Objective To quantitatively assess cardiac intervals with tissue Doppler imaging(TDI) and normal reference values. Methods Apical 4 chamber, 2 chamber and long axis views of two-dimensional TDI were acquired in 29 healthy individuals(using GE Vivid 7 commercially ultrasound machine). The basal and middle segments in left ventricle(anterior septal, anterior, lateral, posterior, inferior and septal wall) and in the free wall of right ventricle were analyzed with tissue velocity imaging(TVI) model.Cardiac intervals of each segment, which included the isovolumic contraction time, contraction to peak time, insovolumetric relaxation time, rapid filling time and artrial contraction time were measured using TVI in the left ventricle and free wall of the right ventricle. Results The successful rate of sample was 100% in basal segment of each wall. There were significant differences between the left and right ventricle in the isovolumetric contraction time, the systolic accelaration time, contraction to peak time, isovolumetric relaxation time, early diastolic time, diastasis and artrial contraction( P

The paper introduced the recent development of optical tweezers array.The particle manipulation system could be set up based on several methods,such as acousto-optics deflectors(AOD),diffractive optical elements(DOE),spatial light modulators(SLM),interference technique,vertical cavity surface emitting laser(VCSEL),optical fibers and micro-lens arrays as well.The principle,specification and basic structure of each method were introduced and analyzed briefly.Taking the advantage of particle trapping,optical tweezers array was very useful for manipulation of micron size particles,such as cells.Combining with microfluidics and MEMs fabrication,optical tweezer array,the ultraminiature and portable particle sorting system,would be a good choice for space biological research.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of transthoracic two dimensional echocardiography, cardioangiography (CAG), and MRI in the diagnosis of cor triatriatum. Methods Twelve cases of cor triatriatum were confirmed by operation. Imaging examination was performed in 12 cases by transthoracic two dimensional echocardiography, 6 cases by CAG, and 8 cases by MRI. Results The diagnostic accuracy of cor triatriatum was 7 out of 12 by UCG, 4 out of 6 by CAG, and 8 out of 8 by MRI, respectively. MRI provided excellent delineation of the intraatrial membrane and the size of the membrane orifice. Conclusion MRI was of great value in the diagnosis of cor triatriatum.

Objective:To study the effect of dipeptidyl peptidase I(DPPI)on the damage of alveolar bone and inflammatory re-sponse of periodontium in periodontitis mice.Methods:Periodontitis model of left first molars was established in 1 0 DPPI-/-mice and 1 0 wild type(WT)mice by E.coli LPS injection and the right ones were served as the control by PBS injection.Micro-CT scanning and HE staining were performed to compare the damage of alveolar bone and inflammatory response of periodontium between the 2 groups.Results:The decreace of alveolar bone height in DPPI-/-mice was less than that in WT mice〔(Maxillary:(0.001 7 ± 0.000 4)mm vs (0.202 0 ±0.008 6)mm;Mandibular:(0.034 2 ±0.002 9)mm vs (0.332 8 ±0.01 2 5)mm〕(P<0.05).HE staining showed that the inflammatory response of periodontium in DPPI-/-mice was less severe than that in WT mice.Conclusion:DPPI may promote the inflammatory response of periodontis in mice.

AIM To establish the HPLC-FPC of Flos Lonicerae . from different growing areas. METHODS The gradient was adopted elution with methanol and 1 % acetic acid, at detection wavelength was at 254 nm. RESULTS The constitutents of Flos Lonicerae were well separated on HPLC, and the HPLC-FPC of 10 batchs of samples was established. The results showed that this method had a good repeatability, and the 11 common peak’s had an exclusive properties. CONCLUSION The method developed can evaluate the quality of Flos Lonicerae conveniently.

In this paper, the classification of the upper limb rehabilitation robot was discussed and the research progress was overviewed.Finally, the prospects of upper limb rehabilitation robot were put forward.

The paper introduces the system design of internet platform in novelty assessment and selective dissemination of informa-tion of medical science and technology project in Zhejiang province, including the exploitation of environment , processing of novelty as-sessment and selective dissemination of information as well as main function design. This system has noticeable advantages, such as com-prehensive functions, multiple participation, transparent service process, which could finish the relevant work on the internet, improve the quality of information service and enhance the efficiency.

Objective To discuss the method and treatment outcome of vascular variation in repairing skin defect of the hand by free transplantation of posterior interosseous perforator flap.Methods Eight cases with vascular variation were adjusted flap position,two cases were repaired by single perforator flap,three cases were repaired by cutting perforator and anastomosing perforator after changing the path,three cases were repaired by designing composition leaves flap.Results Seven flaps survived,one flap partly necrosis and healed by skin-grafting,and all of the patients were followed-up 3 to 18 months.The color,texture and thickness of the flaps were satisfactory.The movements of the fingers were satisfactory.According to the hand function evaluation criteria issued by the Hand Surgery Society of the Chinese Medical Association,outcomes were rated excellent in 1 case,good in 5 cases,fair in 2 cases.The excellent and good rate was 75％.Conclusion When finding vascular variation in repairing skin defect of the hand by free transplantation of posterior interosseous perforator flap,adjust flap position,repair by single perforator flap,cutting perforator and anastomosing perforator after changing the path,or designing composition leaves flap is a good treatment option.
