Objective To explore the before taking finasteride on transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate(TUPKVP)patients about IPSS,QOL,Qmax,PVR and other indicators.Methods 180 cases with benign prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,90 cases in each group.Observation group and control group were given conventional therapy and the observed patients took 5 mg of finasteride everyday one week before surgery,all patients were followed up for 1 month.The two groups of TUPKVP patients were compared about IPSS,QOL,Qmax and PVR,intraoperative blood loss,operation time,irrigation fluid volume indicators.Results 180 patients were given successfully TUPKVP surgery.IPSS,QOL,Qmax and PVR contrast were significantly improved after treatment(t=5.11,7.01,3.06,6.17,11.82,4.13,4.52,5.17,all P＜0.05).IPSS,Qmax,PVR of the observation group after treatment was significantly better than that of the control group(t=11.35,5.26,3.12,all P＜0.05),the QOL difference between the two groups after treatment was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).The cure rate of the observation group was 87.8％,which was significantly higher than 63.33％ in the control group(x2=14.56,P＜0.05).Intraoperative flushing fluid volume,intraoperative blood loss,duration of surgery in the observation group were significantly different compared with the control group,(t=21.15、43.12,5.33,all P＜0.05).Conclusion The preoperative taking finasteride can reduce TUPKVP blood loss and flushing fluid volume,shorten operation time and effectively improve the security of the operation.

Accurate determination of hepatic fat content is essential for investigating the quantitative association between hepatic steatosis and multiple metabolic disorders,and is of great significance in determining the beginning and goal for clinical intervention.More attention has been focused on establishing a non-invasive,simple and accurate method for determining hepatic fat content.Recently,a computer-aided ultrasound quantitative method may provide a new way for single and accurate estimation of hepatic fat content.

An early diagnosis of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease ( NAFLD) is meaningful to the prevention and cure of diabetes and cardiovascular disease ( CVD). The sensitivity and specificity of qualitative methods vary greatly, and these methods do not quantify liver fat content. Pathological diagnosis is a quantitative method, but it is invasive and inappropriate for clinical application. The establishment of H Magnetic Resonance Spectrum (1H MRS) opened up a brand-new era for noninvasive liver fat quantification. This review systemically introduces the new progress in noninvasive diagnosis of NAFLD.

Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention combined with drug multimodal therapy on orthopedic analgesia and its effect on stress response, and to provide reference for clinical application.Methods 88 cases treated with open reduction and internal fixation for lower limb fracture as the object of study were collected from March 2015 to March 2017 in Baoji traditional Chinese medicine hospital, which were received multi-mode drug treatment.According to whether to receive psychological intervention, 88cases were divided into the intervention group(45 cases) and the control group(43 cases).Postoperative pain was assessed by visual analogue scale(VAS) and simplified McGill questionnaire(SF-MPQ), the changes of plasma CRP and IL-6 levels were compared before and after operation.Results There was no significant difference in VAS score, SF-MPQ score, preoperative plasma CRP and IL-6 levels between the two groups.One and 24 hour after operation, VAS score and SF-MPQ score were higher than those at admission(P<0.05).The VAS score and SF-MPQ score in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group at different time points(P<0.05).One and 24 hour after operation, plasma CRP and IL-6 levels in the two groups were significantly higher than those before operation(P<0.05), the levels of plasma CRP and IL-6 in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention combined with multimodal drug therapy can effectively reduce the degree of postoperative pain and stress reaction, and is conducive to postoperative rehabilitation.

Objective To observe and analyze the four changes of plasma D- dimer and coagulation in pregnant women at different stages of pregnancy, and to explore the value of the test. Methods The subjects of this study were 120 pregnant women who underwent routine physical examination in our hospital, according to different stages of pregnancy (early pregnancy, middle pregnancy, late pregnancy, and before delivery) Four D- dimer and four blood coagulation tests were performed in pregnant women, and the results were observed and compared. Results During the pregnancy, D- dimer has increase trend (P<0.05); early in pregnancy, pregnancy and late pregnancy, PT has shortened(P<0.05); pregnancy, APTT has shortened (P<0.05), at the end of pregnancy and parturient period, showing a significant shortening (P<0.05); phenomenon in early pregnancy to mid pregnancy stage, FIB increased significantly (P<0.05), and at the end of pregnancy to perinatal period, with a sharp increase (P<0.05). Conclusion It is of great significance to perform dynamic monitoring of of plasma D- dimer and coagulation four indices in pregnant women during pregnancy.

