Radionuclide imaging was widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of skeletal diseases. It is of early diagnostic value in metastatic osteosarcoma, osteomyelitis and Paget's disease, and early affirmative value in vitality of transplanted bone.It also demonstrates a significant analgesic effect on theosteosarcoma and metastatic osteosarcoma.

Objective To evaluate changes in cerebral blood flow before and after cranioplasty by 256-slice Spiral CT perfusion imaging, and evaluate the effect of cranioplasty on the cerebral blood flow in patients with skull defect. Methods 256-slice spiral CT scan was performed in 20 cases with early cranioplasty surgery,CTP check time points were 1 to 2 days before and 10 to 14 days after cranioplasty surgery. We recorded the the CBF and CBV of the cortex, basal ganglia, and thalamus and other parts,MTT on rCBV,parameter values rCBF,MTT and 1TrP etc.and analyzed and compared.(RCBF,rCBV,MTT and TTP) Results The CBF of cortex after cranioplasty at injured side had statistically significant increase (P<0.05).The CBF of cortex, basic nuclei, thalamus on contrateral had no statistically significant difference. The cerebral blood flow on both sides of the basal ganglia and the thalamus was increased after surgery, but there was no significant difference between before and after surgery (P>0.05) Conclusion Cranioplasty can significantly improve the ipsilateral cortex cerebral blood flow, and CT brain perfusion can accurately assess changes in brain tissue blood flow before and after cranioplasty.

Objective To discuss the expansion model of the eyeball and investigate the morphologic characteristics of high-my- opic eyeball through the dimensional measurement in high-myopia and emmetropia by MRI. Design Case controll study. Participants Thirty-two emmetropes (60 eyes) and 33 high myopes (60 eyes) were enrolled, without eye diseases and history of ocular surgery or in- jury. Methods 60 high-myopic eyes and 60 emmetropic eyes were measured with MRI (I.5T,PHILIPS) to get the data of three inner ocular dimensions, intraocular volume and the volume of different parts. Main Outcome Measures Three dimensions and volumes of eyeballs. Results The average value of axial (28.16?2.80 mm), horizontal (22.87+1.23 mm) and vertical length (23.40?0.99 ram) of high-myopic eyes were much bigger than those of emmetropic eyes(P=0.000), especially the axial length( with difference of 5.38 mm); The axial length was correlated with refractive error (0.36 mm/D,r~2=0.88, P=0.000). The average value of the whole ocular volume (7. 46?0.89 ml) and vitreous volume(6.90?0.8 ml) of the high myopic eyes were bigger than those of emmetropic eyes(P=0.000), while ante- rior segment volume and lens volume were about the same as that of emmetropic eyes (P=0.220, P=0.630). Conclusions The three di- mensions of high-myopic eyes were significantly longer than that of emmetropic eyes. In high myopes, the increased vitreous volume lead to the increase of the whole ocular volume. There may be two models in the ocular expansion of high myopia: global expansion and axial elongation expansion. More serious refractive error cause more obvious expansion in axial elongation.

Objective To discuss feasibility and therapeutic effect of the interventional management through biliary tract drainage with percutaneous transhepatic puncture technique for biliary tract stricture after orthotopic liver transplantation. Methods A retrospective review of the clinical and imaging materials of 292 postoperative orthotopic liver transplantation cases was made. Of these 292 cases, 30 patients suffered from biliary tract complications and treated with billiary balloon dilatation, bile drainage and biliary stenting techniques. Results After biliary balloon dilatation, 3 cases of biliary tract strictures and leaks, 3 cases of simple biliary anastomosis site strictures and 7 out of the 8 cases of multiple biliary tract strictures were cured. In one of the multiple biliary tract stricture patients, a hepatic hematoma after biliary balloon dilatation was found and a second liver transplantation was done. In the 14 cases of multiple biliary tract strictures accompanied with biliary sludge, balloon dilatation technique was repeatedly performed. In 12 of the 14 cases, the strictures were improved remarkably and jaundice was subsided; In one of 14 cases, biliary tract stenting procedure was performed, but liver re-transplatation was carried out because of stent obstruction by much sludge. In the remaining 1 of the 14 cases, because there was no improvement of the strictures and relief of jaundice was revealed after the repeated procedures, liver re-transplantation was finally done In 2 cases of strictures at the opening segment of the T tube, the procedure of percutaneous transhepatic puncture for bile drainage was managed. After the procedure, the strictures were alleviated and the jaundice relieved. Conclusion The interventional managements through percutaneous transhepatic puncture techniques were effective, convenient and minimally invasive for treating biliary tract strictures after orthotopic liver transplantation.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2006;31(5):395-397
OBJECTIVETo study the flavone constituents in Chrozophora sabulosa (Xinjiang origin).
METHODThe compounds were extracted with 95% ethyl alcohol, isolated by various column chromatography and identified by spectroscopic methods.
RESULTSeven flavanoids were isolated and identified as quercetin (I), kaempferol (II), apigenin (III), chrysoerid (IV), isoquercitrin (V), chrysoerin-7-O-beta-D-glucoside (VI) and quercetin-3-O-alpha-D-arabinfuranoside (VII).
CONCLUSIONAll of these seven compounds were obtained from this genus for the first time.

Chinese Journal of Epidemiology 2006;27(10):894-896
OBJECTIVETo investigate the relationship between Helicobacter species and hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).
METHODSLiver samples resected during operation from 34 patients with HCC diagnosed by histopathology and 20 without primary liver carcinoma as controls were studied. The two groups of sample were cranked out pathologic slice for in situ hybridization of Helicobacter, Helicobacter pylori and Helicobacter hepaticus. Qualitative and quantitative studies were used to assess the correlation of liver tissue Helicobacter infection with HCC.
RESULTS64.71% (22/34). of the samples of HCC showed positive for Helicobacter specific 16S rRNA-mRNA gene by in situ hybridization, while none was positive in controls (P < 0.01).
CONCLUSIONHelicobacter pylori were found in the liver of patients with HCC.

Objective:To detect the expressions of p16INK4a protein in the cervical lesion tissues of the Mongolian patients, and to explore the relationship between its expression and the occurrence and development of cervical cancer in the Mongolian patients. Methods:A total of 100 cases of paraffin sections of cervical cancer, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN),chronic cervicitis and uterine leiomyoma were divided into 25 cases of cervical cancer, 35 cases of CIN, 20 cases of chronic cervicitis, and 20 cases of uterine leiomyoma groups. The expressions of p16INK4a protein in different cervical tissues were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results:The positive rates of p16INK4a protern in cervical cancer, CIN, chronic cervicitis and uterine leiomyoma tissnes were 100.0%, 74.3%, 25.0%,and 10.0%, respectively. The results of K-W H rank sum test for multiple sample comparisons showed that the positive expression rate of p16INK4a protein in cervical cancer tissue was significantly higher than those in CIN, chronic cervicitis and uterine leiomyoma tissues(P<0.05).Conclusion:p16INK4a protein can be used as a indicator to screen the Mongolian patients with early cervical cancer.
