Objective To investigate the evaluation of serum cystatin C and treating efficacy of enalapril for contrast induced nephropathy after percutaneous coronary.intervention.Methods 86 patients who need coronary angiography or coronary stents implantation by skin were divided into observation group(43 cases)and control group(43 cases)randomly.The fasting venous blood was extracted and in which Cys-C and Scr were tested.All the patients were given water therapy,and enalapril was added in observation group.Diversification of concentration of Cys-C and Scr and efficacy of enalapril were recorded.Results There was no difference of Cys-C and Scr in serum and eGFR before and after operation(all P＞0.05),and the concentration of BUN was(3.96±0.89)mmol/L,which was lower after operation(P＜0.05),and the rate of CIN incidence was 2.33 ％(1 case).The concentration of Cys-C in serum was(18.4±0.58)mg/L,which was significantly higher than preoperation(P＜0.05),and there was no significant difference of Scr,eGFR and BUN before and after operation(P＞0.05),and the rate of CIN incidence was 11.63％(5 cases).Conclusion Cys-C was more sensitive in early detection for contrast induced nephropathy and more convenient.The rate of CIN incidence could be decreased by using enalapril.

This is a case report of a 7-year-old boy who presented with lower limb pain. He was initially presumed to have growing pains but was subsequently diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL). This case highlights the important clinical presentations and differential diagnoses of ALL that a family physician should be cognizant about to avoid misdiagnosis. It also demonstrates the importance of understanding the patient and family's perspectives when evaluating a child with lower limb pain. This enables us to anticipate and meet their needs.

BACKGROUND:As a good candidate for bioresorbable bone graft, carbonate apatite monolith can be prepared by sintering procedure;however, sintering can cause carbonate loss and result in a much lower rate of
biodegradation compared to the human bone, thereby influencing the formation of new bone.

RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The calcium carbonate completely transformed into low-crystal inity B-type
carbonate apatite after treated for 14 days. Diametral tensile strength of the final product was (10.27±1.08) MPa, which is adequate as a reconstruction material for bone defect. The carbonate content was (4.80±0.50)%, similar to that of the nature bone. The molar Ca/P was 1.63±0.01, indicating the Ca-deficient carbonate apatite is
obtained. The present method al ows an easy fabrication of low-crystal inity B-type carbonate apatite block with adequate strength and without sintering process.

Objective To determine the change of maternal heart rate during the treatment with ritodrine for threatened premature labor. Methods110 cases of threatened premature labor were chosen. The ritodrine 100mg in 5% G. S 500mL was intravenously administered. The initial dosage was 6 drops/min, and the dose was increased until uterine contractions were inhibited. The treatment lasted for 40 to 48 hours after the uterine contractions were inhibited, then the oral tablets was recommended. If necessary, repeated treatment was given to some patients. The maternal heart rate was recorded in the whole process of treatment and was compared with the dosage administered. The labor time, fetal weight and Apgar′s score were also analyzed. Results The maternal basic heart rate was increased at first and then decreased. The increasing significantly increased( P ＜ 0.01 ) when the uterine contraction was inhibited. , but no difference showed among the groups of different gestational age( P＞0.05 ). The maternal heart rate was increased with the increasing of ritodrine( max. 140/min). labor time was significantly prolonged with the treatment of ritodrine( P＜0.01 ) ,while that of the idiopathic premature labor was prolonged most obviously ( P ＜ 0.05 ). Average fetal weight was (2.42 ± 0.49) kg, and the average Apgar′s score was≥8. Conclusion In the treatment of inhibiting uterine contractions,the increasing of maternal heart rate caused by ritodrine can be used as an indicator of therapeutic effect.

AIM:To study the detection limits of aristolochic acid in Herba Asari preparation by HPLC. METHODS: Whether Asarum hetertropoides Fr.Schmidt ver.Mandshuricum(Maxim.) Kitag contained aristolochic acid A or not by HPLC and MS,and the difference in the reference substance and the sample solution was compared. RESULTS: Aristolochic acid A could not be found in A.hetertropoides Fr.Schmidt ver.Mandshuricum(Maxim.)Kitag by HPLC,but be found by MS. CONCLUSION:A.hetertropoides Fr.Schmidt ver.Mandshuricum (Maxim.)Kitag contained trace aristolochic acid,but it is difficult to measure aristolochic acid in Herba Asari by HPLC.The baseline noise of the sample solution can interfere with the detection limit of the trace compound compound

Objective To analyze the quality control of the conformal radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods Using BJ-6 6MV linear accelerator, STAR -2000 3D TPS and immobilization device, the patient of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were treated by the conformal radiotherapy. Results Adopting individualized compatibly-shaped face masks and CT scanning (2mm interval, 2mm thickness), three dimensional data of the target and the other tissues were acquired. The conformal radiotherapy was designed in planning system. At the treatment, the target volume was put on the isocenter of the linear accelerator by the customized patient positioning. Conclusion Because the nasopharyngeal carcinoma is located in a special area and it is surrounded by some important organ, in the conformal radiotherapy, the quality control of the CT immobilization technique and the customized patient positioning is very important. This can ensure effective and safe irradiation for the small target volume while excessive irradiation is avoided in other surrounding organs.

Objective:To observe vox acoustics features of patients of lung Qi deficiency,understand the influence of different extents of lung Qi deficiency on phonation,and expound the relationship between lung Qi state and phonation. Methods:Apply computer vox analysis system to test the vox sustainable vowel signal(i) of 65 cases of lung Qi deficiency and 20 cases of healthy persons respectively,observe and analyse their acoustics parameters(basic frequency,micro bother of frequency,slight bother of swing and standard yawp energy) of natural sound lowest bourdon and comfort sound and natural sound most alt. Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of growth hormone(GH) stimulating test in dwarfism of children and related influencing factors .Methods Arginine and L‐dopa were applied to perform GH stimulating test in 642 children with dwarf‐ism .GH levels were detected at 30 ,60 ,90 ,120 ,150 ,180 min after stimulation .All children were divided into GH deficiency (GHD) group ,with peak value of GH less than 10 ng/mL ,and non‐GHD group ,with peak value of GH at least 10 ng/mL .Physical and la‐boratory data of the two groups were compared .Results The proportion of children with GHD and without GHD were 68 .69%and 31 .31% ,respectively ,and with statistical difference(χ2 =6 .19 ,P<0 .05) .The GH peak value ,with a delay ,mainly appeared at 30 and 150 min after stimulation ,accounting for 22 .42% and 34 .27% .Levels of age ,body height standard deviation ,body mass in‐dex ,alanine aminotransferase ,aspartate aminotransferase ,insulin growth factor‐1 and 25‐hydroxyl vitamin D were statistically dif‐ferent between the two groups(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Arginine and L‐dopa combined stimulating test could be used for the diagno‐sis of GHD in children with dwarfism .GH level might be correlated with various physical and laboratory parameters ,which should be considered for the diagnosis of GHD .
