Objective To explore the effects of community synthetic nursing intervention on negative emotion of puerperium women.Methods Totals of 100 puerperium women were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,50 cases per group.The control group received conventional health education and home visits and experimental group received community synthetic nursing intervention.Score of anxiety scale ( SAS),depression scale (SDS),symptom assessment scale (SCL-90) and family function,before and after intervention,were compared between two groups.Results SAS score and SDS score in experimental group was (36.76 ± 10.62) and (37.46 ± 10.23) lower than (50.83 ± 10.85) and (49.78 ± 10.14) in control group,the difference was statistically significant (t =6.55,6.05;P ＜ 0.01 ).SCL-90 score of experimental group was lower than that of control group.The well family function in experimental group was 45 cases and 36 cases in control group,and the difference was statistically significant ( x2 =5.26,P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions Application of community synthetic nursing intervention in puerperal women,can eliminate harmful precipitating factor existing in person,family,society and decrease negative emotion of puerperal women.

Abstract: Objective　China was certified by World Health Organization as a malaria-free country in 2021. Malaria has become a rare infectious disease, and preventing the re-transmission of imported malaria and reducing deaths are the main challenges facing China after elimination of malaria. To analyze and clarify the characteristics of imported malaria deaths, and to provide prevention and treatment recommendations for overseas workers and health care workers. Methods　The data of 17 imported malaria deaths in the analysis of malaria deaths from 2016 to 2020 by the National Severe Malaria Treatment Expert Group were collected, and the relevant clinical epidemiological data and disease course records were analyzed. Results　The 17 malaria deaths were all imported from Africa with Plasmodium falciparum infection (malarial cerebral type), with no obvious regularity in the month of onset. Among them, 16 were male patients, 5 cases with underlying diseases such as diabetes mellitus, and 10 patients were first diagnosed in a second-level or lower hospital. Excluding patients who died of respiratory cardiac arrest in ambulances, the mean time difference between first onset and malaria diagnosis in 16 patients was 6.8 days (median 5.5 days), and the mean time between first onset and antimalarial treatment was 7.4 days (median 6 days), the mean time difference from initial onset to death was 10.3 days (median 8.5 days). Excluding cases with onset abroad and unknown time of return, all 14 patients developed the disease within 30 days after returning to China. Conclusion　All the fatal cases were infected with Plasmodium falciparum imported from Africa. The patients' awareness of actively seeking medical treatment is weak, and the delay in seeking medical treatment caused by the insufficient diagnosis and treatment capacity of health institutions at the township level and below is the main reason for the deaths. It is recommended to strengthen the self-protection awareness of staff in malaria-endemic areas overseas and raise their awareness of malaria. For returnees from areas with high malaria risk, primary medical institutions should pay attention to the patient's travel history in Africa, improve the awareness of malaria diagnosis, malaria diagnosis and treatment capabilities.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the effect of Th1/Th2 cytokines on the expression of nerve growth factor(NGF)in splenic lymphocytes in asthmatic model. METHODS: Four SD rats were sensitized and challenged with ovalbumin to establish an asthmatic model, and the rat splenic lymphocytes were isolated and cultured with ConA. The expressions of NGF mRNA were detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), and were observed after the lymphocytes were exogenously added with interferon-gamma(IFN-gamma) or interleukin-4 (IL-4). RESULTS: The lymphocytes of the asthmatic model stimulated by ConA in vitro expressed NGF mRNA in a time-dependent manner. After the lymphocytes had been cultured with IL-4 for 12 h, 24 h, 36 h, and 48 h, 50 microg/L IL-4 upregulated the expressions of NGF mRNA in a time-dependent manner and all the NGF mRNA expressions were significantly higher than the basal values at the same time(all Ps<0.01). After 0, 10, 50, and 100 microg/L IL-4 had been added for 24 h, IL-4 upregulated the expressions of NGF mRNA in a dose-dependent manner and the NGF mRNA expressions were all significantly higher than the values of the lower dose IL-4(all Ps<0.05). After the lymphocytes had been cultured with 10 mug/L IFN-gamma for 0 h, 12 h, 24 h, 36 h, and 48 h, IFN-gamma downregulated the expressions of NGF mRNA in a time-dependent manner and all the NGF mRNA expressions were significantly lower than the basal values at the same time(all Ps<0.01). After 0, 1, 10, and 50 microg/L IFN-gamma have been added for 24 h, IFN-gamma downregulated the expressions of NGF mRNA in a dose-dependent manner and all the NGF mRNA expressions were significantly lower than the values of the lower IFN-gamma dose(all Ps<0.05). CONCLUSION In the splenic lymphocytes of asthmatic rats, IL-4, one of the Th2 cytokines, can upregulate the expressions of NGF; IFN-gamma, one of the Th1 cytokines, can downregulate the expressions of NGF both in a time-dependent manner and in a dose-dependent manner. Th1/Th2 cytokine immune imbalance may indirectly induce the airway neurogenic inflammation by regulating the NGF mRNA expression.

OBJECTIVETo study the expression and significance of structural proteins, VEGF and Ang-1 in cavernous venous malformations of the body surface.

METHODSTissue samples came from 25 cases of cavernous venous malformations, 12 cases of normal moderate veins and 12 cases of normal small veins. Envision immunohistochemical stain was used to investigate the expression of IV collagen, fibronectin, laminin, VEGF and Ang-1. The results were analyzed semi-quantitatively.

