Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2010;19(6):492-494
Objective To compare the differences of dysfunctional attitudes between depressive patients in remission with and without personality disorder (PD).Methods A total of 72 patients with remitted depression were assessed with Personality Diagnostic Questionnaire-4 (PDQ-4) and Dysfunctional Attitudes Scale (DAS).They were divided into PD group ( n = 20 ) and non-PD group ( n = 31 ) according to their PDQ-4 scores.The differences of dysfunctional attitudes between the two groups were compared.Results The total score and seven factors' scores of DAS of the PD group were ( ( 142.40 ± 20.68 ), ( 16.55 ± 3.76), ( 16.35 ± 5.45 ),( 18.35 ± 4.15 ), ( 17.90 ± 3.55 ), ( 18.85 ± 5.72 ), ( 18.25 ± 4.82 ), ( 20.75 ± 5.54) respectively) significantly higher than the counterparts of the non-PD group, which were( ( 113.61 ± 19.08 ), (13.71 ± 2.88 ), ( 12.45 ±2.87) ,(12.55 ±3.60),(13.90 ±3.72) ,(14.68 ±3.51),(14.16 ±4.12),(15.81 ±4.78)) respectively (P< 0.01 ).Conclusion Remitted depressive patients with personality disorders have more cognitive distortions than those without personality disorders.
3.Innate Immune Defense in Anopheline Mosquitoes against Plasmodium Infection
Chinese Journal of Parasitology and Parasitic Diseases 1997;0(05):-
On the basis of the research on interaction between plasmodium and mosquito vector, the mechanism of innate immune defense responses in anopheline mosquitoes against plasmodium infection has been studied. The innate immune defense may be applied to confine and kill malaria parasites under migration and development, and contribute to an effective control strategy on malaria vectors.
4.Effect of calcitriol soft capsules combined with telmisartan tablets in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(4):164-165
Objective To investigate the effect of calcitriol soft capsules and telmisartan tablets for the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods 80 cases of early diabetic nephropathy in 254 hospital of Chinese people's liberation army were selected.According to the treatment methods, they were divided into the conventional medication group(40 cases,Telmisartan Tablets were used)and the combined medication group(40 cases, telmisartan tablets combined with calcitriol soft capsules were used). The therapeutic effects in the two groups were compared. Results In the combined group, renal function improved significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the combined medication group is higher than that in the conventional group(P< 0.05).Conclusion the treatment of and It was effective which calcitriol soft capsules combined with telmisartan tablets on the treatment in the early stage of diabetic nephropathy,it can improve renal function and delay the disease progression.
5.Clinical significance of cerebrovascular hemodynamic index with ultrasound in silent cerebral infarction
Chinese Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2015;(6):292-296
Objective Toobservetheclinicalsignificanceofcerebrovascularhemodynamicindex (CVHI)inthepatientswithsilentcerebralinfarction. Methods Atotalof180patientsperformed cerebrovascular hemodynamics with ultrasound and head MRI examinations were enrolled retrospectively. They were divided into three groups:60 patients with silent cerebral infraction (SCI)were used as a SCI group,60 age-,sex- and previous medical history-matched high risk patients with cerebrovascular disease were used as a cerebrovascular disease risk factor (CV-HRF)group,and 60 healthy subjects were used as a normal control group over the same period. Cerebrovascular function detector was used to collect CVHI at the bilateral carotid arteries. The CVHI features of the 3 groups were analyzed and compared. Results Comparedwiththecontrolgroup, thereweresignificantchangesinvariousindexesofcerebral vascular hemodynamics in the SCI group and the CV-HRF group. The indexes of reflecting the cerebral blood supply state included significantly decreased mean blood flow, mean flow velocity, maximum flow velocity, and minimum flow velocity (P<0. 05);the indexes reflecting vascular elastic properties and resistance status included the increased pulse wave velocity, characteristic impedance, peripheral resistance, and dynamic resistance (P<0. 05);the indexes reflecting cerebral microcirculation included significantly increased critical pressure and decreased differential pressure (P<0. 05);the total score of cerebrovascular function was also decreased significantly, they were 44 ± 9,51 ± 5,and 85 ± 7,respectively (P<0. 05);there were significance differences in the distribution of total score amongthe3groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Thehigh-riskpatientswithsilentcerebralinfarction and cerebrovascular disease have the CVHI changes. The total integrated value of cerebrovascular function declined, and the former is more obvious.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2017;23(1):110-113
Objective To realize the tactile and slip sensory functions for electromyogram controlled prosthetic hand. Methods The piezoelectric membrane polyvinylidence floride (PVDF) was used to construct a transducer for the tactile and slip sensory feedback. The fea-ture and piezoelectric response of PVDF and its mechanism of signal production were studied. The feedback control system was designed and a prototype for testing the tactile and slip sensor function was constructed and tested. Results and Conclusion The signal response of PVDF sensor is obviously, and the PVDF sensor can be used in practice.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(09):-
Stenting is one of the effective approaches in the treatment of cerebrovascular stenosis. It may reduce the risk of ischemic stroke in patients with symptomatic and asymptomatic cerebrovascular stenosis. With the increasing number of stenting procedures in the treatment of cerebrovascular stenosis, various complications have received attention. This article reviews some common complications and their management.

Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2007;5(1):6-9
Objective: To study the mechanism of Tuina in the treatment of skeletal muscle injury. Methods: Rabbits were heavily beaten at gastrocnemius muscle to make acute contusion model and then treated respectively by early Tuina and routine Tuina. The number of satellite cells of skeletal muscles was observed. Results: The number of the satellite cells continued to grow in both groups, and it began to increase significantly 3-5 days after Tuina treatment. Early Tuina treatment produces larger number of satellite cells than routine Tuina treatment. Conclusion: Early Tuina treatment is helpful to the marked recovery of skeletal muscles by increasing the number of satellite cell.
