1.The value of cardiovascular magnetic resonance for diagnosis of viral myocarditis
International Journal of Pediatrics 2012;(6):624-627
Endocardial myocardial biopsy is the gold standard in the diagnosis of viral myocarditis. However, the limitations of sampling to the low sensitivity, and invasive inspection methods limit its clinical application. The traditional diagnostic tool electrocardiography, laboratory values and echocardiography are lack of specificity. Thus,a non-invasive diagnostic approach with high sensitivity is in need.Cardiovascular magnetic resonance(CMR) can evaluate the function of the heart parameters, such as left ventricular function and regional wall motion, and various CMR imagings including T2-weighted imaging, and early- and late-contrast enhanced T1-weighted imaging can evaluate the hyperemia, oedema and necrosis of myocardial inflammation histological character.CMR provides a scientific basis for the diagnosis of viral myocarditis in clinical.

Through timely preventive maintenance and measure control, not only could save the precious time for the service staff to share personal experience, enhance the equipment repair time and repair rate effectively, but also could guarantee the equipment operation status and operation stability, protect the safety of patient medical device's usage. Conclusion:By making full use of various valuable data, it could be the reference point for these device's analysis and evaluation. As a result, concluded from economic, safety and scientific research part, it is necessary to promote centralized management for the conventional medical equipment.
5.Effect of aerobic exercise on pancreatic islets and explorationof their mechanism in type 2 diabetic rats
Chinese Journal of Comparative Medicine 2017;27(8):22-27
Objective To explore the effect and mechanism of aerobic exercise on islet β-cells in type 2 diabetic rats. Methods Thirty healthy SPF 8-week old Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group (C, n=10), diabetic control groups (DMC) and diabetic exercise (DME) groups, 10 rats in each group, among which 7 successful rat models were used in the experiment. The diabetic rat model was established by high fat and sugar diet and i.p.injection of streptozotocin in a dose of 50 mg/kg.The rats of group DME were forced to perform 20 m/min running for 30 min, once a day, 6 days in a week, for 8 weeks.Other rats were allowed free movement. At the end of experiment, serum glucose and insulin were measured and homeostasis model assessment (HOMA) was calculated, and pancreatic tissue samples were collected for histopathological examination. The morphology and structure of pancreatic islets were observed under a digital microscope, the perimeter and area of islets were analyzed by image analysis, and shape factor of islets was calculated. The insulin content, glucokinase and ultramicro-ATPase activity in the pancreatic homogenate were determined. Results In the DME group, the perimeter and area of islets were significantly higher than the DMC group (P< 0.05), but still lower than the control group. The shape factor was significantly increased, the cell hypertrophy, vacuolization and nuclear pyknosis were markedly alleviated than those in the DMC group, the insulin content, glucokinase and the trace total ATP activity in the DME group were significantly higher than those in the DMC group (P<0.05), and the SF and HOMA were significantly changed. Conclusions Aerobic exercise can reduce the blood glucose level, improve the morphology of islets and β-cells in the type 2 diabetic rats.It may be due to increase of the activity of glucose kinase and ATP-synthase, and increased insulin sensitivity in the pancreas.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2001;17(3):191-193
Objective:To evaluate the effect of segmental approach in the treatment of Angle class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion.Methods:7 cases of classⅡ,division 1 maloclusion were treated.Upper first premolar and lower second premolars were extracted in all cases.Lower first molars were mesially moved by means of segmental arch. Cephalometric analysis was used to evaluate the effects of the treatment. Results:Facial profile improvement and lower anterior facial height maintenance were achieved. The occlusion plane angle, mandibular plane angle were well controlled with lower anterior teeth upright on the lower basal bone. All patients represented good mandible response. Conclusion:Segmental technique is a simple and effective approach in correcting class Ⅱ,division 1 maloclusion
7.Disease risk factor control and drug intervention in diabetic retinopathy
International Eye Science 2014;(12):2165-2167
Diabetic retinopathy ( DR ) is one of the common and serious complications of diabetes, which also the main causes of visual impairment in patients with diabetes, and its incidence has been increasing. With the in- depth study of the pathogenesis of DR, through the control of risk factors including blood glucose, blood pressure and lipid, as well as the application of a variety of drugs, the prevention and cure of DR achieved a certain effect. ln this paper, we make a review of the present status and progress in recent years on the DR control risk factors and drug intervention.

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2010;19(1):5-7
Objective To explore the value of peak systolic displacement of mitral annulus in evaluating left ventricular systolic function by speckle tracking imaging(STI).Methods The study population consisted of 96 subjects. The apical four-chamber view and two-chamber view were obtained and the systolic displacements of mitral annulus were measured at lateral, spetum, anterior and inferior mitral annulus (MADlat, MADsep, MADant, MADinf). The systolic displacements of mitral annulus midpoint (MADmid) and its ratio to the length of left ventricle at end-diastole(MADmid%) were calculated.Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) was measured by three-dimensional echocardiography. The correlation of these displacements parameter with LVEF was analyzed. Results ① There was no significant difference among MADsep, MADlat, MADant, MADinf and MADmid(P>0.05).②There was significant correlation between LVEF and these parameters (P <0.01) ,and MADmid and MADmid% showed an excellent correlation with LVEF (r = 0.87 and 0.89 respectively, P<0.01).③The cut-off value of MADmid for LVEF>50% was 8.9 mm with a sensitivity of 95% and a specificity of 80% while the cut off value of MADmid% for LVEF>50% was 10.9% with a sensitivity of 95% and a specificity of 85%.Conclusions Displacement of mitral annulus by STI showed an excellent correlation with LVEF, and it may be a new promising method for routine evaluation of left ventricular systolic function with its high feasibility, simplicity and accuracy.
