China Biotechnology 2006;0(10):-
A promoter fragment (7S?P ) of ? subunit gene was isolated by PCR from genomic DNA in various soybean accessions, including cultivars Nannong99-10,N2899,Nannong 88-1, and wild soybeans Jiangpu -1 and ZYD4174.The sequences of 7S?P fragment from these five soybean accessions shared 99% homology, this indicated that the promoter regions of ? subunit gene were conserved. Meanwhile , sequencing analysis showed that the 7S?P fragment contained several seed-specific motifs, such as RY motif, AGCCCA motif, ACGT motif and A/ T rich motif. The expression vector pBI121-7S?P was constructed with the 7S?P fragment (from Nannong99-10) and the GFP reporter gene for functional analysis. Arabidopsis plants were transformed by Agrobacterium mediated method. Southern blot results showed that the 7S?P had been integrated into the genome of Arabidopsis. Assay of GFP expression in the seeds of transgenic Arabidopsis was determined to identify the function of 7S?P promoter. The results showed that 7S?P was a seed-specific promoter.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2015;21(7):865-868
Objective To observe the effect of case-based learning (CBL) applied in ward-round on residents training. Methods A total of 33 residents trained with routine ward-round and CBL ward-round in the neurological department were investigated with questionnaire. Results 30 effective answers were recalled. More of them reported that CBL ward-round was very significant in improving clinical thinking, mastering the specialized knowledge, developing autonomous learning and improving the communication with patients and their family members (P<0.05). Conclusion CBL ward-round is effective on improving the comprehensive professional abilities of residents.

Objective To study the morphological changes of diaphragm of rats with omethoate poisoning and the protection of penehyclidine hydrochloride. Methods The experimental model of Wistar rats was made by eliac injection ofomethoate,96 rats was divided randomly into four groups in average:the hrinematched control group (Group NO);the omethoate intoxication matched control group (Group PO);atropine and pralidoxime chloride cure group (Group AC); penehyclidine hydrochlofide and pralidoximc chloride cure group (Group PC).The whole blood cholinesterase (ChE) and creatinekinase (CK) activtitise were measured 2 h after poisoning. To observe the morphological changes of diaphragmat different time from 1 to 7 days. Results All the poisoned rats showed that the diaphragmatic histologic damage of the penehyclidine hydrochloride and pralidoxime chloride cure group was slighter than that of atropine cure group. Conclusion A possible reasons of the respiratory muscle paralysis conduced by AOPP was the putrescence of diaphragm muscle fiber, and penehyclidine hydrochloride could definitely protect the diaphragm of rats with omethoate poisoning, and we could deduce that it prevented from intermediate myasthenia syndrome.

Objective To assess the effect of QRS duration (QRSd) and cardiac function during right ventricular apex(RVA) pacing, right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT) pacing and right ventricular bifocal (RV-Bi) pacing. Methods Eight patients underwent RVA pacing,RVOT pacing and RV-Bi pacing during pacemaker implantation operation. The ejection fraction (EF),stroke index (SV),cardiac output(CO),QRS QRSd,QRS axis (QRSa) were measured after each pacing at the same pacing frequency. Results Compared with RVA pacing, the EF,SV and CO increased during RVOT pacing and RV-Bi pacing. The cardiac function of RV-Bi pacing was significantly increased (P

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2015;32(6):1196-1201
The present paper proposed a central-driven structure of upper limb rehabilitation robot in order to reduce the volume of the robotic arm in the structure, and also to reduce the influence of motor noise, radiation and other adverse factors on upper limb dysfunction patient. The forward and inverse kinematics equations have been obtained with using the Denavit-Hartenberg (D-H) parameter method. The motion simulation has been done to obtain the angle-time curve of each joint and the position-time curve of handle under setting rehabilitation path by using Solid Works software. Experimental results showed that the rationality with the central-driven structure design had been verified by the fact that the handle could move under setting rehabilitation path. The effectiveness of kinematics equations had been proved, and the error was less than 3° by comparing the angle-time curves obtained from calculation with those from motion simulation.

Objective To approach the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and transforming growth factor-beta(TGF-?) in periosteum in patients with congenital pseudarthrosis of tibia(CPT) and elucidate the pathogenesis possibility. Methods The expressions of VEGF and TGF-? in 19 specimens from patients with CPT were detected by using immunohistochemical method.Ten normal periosteum from the healing site after tibia fracture were taken as negative group;15 fresh periosteum from the close tibia fractures were positive group. Results VEGF and TGF-? expressed in vascular endothelial cytoplasm of periosteum. The expression levels of VEGF and TGF-? of CPT were lower than those in positive group(P0.05).Conclusion The decreasing of expression levels of VEGF and TGF-? in periosteum may be involved in pathogenesis of CPT.
