2.Essence of professor SHI Xin-de's experience in application of persicae ramulus-associated prescriptions.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2014;39(13):2569-2572
Persicae Ramulus decoction, as the first prescription in Treatise on febrile Diseases, has been recommended by physicians of successive generations. It is also the general prescription for harmonizing yingfen and weifen, yin and yang, qi and blood. Although it only consists of five herbal medicines, it has a wider range of application and more categorized formulas than other prescriptions. Though Persicae Ramulus decoction was originally formulated to treat taiyang apoplexy, it has functions beyond the treatment of exopathic diseases. This formula is also effective in treating internal diseases, surgical diseases, gynecologic diseases, paediatric diseases, etc. KE Yun-bo praised it as the No. 1 formula among ZHANG Zhong-jin's formulas as well as the general prescription for harmonizing Yin and Yang, yingfen and weifen, resolving fleshy exterior and inducing perspiration. Professor SHI Xin-de has been expert at treating intractable diseases by using Persicae Ramulus-associated prescriptions, such as Xiaojianzhong decoction and Baohe pill for children's chronic eczema, Persicae Ramulus and Puerariae Lobatae Radix decoction and Yupingfeng powder for chronic nephritis, and Persicae Ramulus and Longgu Muli decoction for insomnia. Instead of being restricted to Chinese or Western disease names, he prescribed appropriate formulas according to syndromes, thereby achieving a good efficacy.

3.Application Value of MSCT Three-dimensional Post-processing on Pre-operation of Scoliosis Orthomorphia
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(10):-
Objective To evaluate the value of MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction postprocessing technique for operation of Scoliosis Orthomorphia. Methods 18 cases of scoliosis were performed with MSCT to be reconstructed by MPR, VRT. The three-dimensional reconstruction images displayed traverse, coronal and sagittal plane and measures data. Results By measuring data of 18 cases by means of the methods above, all parameters were accurate. Conclusion The three-dimensional reconstruction of MSCT makes up the disadvantages of X-ray. Any retrospective reconstruction can be done to the collected data. So patients can avoid being projected repeatedly and radiation can be reduced. Various parameters of the vertebrae concerning spine, spinal canal and the pedicle plane can be offered, providing reliable reference for pre-operations.
4.Value of MSCT for Measuring Volume of Mass of Primary Hepatic Cell Carcinoma.
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(10):-
Objective To measure the volume of liver, the volume of mass of liver and the ratio of mass/righe lobe with the Volume Evaluation of MSCT, as a reference of liver function after resection of liver mass. Methods All cases were scanned and reconstructed with MSCT,and the volume of right liver, the volume of mass of right liver and its ratio were obtained with Volume Evaluation of MSCT. Results The method of measuring volume of liver with Volume Evaluation is simple and accurate. Conclusion It can be a important reference before and after resection of liver mass.
5.Ion Channels as Antivirus Targets
Virologica Sinica 2010;25(4):267-280
Ion channels are membrane proteins that are found in a number of viruses and which are of crucial physiological importance in the viral life cycle. They have one common feature in that their action mode involves a change of electrochemical or proton gradient across the bilayer lipid membrane which modulates viral or cellular activity. We will discuss a group of viral channel proteins that belong to the viroproin family, and which participate in a number of viral functions including promoting the release of viral particles from cells.Blocking these channel-forming proteins may be"lethal",which can be a suitable and potential therapeutic strategy. In this review we discuss seven ion channels of viruses which can lead serious infections in human beings: M2 of influenza A,NB and BM2 of influenza B,CM2 of influenza C,Vpu of HIV-1,p7 of HCV and 2B of picornaviruses.
7.Ursolic acid inhibits migration and invasion of human lung cancer A549 cells by targeting miRNA-133a
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2016;32(12):2239-2244
AIM:To investigate the effects of ursolic acid ( UA) on the migration and invasion of human lung cancer cell line A549, and to explore its mechanism .METHODS:The cell viability was detected by MTT assay .The ex-pression of miRNA-133a was detected in the A549 cells treated with UA by real-time PCR.The miRNA-133a mimics and inhibitor were transfected into the A 549 cells, and the transfection efficiency was analyzed by real-time PCR.The cell mi-gratory and invasive abilities were determined by wound healing and Transwell methods , respectively .RESULTS:The via-bility of the human lung cancer A549 cells was significantly inhibited by UA in a dose-dependent manner (P<0.05).IC50 of UA (24 h) for lung cancer A549 cells was 31.04 μmol/L.UA treatment significantly inhibited the migratory and inva-sive abilities of A549 cells in a concentration-dependent manner , accompanied by significantly elevation of miRNA-133a expression. The mimics and inhibitor of miRNA-133a significantly upregulated and downregulated the expression of miRNA -133a in the transfected A549 cells, respectively. In addition, the viability of the A549 cells was decreased extremely after tansfected with the miRNA-133a mimics (P<0.01), so did the results of the cell migration and invasion test .The A549 cells tansfected with the miRNA-133a inhibitor showed an opposite changes of the cell viability , migration and invasion . CONCLUSION:UA inhibited the viability , migration and invasion of lung cancer A 549 cells by elevating the expression of miRNA-133a.

Chinese Archives of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery 2006;0(12):-
0.05).CONCLUSION A similar MMN exists in guinea pigs and human.MMN has a process of development, differentiation and maturation with aging. Guinea pigs can serve as the candidate animal for MMN research.Comparing with ABR,MMN is more sensitive to evaluate the central auditory function.
9.The application of tracer methodology in the management of medical high-value consumables
China Medical Equipment 2016;13(3):117-119
Objective:To discuss the application of tracer methodology in the management of medical high-value consumables, find out the problems and existing risks, and propose possible solutions. Methods: The system tracing based on high-value consumables and the case tracing based on patient were used to track and check the medical high-value consumables in hospital. The inspectors summarized and discussed the issues as well as the possible risks after inspection, to develop the appropriate improvements. Results: There were many problems that were found in the management of medical high-value consumables in this tracing program, of which the main aspects were the species introduction, the implementation of procurement and relative departments, and the organization and leadership among departments. Conclusion:The management of medical high-value consumables is an important part of hospital management, and the tracer methodology provides an effective guarantee for the medical equipment management in hospital.
10.Analysis of Essential Oil from Fructus Ponciri Trifoliatae Immaturi by GC-MS
Traditional Chinese Drug Research & Clinical Pharmacology 2000;0(06):-
Objective To establish a GC-MS method for the analysis of the chemical components of essential oil from Fructus Ponciri Trifoliatae Immaturi. Methods The essential oil was extracted by steam distilyation ,then separated by capillary gas chromatography. The components from essential oil were identified by comparing with related standard chromatogram and their amount were determined by normalization method. Results Twenty-one components have been identified from Folium Fructus Ponciri Trifoliatae Immaturi and their amount accounted 99.04 %of total essential oil. The main components are limonene (55.68 %),?-myrcene(21.96 %),?-Pinene(5.17 %),cis-caryophyllene(4.61 %)and ?-Ocimene (1.71 %).Conclusion This method is reliable and effective and can be applied to analyze the essential oil components extracted from Fructus Ponciri Trifoliatae Immaturi.
