mechanism of Tributyltin-Induced Apoptosis
Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(02):-
Extensive use of tributyltin (TBT) has caused serious environmental pollution, which is harmful to human and other organisms. As a cytotoxic chemical, an important mode for TBT effects on the cells is to induce apoptosis. The present paper mainly reviewed the mechanism by which TBT induces apoptosis at low concentration.
9.Loop electrosurgical excision procedure for treatment of CINⅢ and cervical carcinoma stage Ⅰ_(A1)
China Oncology 2000;0(06):-
Background and purpose:High frequency loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP)has been widely used in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. The purpose of this study was to explore the value of loop electrosurgical excision procedure in the diagnosis and management of CINⅢ and stage ⅠAl cervical carcinoma. Methods:A retrospective analysis was carried out in 396 cases of CINⅢ and cervical carcinoma with stage ⅠAl undergoing operation and loop electrosurgical excision procedure between January 2003 and October 2006 at Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University. Results:The coincidence rate of the multiple biopsies before the procedures compared with the conization ones was 88.6 % (351/395). The incidence of residual disease was 10.2%(6/59) and 7.7 % (6/78), respectively in patients with positive margins and negative margins. Conclusions:Loop electrosurgical excision procedure can improve both the diagnosis and treatment of CINⅢ and cervical carcinoma stage ⅠAl. We should offer further treatment properly to the cases with positive margin because of the persistent lesions.
10.Abnormal expression of MiRNAs in nephroblastoma pathogenesis
Journal of Chinese Physician 2017;19(3):475-478
Wilms' tumor is the most common kidney tumor in childhood.MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are about the size of 19-22 nucleotide sequences that exist widely in the non-coding RNA in eukaryotes, function primarily through combination with mRNA target base pairing causing target mRNA degradation or inhibition of translation, and then develop his inhibiting or promoting the role of tumor.Abnormal expressions of miRNAs can cause a lot of kidney diseases, such as chronic kidney disease, polycystic kidney disease, renal fibrosis and renal cancer.Wilms'tumor, abnormal expression of key genomes, such as miR-17-92,miR-185,miR-204,miR-48 anomalies and tumors are closely related.Paper of miRNAs in incidence of Wilms'tumor expression, and the possible role for future targeted gene targeted drug sites are reviewed.
