The normative research on safeguarding intangible cultural heritage of traditional Chinese medicine is the important measure after building list and filing work of Convention of the protection of intangible cultural heritage of UNESCO, and also a strategy in accordance with the principle of the protection of traditional knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine.This article discussed the arrangement and standardization in the academic level of folk medicine technology teaching orally from generation to generation, to provide protection for the living inheritance of intangible cultural heritage of traditional Chinese medicine, and a pilot measure for the construction of intangible cultural heritage protection system.

Objective To design an experiment for method-comparison and bias estimation of multi tests on multi instruments.Methods According to the procedure described by the NCCLS approved guideline EP9-A and improving the method of sample collection,we took 8 patient mixing samples each day to analyze all comparison tests on 11 auto-chemistry analyzer within following 5 days.The duplicates were assessed within the same run.The coefficient of correlation and average bias% were calculated,and the system errors at medical decided levels were assessed.Results Taking ALT as an example,the coefficients of correlation were between 0.994-1.000,and the average bias% were between-0.460%-4.927%,SE at 40U/L was-1.510-1.834 and SE at 300 U/L was-3.101-9.188.Conclusion In all tests that joined the comparison among the different instruments,28 tests were acceptable,2 tests were acceptable after modifying the coefficients,and AMY and LIP were not acceptable.

A.niger M1, the initial strain, was treated by UV and a mutant with 30% higher xylanase activity was obtained. Zymogram for detecting xylanase showed there are three different xylanases in the mutant mature culture, while two xylanases in initial strain. After orthogonal experiment, the optimum fermentation conditions of the mutant were obtained as follows: concentration of the major carbon resource 4 %, ratio between bran and corncob 5:5, concentration of glucose 0.1%, concentration of ammonium oxalate as supplemental nitrogen resource 2.0%, the initial pH of liquid medium 5.0, 100mL/250mL flask.

Objective To investigate the Human papillomavirus(HPV)infection in different age groups of women in Shenyang, and explore its correlation with cervical biopsy diagnosis.Methods 7 311 women aged 13-85 did HPV test and thin-cytologic test (TCT)in the hospital.Some of them had biopsy detection under electronic colposcopy,and the pathological diagnosis was the golden standard for the diagnosis of cervical lesions.SPSS18.0 statistical software was used for all statistical analysis.Results The infection rate of <30 years old women was significantly higher than that of 30 - <40,40 - <50,≥50 years old women (P <0.05).The most prevalent high-risk HPV genotype in Shenyang were subtype 16,52,58,53,33,31 and 18,and the most prevalent low-risk HPV subtypes were 81,11 and 6.The former 4 subtypes of high-risk HPV infection accounted for 67.3% of all high-risk infection.As to the 4 subtypes with higher infection rate,the infection rate of ≥40 years old women was higher than that of <40 years old(χ2 =20.29,P =0.00).The top two low-risk HPV subtypes accounted for 74.8% of the infections.The mean age of the ICC patients were 48.3,which was statistically different from the other groups(P <0.05).Cervical lesions occured mostly in 40-49 years old,which accounted for 37.1% and was higher than the other agees(P <0.01).HPV16 infection rate increased with the severity of cervical lesions.Conclusion HPV DNA genotyping is a necessary methord for cervical cancer screen,an effective com-plement for precancerous lesions diagnosis which was missed in cytology test,and also an indispensable test for CIN treatment and follow-up after operation.

Objective To evaluate maximum intensity projection(MIP) images and apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC) values of MR diffusion weighted imaging with background body signal suppression (DWIBS) on pulmonary diseases.Methods Sixty-one patients with pulmonary diseases underwent DWIBS.The findings in three dimensional(3D) MIP image were observed and the ADC values of diseased region were measured.The diagnostic value of DWIBS on pulmonary diseases was evaluated.Results Lung cancer and inflammatory disease were all demonstrated as dense intensity area on DWIBS.The mean ADC value of central lung cancer was (1.05±0.23)×10-3 mm2/s.The mean ADC value of peripheral lung cancer was(1.10±0.17)×10-3 mm2/s.The mean ADC value of the inflammatory disease was(1.69±0.29)×10-3 mm2/s.The mean ADC value had significant difierence between peripheral lung cancer and the inflammatory disease (P＜0.05). The MR sensitivity,specificity and accuracy in diagnosing the pulmonary diseases with DWIBS(86.84%,82.60%,85.24%,respectively) was higher than conventional MRI(78.94%,78.26%,and 78.68%,respectively).Conclusion DWIBS can demonstrate clearly the lesion's shape with 3D display.The quantitative measurement of ADC values iS feasible.DWIBS may be a potential diagnostic method for differentiation on pulmonary diseases.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the results and indication of differently internal fixation for intertrochanteric fracture and prevent for complication.

