10-15 years were 7 cases(6.3%),they were randomly divided into treatment group and contol group. The treatment group with 60 patients were given INF-? and polyresistin, age 3 years, given IFN-? 200 000 U per day;and polyresistin 5 mg per time,3 times every day,the course of therapy were 5 days. The control group was given traditional Chinese medicine at the same time. Results After therapy,in treatment group,53 cases(88.3%) of children′s cooling time were lower than 5 days,47 cases(78.3%) of children′s rash subsided time were lower than 6 days,48 cases(75%) of children′s Catarrhal symptoms disappeared time were lower than 5 days, and the rate of complications′ occurrence were 15 cases(18.3%).In control group,28 cases(53.8%) of children′s cooling time were lower than 5 days,14 cases(26.9%) of children′s rash subsided time were lower than 6 days,28 cases(53.8%) of children′s Catarrhal symptoms disappeared time were lower than 5 days, and the rate of complications′ occurrence were 37 cases(71.5%),there were significant differences between both groups(Pa

Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(09):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution and antibiotic resistance of isolates from hospitalized patients with hematological disease in 2005-2007.METHODS A total of 431 bacterial strains were isolated from patients with hematological disease from Jan 2005 to Dec 2007.Antimicrobial susceptibility testing was taken by micro-dilution method.RESULTS Among the 364 bacterial strains,170(39.5.7%)were Gram-positive organisms and 194(45.0%) were Gram-negatives.Among the 170 Gram-positive strains,41.2% were enterococci and 6.3% were E.faecium strains.meticillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) and meticillin-resistant coagulase negative staphylococcus(MRCNS) accounted for 71.4% and 35.8%.No vancomycin resistant Staphylococcus spp and Enterococcus spp were found. The top 5 Gram-negtive species were Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Stenotrophomonas maltophilia and Acinetobacter baumannii.Detection rates of ESBLs in E.coli and K.pneumoniae were 17.5% and 9.1%.Two pan-resistant P.aeruginosa strains were found in 2007.CONCLUSIONS Our data are important and valuable for the rational antimicrobial therapy of infections in patients with hematolagical disease.

Objective To assess the left ventricular longitudinal shrinkage function in liver cirrhosis patients with two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging (2D-STI). Methods Echocardiography and Doppler echocardiography were performed in 34 patients with liver cirrhosis and 35 healthy subjects of corresponding ages. High frame rate two-dimensional images were recorded from apical long-axis view, four-chamber view and two-chamber view of left ventricle; then the left ventricular diameter, left atrium diameter, the peak filling velocity of E wave and A wave, E/A ratio, EF and FS were measured. The peak systolic strain of left ventricular segment was measured with two-dimensional strain software. Results Compared with healthy subjects, left ventricular diameter, left atrium diameter, EF and FS of liver cirrhosis patients were not statistically different (P>0.05), but the E/A ratio was lower (P<0.05). The peak systolic strain of most left ventricular segment in liver cirrhosis reduced significantly (P<0.05), except that of base segment of posterior wall, anterior wall, inferior wall, anterior and posterior interventricular septum, as well as middle segment of posterior interventricular septum. Conclusion The heart shape, systolic and diastole function of liver cirrhosis are abnormal. 2D-STI can early and accurately evaluate the systolic function of liver cirrhosis.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the theoretical model of the three-dimensional structure of mosquitocidal Cry30Ca2 and its molecular docking with N-acetylgalactosamine.
METHODSThe theoretical model of Cry30Ca2 was predicted by homology modeling on the structure of the Cry4Ba. Docking studies were performed to investigate the interaction of Cry30Ca2 with N-acetylgalactosamine on the putative receptor.
RESULTSCry30Ca2 toxin is a rather compact molecule composed of three distinct domains and has approximate overall dimensions of 95 by 75 by 60Å. Domain II is a helix bundle, Domain II consists of three antiparallel β-sheets, Domain III is composed of two β-sheets that adopt a β-sandwich fold. Residue 321Ile in loop1, residues 342Gln 343Thr and 345Gln in loop2, residue 393Tyr in loop3 of Cry30Ca2 are responsible for the interactions with GalNAc via 7 hydrogen bonds, 6 of them were related to the oxygen atoms of hydroxyls of the ligand, and one to the nitrogen of the ligand.
CONCLUSIONThe 3D structure of Cry30Ca2 resembles the previously reported Cry toxin structures but shows still some distinctions. Several residues in the loops of the apex of domain II are responsible for the interactions with N-acetylgalactosamine.

Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2015;14(6):513-516
In recent years, laparoscopic total gastrectomy (LTG) with lymphadenectomy is increasingly utilized for the management of gastric cancer located in the middle or upper third of the stomach. However, esophagojejunostomy is the key technical difficulty in operation.Compared with conventional extracorporeal esophagojejunostomy via mini-laparotomy,pioneers are attempting to perform intracorporeal anastomosis in order to gain better manipulation and minimally invasive benefits,as well as reducing the difficulties in digestive tract reconstruction.

Objective To study the suitable dose of intracoronary adenosine (AD) on fractional flow reserve (FFR) measurement in Chinese patients with angiographic coronary artery disease. Methods FFR was measured in 32 patients with 40 moderate coronary stenosis. Boluses of intracoronary AD at increasing doses of 60μg (A1), 80μg (A2), 100μg (A3) and 120μg (A4) were randomly administered. FFR values, symptoms, systemic effects and development of atrioventricular block were recorded. Results FFR value decreased significantly by 8.99%(A1), 11.24%(A2), 13.48%(A3) and 13.48%(A4) compared with the baseline distal coronary pressure/aortic pressure (0.891±0.044, all P<0.001). A3 and A4 showed significantly lower FFR values than A1 (t=6.331、6.343, all P < 0.001),A2 (t=2.974、3.058, P=0.005、0.004). Positive rates of an FFR of<0.75 were 30.0%(n=12), 32.5%(n=13), 35.0%(n=14) and 35.0%(n=14) in A1, A2, A3 and A4. A total of 13 patients(40.6%) reported at least one side effects. Conclusions This study suggests a dose-response relationship for intracoronary AD on the measurement of FFR in Chinese patients with angiographic coronary artery disease. The suitable dose of bolus of intracoronary AD is 100μg.
