Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(21):-
Objective To analyze the advantages of combined analysis of allergen skin prick test(SPT)and phadiatop/specific IgE antibody on the allergen diagnosis in asthmatic children. Methods Inhalant allergen SPT and Phadiatop test were done in 57 asthmatic children.Thirty-three cases of those asthmatic children were measured serum specific IgE antibody against dermatophagoids pteronyssinus. Results Dermatophagoids, molds and pets were the main inhalant allengens in asthmatic children. The positive rates of SPT and Pha-(diatop) in 57 asthmatic children were 86% and 79%,respectively,and the consistence rate between SPT and Phadiatop was 86%.Five cases with negative Phadiatop were confirmed to have molds allergy via SPT and molds specific IgE test. The consistence rate of dermatophagoids pteronyssinus SPT and specific IgE was 97%.Conclusion It is helped to improve the sensitivity and specificity of allergen diagnosis in asthmatic children when doctors combined analyze the results of allergen skin prick test and specific IgE test.
4.Combined Effect of Arsenite and Cigarette Smoke Solution on NF-?B in Lymphocytes of Rats
Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(09):-
Objective To investigate the effect of sodium arsenite combined with cigarette smoke solution on NF-?B in rat lymphocytes. Methods Rat lymphocytes were divided into 4 groups: the arsenite treatment group, the CSS treatment group, the arsenite and CSS treatment group, and the control group. Electrophoretic mobility shift assays was used to detect levels of NF-?B DNA binding. Western blot was used to detect protein expression of I?B?. Results Levels of NF-?B DNA binding in the CSS treatment group and the arsenite treatment group were significantly increased (P

Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2003;0(04):-
Objective: To study the prevalence of antibody to citrullinated human fibrinogen(ACF) in rheumatic diseases and the diagnostic values in rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: Human fibrinogen was deiminated by the peptidylarginine deiminase(PAD) in the presence of Ca~(2+) in vitro.ACF was detected by ELISA in 352 patients with rheumatic diseases(183 RA,121 SLE and 48 OA) and 108 healthy controls. The sensitivity and specificity in RA were calculated and the correlations between ACF and the clinical and laboratory parameters were analysed by SPSS statistical software. Results: Compared with SLE(25.62%),OA(18.75%) and healthy control(2.78%) respectively, the patients with RA had a significantly higher level of ACF(67.21%,P

Journal of Environment and Health 1993;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the cytogenetic toxic effects of copper sulfate on root tip cells of Zea mays L.Methods The root tip cells of Zea mays L were treated by copper sulfate as mutagen at the doses of 0.05,0.10,0.25,0.50,1.00 g /L for 24 hours. The mitotic index, the micronucleus rate and the chromosome aberration rate of tip cells of Zea mays L were measured. Results Compared with the negative control group, the micronucleus rates and the mitotic index in 0.05,0.10,0.25,0.50,1.00 g /L groups and the chromosome aberration rates in 0.05,0.10,0.25,0.50 g /L groups increased significantly(P

Objective To study the effect of cardiac troponin T(cTnT)on the prognosis of chronic heart failure in the elderly patients. Methods Serum level of cTnT,and serum activities of creatine kinase (CK)and creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB)were measured in 60 elderly patients of chronic heart failure with varied classes of cardiac function.Cardiac events, including malignant cardiac arrhythemia, repeated or aggravated heart failure or cardiac death,in patients with increased cTnT during hospitalization were compared to those without it.Results Serum level averaged(89.1?13.6)mmol/L for CK and(7.9? 1.4)mmol/L for CK-MB in 20 patients with Class Ⅱ cardiac function by New York Heart Association (NYHA)classification and without increased cTnT,(88.2?13.4)mmol/L for CK and(7.5?1.8) mmol/L for CK-MB in 19 patients with Class Ⅲ cardiac function and four of them with increased cTnT,and (93.3?14.2)mmol/L for CK and(8.1?1.6)mmol/L for CK-MB in 21 patients with Class Ⅳ cardiac function and 14 of them with increased cTnT.Malignant cardiac arrhythemia occurred in six, repeated heart failure in eight, and death in three of 18 patients with increased cTnT,and one,two and one in 22 patients without increased cTnT,respectively.Incidence of cardiac events was higher in patients with increased cTnT than those without it(P

Objective To systematically evaluate the effectiveness and safety of renal sympathetic denervation (RSD) for treatment of patients with resistant hypertension. Methods English and Chinese literatures of controlled clinical trials on RSD in treatment of resistant hypertension were searched from the Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web of Science,Wanfang Database and CNKI up to February 2013.Metaanalysis was performed with the selected studies by using software Rev.Man 5.0.Results Seven studies involving 354 cases with RSD and 146 controls were included for analysis.Compared with control group,RSD significantly lower both systolic and diastolic blood pressure in patients with resistant hypertension (systolic,1 month:MD =-18.04,95% CI:-19.94--16.14,P <0.01; 3 months:MD =0.01,95%CI:-28.10--17.98,P<0.01; 6 months:MD=-25.59,95%CI:-34.08--17.11,P<0.01; diastolic,1 month:MD=-7.53,95% CI:-8.60--6.45,P<0.01; 3 months:MD =0.01,95%CI:-12.5--4.47,P < 0.01; 6 months:MD =-10.54,95% CI:-16.44--4.63,P =0.000 5).In addition, there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between RSD treatment group and control group (OR =1.13,95 % CI:0.34-3.76,P =0.84).Conclusions Renal sympathetic denervation can effectively reduce blood pressure in patients with resistant hypertension 1-6 months postoperatively, without increase of adverse reactions. The long-term efficacy and safety need to be further observed.
