2.Ursolic acid inhibits migration and invasion of human lung cancer A549 cells by targeting miRNA-133a

AIM:To investigate the effects of ursolic acid ( UA) on the migration and invasion of human lung cancer cell line A549, and to explore its mechanism .METHODS:The cell viability was detected by MTT assay .The ex-pression of miRNA-133a was detected in the A549 cells treated with UA by real-time PCR.The miRNA-133a mimics and inhibitor were transfected into the A 549 cells, and the transfection efficiency was analyzed by real-time PCR.The cell mi-gratory and invasive abilities were determined by wound healing and Transwell methods , respectively .RESULTS:The via-bility of the human lung cancer A549 cells was significantly inhibited by UA in a dose-dependent manner (P<0.05).IC50 of UA (24 h) for lung cancer A549 cells was 31.04 μmol/L.UA treatment significantly inhibited the migratory and inva-sive abilities of A549 cells in a concentration-dependent manner , accompanied by significantly elevation of miRNA-133a expression.The mimics and inhibitor of miRNA-133a significantly upregulated and downregulated the expression of miRNA -133a in the transfected A549 cells, respectively.In addition, the viability of the A549 cells was decreased extremely after tansfected with the miRNA-133a mimics (P<0.01), so did the results of the cell migration and invasion test .The A549 cells tansfected with the miRNA-133a inhibitor showed an opposite changes of the cell viability , migration and invasion . CONCLUSION:UA inhibited the viability , migration and invasion of lung cancer A 549 cells by elevating the expression of miRNA-133a.
3.Application of intravenous flurbiprofen axetil combined with small dose of morphine for postoperative and preemptive analgesia

Objective To compare analgesic efficacy of intravenous postoperative and preemptive analgesia with flurbiprofen axetil combined with small dose of morphine and with morphine alone. Methods One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into four groups: group A,morphine 30 mg +0.9% NaCl for postoperative analgesia,n=30;group B,morphine 20 mg +0.9% NaCl for postoperative analgesia,n=30;group C,flurbiprofen axetil 100 mg + morphine 20 mg +0.9% NaCl for postoperative analgesia,n=30;group D,flurbiprofen axetil 100 mg before operation + morphine 20 mg +0.9% NaCl for postoperative analgesia,n=30.The drugs in each group were diluted to 100 mL and infused by a pump at a rate of 2 mL/h with a patient-controlled analgesia(PCA)bolus of 2 mL after a loading dose of 5 mL.The visual analogue scale(VAS),demanding times for PCA and incidence of side effects were recorded during the period of postoperative 24 h. 7.Status quo and prospect of public health system in Shanghai

The government and general public has paid unprecedented attention to the public health after the outbreak of SARS in 2003. Based on the first and the second round of Three-year Action Plan for Public Health System Construction, the public health system in Shanghai has been gradually improved. The city's public health security has been increasingly consolidated and people's main health status and indicators have been constantly improved. Nowadays, the third round of Three-year Action Plan will be started. This paper will review the development of public health system in Shanghai in recent ten years, analyze the possible problems and challenges in the future and put forward the development direction and strategy of the system.

Objective To study the expression of human kallikrein gene(KLK) 4 and KLK5 in ovarian cancers,and to investigate the pathogenesis in malignant tumors. Methods Fifty specimens of ovarian cancers were divided into three groups: malignant tumor group(n=23),borderline tumor group(n=6) and control group(normal or benign tumor,n=21).Fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR was employed to determine the expression of KLK4 and KLK5 in these specimens. Results The expression of KLK4 in ovarian cancers was significantly higher than that of the control group(P