METHODSOne hundred and two patients of intertrochanteric fracture of femur from January 1997 to December 2007 were reviewed and analysed. There were 46 males and 56 females, with an average age of 76.5 years ranging from 60 to 93 years. There were 34 cases of stability fractures and 68 of instability fractures. The methods of internal fixation included dynamic hip screw in 82 cases, proximal interlocking nail in 5, multi-screw fixation in 9, dynamic codylar screw in 6.

RESULTSThese patients were followed up for 6 to 72 months (36 months in average). The time of fracture healing was from 8 to 12 weeks. According to evaluation criterion of effect, the results were excellent in 72 cases, good in 20, fair in 10. After operation, there were 3 cases of coax vara, 2 cases of lag screws cutting out, 1 case of breakage of screw, 2 cases of avascular necrosis of the femoral head, 1 case of postoperative infection, 1 case of delayed union.

CONCLUSIONSuitable implant selection according the type of fracture, health condition is an important factor to reduce the incidence of complication for unstable fracture in aged patients. DHS is a main treatment of intertrochanteric fracture. PFN is recommended for serious osteoporosis or unstable intertrochanteric fracture. Compression screws is a choice for the fixation of type I and type II fracture of bad health condition.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)in the treatment of primary liver cancer.Methods A total of 106 patients with primary liver cancer were divided into two groups:50 cases were treated with TACE,and the other 56 were treated with combination of HIFU and TACE.The changes of AFP levels and the size of tumors after three months treatment were analyzed and compared with each other.The survival rates for one,two and three years were calculated with Kaplan-Meier method and compared between the two groups.Results In the two groups,AFP decreased significantly after treatment,but the combined group was superior to the other in AFP decrease.In the combined group,the 1-,2-and 3-year survival rates were higher than those in the TACE group with 82.3%,60.8%and 39.2% vs 68.0%,42.6%and 21.0%respectively(P＜0.01).No serious complications were seen,such as burn of skin,bleeding,gastrointestinal perforation. Conclusion The use of HIFU combined with TACE in the treatment of patients with primary liver cancers is feasible and safe.The combined group is superior to simple TACE for the management of primary liver cancers,and the former is more effective in decreasing AFP level and improving survival rates.

Objective:To investigate the single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNP), haplotypes and genotypes of mannan-binding lectin(MBL) gene in the Bai(Pai) nationality from YunNan province, China.Methods:The three SNP sites CGT52TGT, GGC54GAC and GGA57GAA(named alleles D, B and C respectively, wildtype named A) in exon1 of MBL gene of 70 DNA samples of Bai nationality whose three SNP sites, -550G/C, -221C/G and +4C/T(named alleles H/L, X/Y and P/Q respectively), in promoter region of MBL gene had been clear, haplotypes and genotypes of MBL genes were detected and analyzed by sequence specific primer-polymerase chain reaction.Results:It was found that in Bais population, the frequency of alleles B was 0.100, there only were five haplotypes, HYPA, LXPA, LYQA, LYPA and LYPB, whose frequencies were 0.250, 0.107, 0.407, 0.135 and 0.100 respectively, the frequencies of several genotypes were LYPA/LYPA 0.043, LXPA/LYQA 0.143, LYPA/LYPB 0.014, HYPA/LYQA 0.086, LYPA/ LYQA 0.157, HYPA/LYPA 0.014, LYPB/LYQA 0.143, HYPA/LYPB 0.043, LXPA/LXPA 0.014, HYPA/LXPA 0.043, LYQA/LYQA 0.143 and HYPA/HYPA 0.157.Conclusion:In the MBL genes in Bais population, there is the allele B, the polymorphism haplotypes are mostly LYQA and HYPA, and the genotypes, LYPA/LYQA, HYPA/HYPA, LXPA/LYQA, LYPB/LYQA and LYQA/LYQA.

