7-year-program clinical medicine is a major that fuses master with bachelor degree education and has higher demand in the integrated ability training.It is in 2002 that Southeast University first admitted students of this major,which,therefore,is brand new challenge to every educators,including EMP teachers.Thus,we initiated teaching innovation and put it into practice,which proved beneficial.

Objective To explore the application of gastric(enteric)-pharyngeal anastomosis for cervical esophageal carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of 12 cases with surgical management of cervical esophageal carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed. Results The resectability of cervical esophageal carcinoma was 100%,no case complicated with pharyngeal fistula.Swallowing function of all cases was in a good state.The overall follow-up was 1 to 7 years,among them 9 surviving,3 dead.The surviving 5 cases are over 3 years,the ongest beyond 7 years. Conclusions Gastric(enteric)-pharyngeal anastomosis is a good primarily rehabilitating method of the cervical esophageal defect after surgical treatment of cervical esophageal carcinoma.

Objective : To investigate the characteristics of HIV/AIDS cases at ages of 15 to 24 years reported in Ningbo City from 2011 to 2021, so as to provide insights into AIDS control among adolescents. Methods : The epidemiological data regarding HIV/AIDS cases in Ningbo City from 2011 to 2021 were captured from the AIDS Comprehensive Prevention and Control Information System of Chinese Disease Prevention and Control Information System, and the temporal distribution, population distribution, and routes of infections and detection were descriptively analyzed. Results : A total of 1 218 HIV/AIDS cases at ages of 15 to 24 years were reported in Ningbo City from 2011 to 2021, accounting for 17.41% of totally reported cases, and the proportion of HIV/AIDS cases in total HIV/AIDS cases during the same year appeared a tendency towards a decline from 2011 to 2021 (χ2trend=17.170, P<0.001). There were 993 males (81.53%) and 225 females (18.47%), 123 students (10.10%) and 1 095 off-campus adolescents (89.90%), and 904 with non-local registered residence (74.22%). Sexual behavior was identified as the predominant route of HIV infections (97.45%), including 714 men who had sex with men (58.62%). There were 636 cases with passive testing (52.22%), 305 cases with active testing (25.04%) and 219 cases with diagnosis at sexually transmitted diseases clinics (17.98%). Conclusions Men, non-local registered residence and off-campus adolescents were predominant among HIV/AIDS cases at ages of 15 to 24 years in Ningbo City from 2011 to 2021, with men-men sexual behaviors as the predominant route of HIV infections.

A.niger M1, the initial strain, was treated by UV and a mutant with 30% higher xylanase activity was obtained. Zymogram for detecting xylanase showed there are three different xylanases in the mutant mature culture, while two xylanases in initial strain. After orthogonal experiment, the optimum fermentation conditions of the mutant were obtained as follows: concentration of the major carbon resource 4 %, ratio between bran and corncob 5:5, concentration of glucose 0.1%, concentration of ammonium oxalate as supplemental nitrogen resource 2.0%, the initial pH of liquid medium 5.0, 100mL/250mL flask.

Objective To investigate the method and value of adjustable interatrial fistulization in the operation of congenital heart disease(CHD) accompany with severe pulmonary arterial hypertension(PH).Methods Twenty-seven patients(19 male,8 females) accompany with severe PH were entered the study,age ranged from 4 to 14 years old,weight from 13.7 to 42.0 kilogram.The enrolled diseases included 11 cases of atrial septal defect(ASD),10 cases of ventricular septal defect(VSD),4 cases of patent ductus arteriosus(PDA),and 2 cases of Ebstein syndrome accompany with severe tricuspid insufficiency.All patients were diagnosed as CHD accompany with severe PH(bidirectional shunt)which was the contraindications for routine operation before operation through chest X-ray,electrocardiography,ultrasonic cardiography,cardiac catheteri-zation and cardiac angiography.Results With adjustable interatrial fistulization and treatment to the abnormalities,14 fistulaes were closed immediately after operation,7 fistulaes were closed 2 days after operation,3 fistulaes were closed 3 days and 1 fistulae was closed 4 days after operation and accompanied with empyema discharged initiatively.One fistula was never closed,1 case died from low cardiac output symptom.The effective rate was 92.6%,closed to that of routine operations.Conclusion Adjustable interatrial fistulization is an easy procedure,and it can decrease the danger of PH post-operation effectively and provide operation opportunity for those patients with CHD approaching terminal stage.

OBJECTIVETo establish a new method for simultaneous determination of shanzhiside methyl ester, chlorogenic acid, 8-O-acetyl shanzhiside methylester, forsythiaside B, rutin, acteoside and galuteolin in Lamiophlomis rotata.

METHODSeparation was performed on a Welchrom-C18 chromatographic column with acetonitrile-0.1% orthophosphoric acid as mobile phasewith gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL x min(-1). The column temperature was 30 degrees C, and the detection wavelength was set at 238 nm, 330 nm and 350 nm.

RESULTThe seven compounds were well separated with good linear correlations. The mean recoveries of seven compounds were 96.47%-102.2% (RSD 0.70%-2.2%).

CONCLUSIONThere were good correlations among the seven compounds in the samples of aerial parts. The mean sum of shanzhiside methyl ester and 8-O-acetyl shanzhiside methylester in samples of aerial parts is 1.44%. The aerial parts have more kinds of composition and with higher content than that of underground parts in L. rotata, which was reasonable for the resonable use of the aerial part as medicinal part. The method was simple, repeatable and stable, which could be used for identification and quality evaluation of L. rotata.
