3.Application of fish oil in sepsis
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(01):-
Sepsis may result in a high mortality.Fish oil, which riches in?-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, has anti-inflammatory and immune regulatory functions.?-3 fatty acids, which are special immune nutrient substrates, participate in the energy provision as well as improve organ function and regulate proinflammatory/anti-inflammatory cytokines. The ideal function of fish oil is associated with dosage, time of initiation and duration of application.
4.An analysis of Clinic, CT and MRI in 150 child patients with cerebral palsy
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1993;0(Z1):-
Objective To search for the CT and MRI morphological changes in the child patients with cerebral palsy. Method The CT scranning and MRI were carried out in 150 child patients with cerebral palsy, andthe results were analysed. Results In 150 cases, 97 cases (54.6 per cent) have abnormal findings of CT scranning. Diffuse ence-phalatrophy (42 cases), encephalomalacia focus (24 cases) porencephaly (9 cases), and localized ence-phalatrophy (7 cases) ect are the common CT morphological changes in the patients with cerebral palsy. In the 53 patients with normal findings of CT scranning, MRI was carried out for 30 cases and 25 cases(83.3 per cent) were abnormal. The delayed myelinogeny of white matter of brain is the main MRI mor-phalogical abnormality. Conclusion CT scranning and MRI have important value on the etiological diagnosis for child patientswith cerebral palsy. The combination of them can improve the diagnostic accordance rate.
5.Value of Brain Natriurectic Peptide and Cardiac Troponin I in Diagnosis and Prognosis on Heart Failure in Children
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(24):-
Objective To explore diagnosis and prognosis of heart failure in children by measuring brain natriurettic peptide(BNP) and cardiac troponin I(CTnI).Methods Forty-one children subjects with heart failure were chosen, and then they were divided into three stages, early stage of heart failure, stage of heart failure and stage of recovery according to the ROSS cardiac function score method. In contrast with the former group,41 healthy children were chosen as control group.BNP and CTnI levels of blood plasma were analyzed by radioimmunoassay(RIA) and chemiluminescent immunoassay(CLIA) respectively, the relationship between the BNP level of blood plasma and prognosis of CHF group was analyzed. Results At early stage of heart failure,BNP and CTnI levels began to rise. They amount to highest peaks at stage of heart failure and went down at stage of recovery. But they were still higher than those of control group(P