Objective To investigate the microcirculative route of the arterialized venous flap.Methods Selecting 15 Chinese white rabbits designed the model of arterialized venous flap by anastomosis with from the central artery to central vein.The reversed blood flow perfusion was directly observed by the "ear windows" under the microscope and,simultaneous recording the changes in the microcirculation of the flap.Results All of the flaps were alived.The structure of the capillary net in the flap was a stereo-net .In the early arterialized stage,the upstream blood flows quickly in the venule;there was no blood flowing in the capillary net with the opening of the capillary net,the reconstructed procedure of the non-physilogical microcirculation was accomplished:the arterial blood mainly flow through small vein and venule,finally arrived the capillary net.Conclusions Keep up the drainage vein free,the arterialized venousflap could be alived by reconstructed effective microcirculation through the venous system.

Objective To identify the genotypes and analyze the molecular characteristics of varicella-zoster virus(VZV)endemic strains in Changchun from 2021 to 2022.Methods A total of 59 patients with varicella or herpes zoster treated in China Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University in Changchun from 2021 to 2022 were selected as the research objects,which were identified for the serum VZV-specific antibodies by fluorescent antibody to membrane antigen(FAMA)method.The viral DNA was extracted from herpetic fluid of the confirmed patients,and multiple open reading frames(ORFs)including ORF1,ORF12,ORF16,ORF17,ORF21,ORF22,ORF37,and ORF54 of VZV were amplified by PCR,which was genotyped according to the single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) of the ORFs.Furthermore,multiple ORFs,ORF38,ORF54 and ORF62 were identified by using restriction fragment length polymorphism(RFLP)to distinguish clinical strains and vaccine strains.Results 59 serum samples were positive,indicating that all the patients were infected with VZV.Among the 59 clinical samples,4 samples were completely matched with Clade 2 genotype,4 samples showed 2 SNPs,including ORF1(SNP790)mutation of C→A and ORF12(SNP18 082)mutation of T→C,and 51 samples showed ORF12(SNP18 082)mutation of T→C.All 59 VZV clinical isolates were PstⅠ+BglⅠ+BglⅠ+SmaⅠ+SmaⅠ-,which was different from the vaccine strain PstⅠ-,which was different from the vaccine strain PstⅠ-BglⅠ-BglⅠ+SmaⅠ+SmaⅠ+.Conclusion All the VZV endemic strains in Changchun from 2021 to 2022 were Clade 2 genotype,and no vaccine strain was found to be pathogenic.

Objective To explore drinking water pollution by algae in Wuhan. Methods Sampling was carried out in different kinds of tap waters and tank waters for algae detection and identification. Results The detection rate of algae in tap waters was 89% in tank water it was 86% and at the same spot the genera and number of algae in the tank waters increased by 37% and 60% compared with the tap waters respectively. Conclusion Drinking water has been polluted by algae in different degree in Wuhan.

Objective: To prepare visualized iodized oil-5-fluorouracil loaded polylactic acid(PLA) micropheres for hepatic artery embolism treatment. Methods: Biocompatible and biodegradable material PLA was used as vector and iodized oil was used as positive contrast agent to prepare 5-fluorouracil loaded microspheres using double emulsion method. The preparation technology of the microspheres was developed through optimization of appearance, size distribution, drug loading, and encapsulation efficiency by orthogonal-designing method. Results: The prepared PLA microspheres were round in shape and had a homogenous diameter distribution. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) showed a pored surface, with an average diameter of 100 μm. The encapsulation efficiency and drug content of microspheres were (63.34%±0.54%) and (10.78%±0.14%), respectively. Conclusion: We have successfully prepared the visualized iodized oil-5-fluorouracil PLA microspheres, which can release 5-fluorouracil in a controlled manner.
