The doctor-patient relationship has become increasingly tense. The requirement of the society for physicians, especially surgeons is higher. Apart from fine professional skills, surgeons must learn some other skills, such as communication, the ability of self-decompression, and the awareness of public relationship to deal with inculpation from the media and society. The medical record is more and more important nowadays, surgeons should pay enough attention to it. Objective To survey the semen quality of healthy adult men in the Liaoning area.Methods We included 400 male volunteers of different ages who underwent a premarital examination and reproductive health checkup in 2015 for semen sample collection.The inclusion criteria were as follows:men who underwent unified semen analysis,those who answered the questionnaire for analysis of overall semen quality,and those who were aged 18-25,26-30,and 31-40 years.Results Among the 400 male volunteers,the consistent standard rate only reached 40.5％ according to the World Health Organization-specified reference values for testicular volume,semen volume,semen concentration,total energy,forward movement,livability,normal appearance,pH,liquefaction time,DNA fragmentation index,and high DNA staining index.The differences between the three groups were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The results of the 18-to 25-year age group were better than those of the other groups.Conclusion Healthy adults' semen quality in the Liaoning area has declined in recent years;therefore,male reproductive health education should be seriously considered.

OBJECTIVE:To observe the efficacy and safety of pidotimod combined with triamcinolone acetonide in the treat-ment of oral lichen planus(OLP). METHODS:Data of 60 patients with OLP were retrospectively analyzed and divided into obser-vation group(35 cases)and control group(25 cases)by different medication. Control group was treated with triamcinolone aceton-ide 1 ml+2% Lidocaine injection 1 ml,embrocated in the local lesion area according to lesion size,3 times a day;observatioh group was additionally treated with Pidotimod dispersible tablets 800 mg between meals based on the treatment of control group, twice a day,and then changed to 800 mg,orally,once a day after 2 weeks. The treatment course was 4 weeks. The clinical effica-cy and incidence of adverse reactions in 2 groups were observed. RESULTS:After 1 and 3 month(s),the total effective rates in ob-servation group were significantly higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no sig-nificant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between 2 groups(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Pidotimod combined with triamcinolone acetonide has significant efficacy in the treatment of OLP,with good safety.

With the progress of genetic studies,it has been found that long non-coding RNA( LncRNA) in many regulations which play a key role in development of tumor.Its own individual pieces can also have differ-ent adjustive effects;some LncRNA can even have different regulation and controlling effect in a variety of tumor. How the newly discovered LncRNA expression in colorectal cancer?This review mainly outlines the research de-velopment of LncRNA in colerectal cancer in brief.

Calcium-sensing receptor(CaSR) is a widely distributed G-protein coupled receptor.The activated CaSR plays an important role in many kinds of signaling pathway regulation, such as Ca2+ signaling pathway.It not only maintains the body calcium balance, but also is involved in the regulation of a variety of cell secretion, proliferation, apoptosis, and ion channel opening processes.CaSR expression is involved in stem cell migration, adhesion and homing in hematopoietic stem cells and mesenchymal stem cells.The activated CaSR also regulated the function of itself and characteristics in stem cells through a variety of cell signaling pathways.We introduce the functions and characteristics of CaSR, the relationship between CaSR and disease, and review the effects of the biological characteristics on hematopoietic stem cells and mesenchymal stem cells.

Objective To explore the effects of Qiuxieling associate with Licorzinc therapy on infantile rotavirus enteritis. Methods Infants with rotavirus enteritis were divided into 4 groups (symptomatic and supportive treatment group,Licorzinc group,Qiuxieling group,and Qiuxieling combined with Licorzinc group).The curative effect was analyzed.Results The total ef-fective rates of symptomatic and supportive treatment group,Licorzinc group,Qiuxieling group,and Qiuxieling combined with Licorzinc group were 77.5%,82.5%,85.0% and 92.5%.The average disease courses of symptomatic and supportive treatment group,Licorzinc group,Qiuxieling group,and Qiuxieling combined with Licorzinc group were (6.44 ± 0.79 ),(5.82 ± 0.55 ), (5.66±0.50)and (4.78 ±0.50)days.The curative effects were significantly higher in Qiuxieling combined with Licorzinc group compared to symptomatic and supportive treatment group,Licorzinc group and Qiuxieling group (P <0.05).Conclusion Qiuxiel-ing and Licorzinc were significantly effective in the treatment of infantile rotavirus diarrhea,and can short the disease course.
