1.GENE EXPRESSION OF KIFs IN CORTEX OF RATS INJECTED WITH ?-AMYLOID INTO BRAIN VENTRICLE
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1953;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the effect of amyloid on the expression of kinesin superfamily(KIFs) genes in cortex of Wistar rats. Methods The animal model of Alzheimer's disease was prepared by injection of amyloid into brain ventricle of rats. The learning impairments were verified by water maze test. The levels of mRNA for six kinesin superfamily genes,kinesin,KIFlb,KIFlc,KIF3a,KIF3c,and KIF4,in cortex of rats, were estimated by real-time RT-PCR. Results Two weeks after amyloid injection, the rats showed significant learning impairments. In cortex, the expression of KIF genes was increased after amyloid injection.Conclusion\ The increase of KIF gene may be an evidence for the excitotoxity of amyloid to neurons.
2.Protective effect of isochlorogenic acid B on CCl4 induced acute liver injury in mice
Journal of International Pharmaceutical Research 2017;44(6):531-536
Objective To investigate the effect of isochlorogenic acid B(ICAB)on CCl4-induced acute liver injury(ALI)in mice. Methods The animal model of CCl4-induced ALI in mice was established and then the protective effect of ICAB was evaluated using this model. Serum levels of alanine transaminase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST),hepatic levels of malondialdehyde (MDA)and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)were measured by spectrophotometric methods. Liver cell morphology was observed by hematoxylin and eosin staining method and the effects of ICAB on the protein expres-sion of nuclear factor erythroid-2-related factor 2(Nrf2),heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)and quinone oxidoreductase 1(NQO1)in mice he-patocyte were determined by Western blot method. Results ICAB(5,10 and 20 mg/kg)significantly protected against CCl4-induced liver injury by reducing the elevated levels of serum aminotransferases and hepatic MDA and remarkably restored the impaired antioxi-dants. Meanwhile, the histopathological changes were also attenuated in mice. In addition,ICAB could induce the protein expression of Nrf2 and promote its nuclear translocation, and further increase the protein expression of HO-1 and NQO1. Conclusion ICAB has protective effect against CCl4-induced ALI in mice, which is mainly due to its ability to promote the nuclear translocation of Nrf2 and decrease the oxidative stress.

The distribution range of the authors has been expanded to five countries. Conclusion The influence of the Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics has greatly increased. Authors of the Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics have a highly cooperative rate. There is a group of active and talented core authors who has a great influence on the journal. But the number of core authors and the papers published by core authors need to be expanded.
5.Mechanism of Tributyltin-Induced Apoptosis
Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(02):-
Extensive use of tributyltin (TBT) has caused serious environmental pollution, which is harmful to human and other organisms. As a cytotoxic chemical, an important mode for TBT effects on the cells is to induce apoptosis. The present paper mainly reviewed the mechanism by which TBT induces apoptosis at low concentration.
6.EFFECT OF ADRIAMYCIN ON HEART PEROXIDATION IN MICE
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(04):-
In mice, adriamycin (l7.5mg/kg, ip ) produced heart peroxida-tion abnormality including increased TBA value & decreased gluta-thione peroxidase activity, respectively. But the change of former was not parallel to the latter. The drug also produced early pathological change of the heart i.e. more D-PAS positiveness. The results suggested that the early heart pathological change produced by adriamycin may be related to increased accumulation of pero-xi dative products.
