Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional medical high value consumable management mode, bar code management is the only way which must be passed to the high value consumables in hospital management under the new situation. The bar code management system development in theMilitary Medical Projectmaterials management platform, scientific optimization of high value consumables management process, fully embodies the characteristics and advantages of bar code management. Not only to achieve a one relation between the high value consumables and patients, can also be integrated management supplies out of storage, charging and the financial sector, to achieve high value. The bar code in the ID, is the only identity code high value consumables, which maintained the patient's vital interests, and ensure that the hospital infection control requirements, the high value consumables in hospital benigndynamicmanagement system.

West China Journal of Stomatology 2016;34(1):96-99
Pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) are conservative molecules associated with groups of pathogens or their products. These molecules are recognized by relevant receptors. PAMPs induce the expression of inflammatory cytokines through the signal cascade. The role of PAMPs in the initiation and development of periodontitis is recently attracting attention. PAMPs induce the expression of inflammatory mediators after they are recognized in the periodontium. This process damages the periodontal soft tissue and osseous tissue, thus resulting in periodontitis. The results of this study will provide an excellent resolution for the treatment of periodontitis by blocking the pathogenic pathway of PAMPs.

Chinese Journal of Microbiology and Immunology 2009;29(5):443-448
Objective To construct the recombinant human metapneumovirus(hMPV) (defined as rhMPV NL/1/00 GFP) in vitro by reverse genetics technique. Methods BSR-T7 cells were transfected using LipofectAMINE 2000 with the full-length cDNA plasmid, and four major protein expressing plasmids, pCITE-N, pCITE-P, pCITE-M2.1 and pCITE-L. After 3 d, cells were subjected to one -80℃ freeze-thaw cycle to prepare lysates. The supernatant of lysate was used to inoculate Vero-E6 cells. After 1-4 d, cells were found for the obvious development of cytopathic effects under light microscope and green fluoroscopic signals under fluorescence microscope, and were observed up to 10 d. The supernatant were collected to de-tect virus titer. Viral RNA was extracted from the supernatant and reverse transcriptase polymerase chain re-action (RT-PCR) was used to amplify N, F and G genes of rescued virus. Results Cytopathic effects and green fluoroscopic signals was readily and obviously observed after 1-4 d post-inoculation in Vero-E6 cells, then cytopathic effects got worse and green fluoroscopic signals became stronger gradually up to 10 d. The ti-ters of the 1st, 5th, 10th,15th and 20th generation virus ranged from 105.0 to 106.5 TCID50/ml. Amplicons with size of 910 bp (N), 450 bp (F) and 980 bp (G) by RT-PCR were accordant with expectant. Nucleotide sequence analysis of above cDNA fragments showed 100% similarity with reported sequence of hMPV NI/1/00 strain. The recombinant virus was genetically constant and GFP-labeled after 20 passages in Vero-E6 cells. Conclusion Recombined hMPV was successfully rescued by reverse genetics technique. This study lays ground for exploring pathogenesis of hMPV infection and development of hMPV attenuated vac-cines.

Objective To observe the expression of neuron apoptotic protein caused by whole body gyperthermis (WBH) in rats anesthetized using propofol and chloral hydrate, and to explore the pathway of any hippocampal neuron apoptosis induced by WBH. Methods Sixty-three male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3groups,21 in each group. One guoup received neither anesthesia nor WBH treatment sa a control (group A);group B were anesthetized with an intraperitoneal injection of 100 mg/kg of propofol;group C receivde a similar injection of chloral hydrate. This was followed by WBH (keeping the rats' core temperature at 42°for 30 min) for all three groups. The rats'brains were then removed 24 h after WBH to separate the ghpplcampal CA1,CA2 zones and the dentate gyrus regions.Any neuron apoptosis was detected using the TUNEL methol;Bax/Bcl-2/caspase-3 protein expression was measured with a SABC immmunogistochemical technique;and the changes in ultrastructure were observed tith an electron microscope. Results Compared with group A,the changes in the ultrastructure of neurons in the hippocampus changed after WBh were the most severe in group C.The changes included edema of the organelles, vacuolization of mitochondria, rarefaction of the endocytoplasmic reticulum, incopleasmic reticulum, incomplete synaptic membranes and autophagy. Both the number of apoptotic neurons and the expression of Bax and capase-3 protein in the hippocampus increased in the following order: group A<group B<group C.Expression of Bcl-2 protein in the hippocampus increased in the following order: group A<group C<group B. Conclusion Hippocampal apoptosis induced by WBh involves upregulating the expression of Bax and caspase-3 and downregulating the expression of Bcl-2.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical distribution and resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii.METHODS The bacteria were identified by BioMerieux VITEK32.Susceptibility was tested by Kirby-Bauer method.RESULTS Among specimens from which A.baumannii was examined, sputum accounted for 78.64%,secretion(9.62%)and urine(6.81%).A.baumannii was mainly distributed at ICU ward(29.58%)and then was respiratory ward(21.36%).The resistance of A.baumannii was serious. The antibiotic drugs which had the low resistance were ?-lactam/?-lactamase inhibitor combinations such as sulperazone(22.14%)and carbapenems such as meropenem(32.95%),imipenem(33.04%),and so on.CONCLUSIONS The infecton of multi-drug resistant A.baumannii has increasing tendency. Therefore monitoring A.baumannii constantly and regularly, finding out resistant strains timely and adjusting the treatment methods are very important for the prevention of nosocomial infection.

Objective The aim of this study is investigate the relationship between ACE gene I/D polymorphism and cerebral stroke. Methods 131 patients with cerebral stroke were recruited. The control group includes 50 age-match health cases. The I/D polymorphism of ACE gene was analyzed with PCR amplification. To avoid the mistyping, we used an insertion-specific prime. Results DD genotype shows clear differences among control, infarction and hemorrhage groups(?~2=13.87,P=0.008)。 The frequencies of DD genotype in the patients with cerebral stroke was higher than normal controls(?~2=9.21,P=0.002;?~2=8.76, P=0.003). The D allele also exhibits among control, infarction and hemorrhage groups(?~2=14.23,P=0.005)。 The frequencies of D allele in the patients with cerebral stroke was higher than normal controls(?~ 2 = 11.17,P=0.001;?~2 = 10.87,P= 0.001).Conclusions There was a positive association between the D allele of the ACE polymorphism and cerebral stroke.