RESULTSThe distribution of structural proteins in cavernous venous malformations is similar to moderate and small veins, but the expression in venous malformations is less obviously. VEGF expression in cavernous venous malformations and small veins is stronger obviously than moderate veins. Ang-1 expression in small veins is stronger remarkably than cavernous venous malformations and moderate veins.

CONCLUSIONThe abnormal expression of structural proteins may be an important factor in etiopathology and progress of cavernous venous malformations. There is disturbance of blood vessel remodelling in the sinusoid of cavernous venous malformations, with which the less expression of Ang-1 may be related.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the clinical pathology of cavernous venous malformations of the body surface.

METHODSTissue samples of cavernous venous malformations from 42 cases were stained with hematoxylin and eosin to observe the pathologic structure. The clinical manifestations and case history were summarized accordingly.

RESULTSThere was no distribution difference of the malformation in sex and body sides, but with obvious difference in anatomic sites. The malformation occurred most frequently at the head and neck, more frequently at extremities and least frequently at the trunk. According to pathologic structure, cavernous venous malformations of the body surface can be divided into three types: the cellular, the canaliform and the mixed.

CONCLUSIONThe cause of distribution difference in anatomic sites remains unclear. Internal hemorrhage and infection may account for the increased growth and ache of the lesion. The different pathologic structure of the malformation may cause different clinical manifestations.

Objective To evaluate the application of phase-contrast (PC) cine MR imaging in monitoring the changes of cranial hemodynamics after trauma.Methods The 2D PC cine MR imaging was performed on 40 patients with cerebral trauma,admitted to our hospital from September 2010 to December 2010 and considered to have changes of cranial hcmodynamics,and 40 healthy volunteers; and the mean flow velocity,peak systolic velocity and time-averaged mean velocity of cranial segment in the jugular vein,carotid artery and vertebral artery were compared.Results The bilateral mean flow velocity in the jugular vein of patient group was significantly higher than that in the healthy volunteers (P＜0.05); and no significant differences were noted in the peak systolic velocity and time-averaged mean velocity of eranial segment in the jugular vein between the 2 groups (P＞0.05).And no obvious differences in the mean flow velocity,peak systolic velocity and time-averaged mean velocity of cranial segment in the carotid artery and vertebral artery were noted between the 2 groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion The 2D PC cine MR imaging can quantitatively monitor the changes of cranial hemodynamic after trauma in prophase,providing evidence for clinical treatment.

OBJECTIVE: To determine the expression of nerve growth factor (NGF), tyrosine kinase receptor A (trkA), and pan-neurotrophin receptor (p75) in the lung tissues in asthmatic rats, and to explore their effects on the airway inflammation. METHODS: Thirty-two SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: the control, asthma, NGF and anti-NGF groups. The asthmatic model was established by the inhalation and injection of ovalbumin. The total cell count and differential cell count in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were performed. The pathologic changes in the lung tissues of the 4 groups was detected by HE staining. The NGF mRNA expression in the lung tissues of the asthma and control groups was determined by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). The changes of trkA and p75 mRNA expressions in the lung tissues in the 4 groups were also investigated by RT-PCR. RESULTS: Compared with the control group, the BALF total cell, the BALF eosinophils (Eos), and the BALF lymphocytes (Lyms) significantly increased (All P <0. 001) in the asthma group; and the lung tissues of the asthma group had more infiltrating inflammatory cells. Not only the expression of NGF mRNA, but also its receptors trkA and p75 mRNA in the lung tissues were significantly higher in the asthma group than those in the control group (All P < 0.01). Positive correlation was found between the expression of NGF mRNA and the BALF total cell, the BALF Lyms in the asthma group. Compared with the asthma group, the total cell, the Eos, and the lyms in BALF in the NGF group significantly increased (All P < 0.01), and the lungs of the NGF group had apparent inflammatory changes. The expre-ssions of p75 and trkA mRNA were enhanced significantly (All P < 0.05). Compared with the asthma group, the total cell, the Eos, and the lyms in BALF in the anti-NGF group significantly decreased (All P < 0.001), and the lungs of the anti-NGF group showed alleviative inflammatory changes. The expre-ssions of p75 and trkA mRNA significantly decreased (All P < 0.01). CONCLUSION In lungs of asthmatic rats, the elevated expression of NGF mRNA is closely related to the airway inflammation. NGF can upregulate the expressions of p75 and trkA mRNA in asthmatic rats, and then may promote their role in the airway neuronal inflammation in asthma.

This study aimed to conduct a randomized controlled trial (RCT) to determine whether selective vaginal resection can reduce the incidence of operative complications and the risk of postoperative radiotherapy. The impact of the length of the vagina removed in radical hysterectomy (RH) on prognosis and quality of life (QoL) for IB2–IIA2 CC patients will be investigated. Methods A multicenter, non-inferiority, RCT at 7 institutions in China is designed to investigate the effect of intraoperative frozen pathology exam of vaginal margin in RH on the survival outcomes for patients with IB2–IIA2 CC. Eligible patients aged 18–70 years will be randomly assigned online by one-to-one random allocation to receive intraoperative frozen pathology exam of vaginal margin or not. If frozen pathology indicates positive margin, continue resection of 1 centimeter of vaginal tissue until negative margin is achieved. The primary end point is 2-year disease-free survival (DFS). Adverse events (AEs) caused by further vagina resection, 5-year DFS, 2-year overall survival (OS), 5-year OS and AEs caused by radiotherapy and QoL are secondary end points. A total of 310 patients will be enrolled from 7 tertiary hospitals in China within 3-year period and followed up for 5 years.Trial Registration: Chinese Clinical Trial Registry Identifier: ChiCTR2000035668
