Objective To observe the effect of interleukin-1β(IL-1β) on expression of Matrix Metalloproteinases 13 (MMP-13) in rat chondrocytes and its regulation of miR-27b. Methods Chondrocytes were extracted from 7 Wistar male rats. Expression of MMP-13 were examined by Western blot at 0 h, 24 h, 48 h after IL-1βstimulation. Differential miRNAs expression profiles were examined by miRNAs microarray. The most obviously down-regulated miRNAs were confirmed by quantitative Real-time PCR. Targeted regulation relationship between miR-27b and MMP-13 was set up by Luciferase re?porter gene experiments. Results Expression of MMP-13 in rat chondrocytes was increased at a timely dependent manner upon IL-1βstimulation(P<0.05);Microarray revealed 36 miRNAs whose expression changed, among which 6(miR-27b, miR-31, miR-26a, miR-26b, miR-23, miR-204)were especially obvious. Real-time PCR confirmed that miR-27b was the one whose expression level were most down-regulated. Transient co-transfection of miR-27b mimics with luciferase expres?sion plasmids resulted in significant repression of luciferase activity in rat chondrocytes (P < 0.05). Conclusion IL-1βstimulation result in down-regulation of miR-27b and up-regulation of MMP-13 expression. MiR-27b and MMP-13 show targeted regulation relationship.

?AlM:To analyze the related risk factors of retinopathy in pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome ( PlHS) .
?METHODS:Two hundred and sixty-two cases with the PlHS retinal lesions were selected, and the correlation between PlHS stage, age, body mass, albuminuria, mean arterial blood pressure, hematocrit value and retinopathy in PlHS were observed.
?RESULTS: Retinal stage increased with the increase of the grade of PlHS (χ2regression=52. 13, P<0. 05);there was no statistical significance between age and retinopathy (χ2regression=6. 52, P>0. 05);the greater body mass was, the higher the degree of retinopathy was (χ2regression=22. 97, P<0. 05 ); albuminuria was associated with retinopathy (χ2regression = 40. 16, P<0. 05 ); the degree of retinopathy increased with the increase of mean arterial blood pressure (χ2regression = 44. 38, P < 0. 05 ); the degree of retinopathy increased with the increase of hematocrit value (χ2regression=52. 73, P<0. 05).
?CONCLUSlON: PlHS stage, body mass, albuminuria, mean arterial blood pressure, hematocrit value are the related risk factors of retinopathy in PlHS.

At present,the main treatment methods of solid tumor are radiotherapy and ehemotherapy.Traditional radiotherapy and chemotherapy have certain limitations because of resistance and toxicity.High dose chemoradiotherpy with hematopoietie stem cell transplantation(HSCT)support can reduce resistance and toxicity,enhance the effectiveness of treatment.But there are still high relapse rate after transplantation and short survival period.How to strengthen the following treatment is worth of further study.This review will focus on the feasibility,treatment time,therapeutic effect and research advancement of HSCT for solid tumor.

[Objective] To observe the effects of pine pollen on the changes of p16INK4a and p21WAF1 in 2BS cells.[Method]The 2BS cells were cultured from 28 population doubling(PD)and divided equally into the young control group,old control group,middle-dose pine pollen group(120mg/dl)and high-dose pine pollen group(240mg/dl)randomly.Regulate the phases of cell cycle by flow cytometry,and then the expression of p16INK4a,p21WAF1 mRNA were determined by semi-quantitative RT-PCR.[Result]The amount of cells in G1 phase was depressed in middle-dose pine pollen group(72.73%?1.76%)and high-dose pine pollen group(64.15%?0.87%)than in old control group(81.33%?3.43%)noticeablely(P

Objective To analyze the clinical data of vulvar squamous cell carcinoma and discuss the related risk factors.Methods The clinical data obtained from 109 cases of vulvar squamous cell carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively.Results The most common ages of onset were 50-69 years.The course of canceration was usually 6-12 months,and most lesions occurred on the labia majora.The sizes of tumour were around 2-4 cm,and more than 90 ％ of lesions were well-differentiated squamous cell carcinomas.According to 2009 FIGO new staging of vulva cancer,more patients were reclassified as stage Ⅰ B,while patients with stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ became less.99 out of 109 patients also had nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva.The lesions mostly affected the labia majora and the labia minora,and 60 ％ of them were pathologically diagnosed as lichen sclerosus.Patients with nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva usually developed into vulvar carcinoma within 10-15 years.Conclusion The incidence of vulvar squamous cell carcinoma is closely related with vulvar nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of the vulva.As the chronic nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva increase the risk of vulvar cancer,periodic follow-up will help its early detection.

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical signification of tumor M2 pyruvate kinase in pa-tients with CRC, and to try to find a reliable and atraumatic method to predict the progress and pronosis in the CRC. Methods ELISA method was used to determine the serum levels of tM2-PK in 68 patients with CRC,40 pa-tients with colorectal polyps and 40 cases of normal subjects; immunohistochemistry ( IHC ) methods were respec-tively used to detect the expression of tM2-PK in tissues. Results ① The level of serum tM2-PK in patients with CRC was significantly higher than the group of patients with polyps and the normal subjects ( P<0.05 ) . The serum tM2-PK levels was closely correlated to tumor size and Duke stage.②The positive rate of tissue tM2-PK was signif-icantly higher in CRC than in colorectal polyps and normal subjects ( P<0.05 ) . Tissue tM2-PK levels was closely correlated to tumor size,Duke stage and differentiation grade. ③Serum tM2-PK levels was correlated to tissue tM2-PK levels (r=0.357,P=0.003). Conclusion Combined detection of expression of tM2-PK can provide the basis theory for the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of CRC.
