Through study on Bianque Shenying Zhenjiu Yulong Jing (Bianque's Classic of Effective Acupuncture Prescriptions), acupuncture experiences and ideology of WANG Guo-rui, an acupuncture physician of the Yuan Dynasty (1271-1368), is discussed in this article. Inherited and carried forward DOU's acupuncture theory, WANG Guo-rui encouraged to use experiential points and to expand extra points. Penetrating needling method was created, and the application of acupoints according to needling opportunities and seasonal factors were enriched by him. Great importance was also attached on treatment according to differentiation of syndromes, which including the simultaneous acupuncture and moxibustion, simultaneous reinforcing and reducing, reducing after reinforcing, reinforcing after reducing, predomination of reducing and predomination of reinforcing. The flexible treating methods are still extensively adopted in clinic nowadays. WANG Guo-rui is a master of clinical acupuncture who made great contribution to the development of acupuncture and moxibustion.

Journal of China Medical University 2015;(5):456-460
Objective To investigate the effect of hypoxia micro?environment on anoikis in human high?metastatic cell line 95D of giant cell carci?noma of lung. Methods Suspension technology was used to culture 95D to establish the model of anoikis?resistant 95D cells. Hypoxic culture was conducted in the experimental group, and regular culture was conducted in the control group. The effect of hypoxia on proliferation of anoikis?resis?tant 95D was investigated by MTT and the apoptosis in the two groups were detected by flow cytometer. The invasive ability of the cells was assessed by Transwell test. The effect of hypoxia on the expression of HIF?1α,VEGF and MMP?2 in anoikis?resistant 95D was detected by Western blot. Re?sults The growth rate of the anoikis?resistant 95D cells treated with hypoxia was 52.9%,and the apoptosis rate of these cells was higher than that in the non?hypoxic group(40.4%vs 21.7%,P<0.05). The treatment of hypoxia down?regulated the invasive ability, the number of migration cells un?der hypoxia was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance(40.1±6.7 vs 12.5±7.9,P<0.05). The up?regulation of HIF?1α, the down?regulation of VEGF and MMP?2 were observed in the group of hypoxia. Conclusion During anoikis of human high?metastatic lung can?cer cell line 95D,hypoxia inhibited the survival ability and the metastasis ability of anoikis?resistant cells, which, however, might be the early mani?festation of hypoxia.
6.The role of soluble interleukin 2 receptor in bone metabolism of Graves′ disease in women
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2017;33(5):382-386
Objective To examine the relationship between plasma soluble interleukin 2 receptor(sIL2R), bone metabolism markers, and bone mineral densities in female patients with Graves′ disease(GD), and to explore the role of sIL2R in bone metabolism of GD.Methods This study included 201 female GD patients.FT3, FT4, TSH, PTH, osteocalcin(OCN), C-terminal telopeptides of type Ⅰ collagen (CTX), procollagen type I N-terminal propeptide(PINP), and 25-(OH)-vitamin D(25OHD) were measured using electrochemical luminescence technique.sIL2R was measured using chemiluminescence method. All pations underwent examinations of bone mineral densities at lumbar spine, total hip, and femoral neck(LS-BMD, TH-BMD, and FN-BMD).The associations of sIL2R with bone metabolism markers and bone mineral densities were analyzed. Results OCN,CTX,PINP gradually decreased across the tertile groups of LS-BMD, TH-BMD, FN-BMD(all P<0.05).FT3, sIL2R gradually increased across the tertile groups of OCN, CTX, PINP(all P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that sIL2R was independently associated with OCN and CTX(both P<0.05).Conclusion The increase of bone turnover leads to bone loss in female GD patients. The plasma level of sIL2R was positively correlated to bone turnover, which indicated that sIL2R may play an important role in bone metabolism of GD.

Microbiology 1992;0(02):-
Five fractions,Ⅰ(R_f0.06)、Ⅱ(R_f0.21)、Ⅲ(R_f0.45)、Ⅳ(R_f0.60)、Ⅴ(R_f0.75)have been obtained after HT-toxin from race 1 of Exserohilum turcicum 99-2 isolated by TLC. In all of these fractions, only fractions Ⅱ had specific toxicity to the corn leaves with Ht1 gene. Then fractions Ⅱ-1、Ⅱ-2、Ⅱ-3 were isolated from fractions Ⅱ by HPLC purification, and the bioassay result showed only fraction Ⅱ-3 was toxigentic to corn leaves with Ht1 gene but non-toxigentic to corn leaves without Ht1 gene. Fractions Ⅱ-1、Ⅱ-2 and Ⅱ-3 were scanned by UV-Vis spectrophotometer. It was shown that the fractions Ⅱ-1 and Ⅱ-2 had analogous spectrum, and especially the fraction Ⅱ-3 had a special peak at 300nm.

Objective To observe the changes of MEP(motor evoked pontential) and neurologic function after Erigeron beviscapus(EBHM) preconditioning on spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury in rabbits, and provide substructural experimental theory. Methods Twenty-four domestic rabbits were randomly divided into four groups with six rabbits each. In sham group (group A) only the abdominal aorta was exposed. In the blank group (group B), the abdominal aorta was occluded 40 minute followed by reperfusion. In the methylprednisolone group (group C), it was occluded 30 minute before the abdominal, methylprednisolone (30 mg/kg) was injected into the rabbit by vein, which was used for two days after the surgeon. In the EBHM group (group D), EBHM(50 mg/kg) was injected into the rabbit by vein, the following procedure was the same as group C. MEP was measured in each observed point and neurologic function was observed everyday for 7days.Results At every observed point after SCI, the MEP changed regularly, and compared with group B, there was significant difference in groups C and D(P<0.05). 7 days later, the neurologic function changed significantly in each group(P<0.05).Conclusion MEP monitoring can reflect the early change on spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury. EBHM preconditioning can protect the rabbit from spinal cord ischemia reperfusion injury.

Objective To explore the risk factors and metastasis of non-sentinel lymph node (NSLN) in breast cancer patients with sentinel lymph node metastasis≤2. Methods 88 cases of breast cancer with sentinel lymph node metastasis≤2 were retrospectively analyzed. Factors influencing the status of NSLN were studied. Results 8 cases (9.09%) had NSLN metastasis. Variance analysis showed that tumor stage(P=0.014), histolog-ical grade(P=0.014) and ER statuts(P=0.009) were correlated with NSLN metastasis. Logistic analysis showed that only histological grade was the independent predictor for NSLN metastasis (P=0.016,OR=1.150,95%CI=0.598~7.740).18 cases had micro-metastasis of sentinel lymph node and 70 cases had macro-metastasis of sentinel lymph node. The ratio of false negative SLN was 10.23%. The mean follow-up time was 11 months. There was no case of recurrence, metastasis or death. Conclusions The metastasis rate of NSLN is relatively low in breast cancer patients with small number of positive SLNs. NSLN metastasis is related to tumor stage, histological grade, and ER expression.