Background Placement of an orbital implant is a main way to prevent orbital atrophy with aging.But its mechanism is under clear.Researchs showed that bone growth factors play important role during the development and repair of bone,especially transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1).Objective Present study was to investigate the expression of TGF-β1 protein in orbital bone after enucleation or enucleation with placement of an orbital implant and its function in the mechanisms of preventing and treating the orbital malformed development after enucleation with placement of an orbital implant.Methods Twenty-one age- and weight-matched New Zealand white young rabbits were randomly divided into the enucleation,implant and control groups,and each group including seven rabbits.Eyeball nucleation surgery was performed in the left eyes of 7 1-month-old rabbits,and a spherical orbital implant was inserted after enucleation of the left in matched rabbits in implant group.The left eye of normal rabbits served as controls.The rabbits were sacrificed in 1 month after surgery.The expression of TGF-β1 protein in the left orbital bone was detected using enzyme immunoassay and FITC labelling immunoassay technique in the sections of zygomatic bones.The content of TGF-β1 protein in the left orbital bone tissue was measured by ELISA method.This use of animals complied with the Regulations for the Administration of Affair Concerning Experimental Animals by State Science and Technology Commission.Results The height and width of orbital in enucleation group were significantly lower than those of implant and normal control groups(height:P=0.00,P=0.00;width:P =0.00,P=0.00).The positive bone cells of both enzyme immunoassay and FITC staining were increased in the implant and control groups in comparison with enucleation group,but the positive response intensity for TGF-β1 was resembled between implant group and control group.ELISA result revealed that the content of TGF-β1 protein in bone tissue was significantly lower in the enucleation group than in implant and control groups(P=0.00,P=0.00).The expression and content of TGF-β1 protein in bone tissue is similar between the implant group and the control group(P=0.41). Conclusion The experiment results indicate that TGF-β1 protein participate in the orbital development.TGF-β1 played important role in the prevention and treatment of enucleation-induced orbital malformation in the eye with placement of an orbital implant.

OBJECTIVETo observe the effects of Jinshuibao Capsule (JC) combined losartan potassium on some indices of early renal damage of hypertension patients of yin and yang deficiency syndrome (YYDS), such as levels of serum cystatin C (Cys C), beta2-microglobulin (beta2-MG), hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), uric acid (UA), blood pressure, blood lipids, and fasting blood glucose (FBG), and to explore their protective effects on early renal damage of hypertension patients and on the metabolisms of blood lipids and blood glucose.

METHODSTotally 106 hypertension patients of YYDS were randomly assigned to two groups, 53 patients in the control group (treated by losartan potassium) and 53 patients in the treatment group (treated by JC + losartan potassium). The treatment lasted for 16 weeks. The serum changes of UA, Cys C, beta2-MG, hs-CRP, blood lipids [including total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C)], and FBG levels were measured to evaluate the renal protective effects and to assess their effect on the metabolisms of blood lipids and blood glucose.

RESULTSCompared with before treatment in the same group, the systolic blood pressure (SBP) decreased in the two groups after treatment, showing statistical difference (P < 0.05, P < 0.01), but there was no statistical difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). The diastolic blood pressure (DBP) was not obviously declined in the two groups after treatment, showing no statistical difference. Compared with before treatment in the same group, the LDL-C level decreased obviously after treatment in the control group. But there was no obvious change in FBG, TC, HDL-C, and TG in the control group, showing no statistical difference when compared with before treatment (P < 0.05). The FBG, TC, and LDL-C obviously decreased in the treatment group more obviously after treatment than before treatment, showing statistical difference (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). There was no statistical difference when compared with the control group after treatment (P > 0.05). Compared with before treatment in the same group, the levels of UA, Cys C, beta2-MG, and hs-CRP all decreased in the two groups, showing statistical difference (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). The SCr level decreased in the treatment group more obviously after treatment than before treatment, showing statistical difference (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group after treatment, the levels of Cys C, beta2-MG, and hs-CRP decreased more obviously after treatment in the treatment group, showing statistical difference (P < 0.05).

CONCLUSIONSJC combined losartan potassium showed better effects in treating early renal damage of hypertension patients of YYDS. They could protect and stabilize the renal functions more effectively. JC could regulate blood lipids and blood glucose.
