1.Discussion on Factors Influencing Quality of Coronary Angiography with Dual Source CT
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(10):-
Purpose To study the factors influencing quality of coronary angiography with dual source CT. Methods 50 cases undergoing examination on coronary artery with dual source CT are involved. The images are reviewed retrospectively. Results Satisfying images are obtained after three -dimensional process in 47 of all. Conclusion It is important for accurate diagnosis to summarize the influencing factors and improve the quality of images of coronary angiography with dual source CT.
2.Effect of Gentle Moxibustion on Hemorheology in Cervical Spondylotic Vertebral Arteriopathy
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2016;35(8):983-985
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of gentle moxibustion on hemorheology in cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy of qi-blood deficiency type.MethodSixty patients diagnosed with cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy of qi-blood deficiency typewere randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 30 cases each. The control group received conventional acupuncture at cervical Huatuo jiaji(Ex-B2)points and the treatment group, gentle moxibustion in addition. TCD was performed before and after treatment to observe hemorheological changes in the two groups. The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated.ResultThe total efficacy rate was 96.7% in the treatment group and 90.0% in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference in therapeutic effect between the two groups (P<0.05). There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in TCD indicators in the two groups (P<0.05). Vertebrobasilar blood flow was improved more in the treatment group (P<0.05).ConclusionGentle moxibustion can improve vertebrobasilar blood flow to a greater extent in cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy. It is clinically an effective way to treat cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy.
3.Dysfunctional attitudes in remitted depression patients with and without personality disorders
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2010;19(6):492-494
Objective To compare the differences of dysfunctional attitudes between depressive patients in remission with and without personality disorder (PD).Methods A total of 72 patients with remitted depression were assessed with Personality Diagnostic Questionnaire-4 (PDQ-4) and Dysfunctional Attitudes Scale (DAS).They were divided into PD group ( n = 20 ) and non-PD group ( n = 31 ) according to their PDQ-4 scores.The differences of dysfunctional attitudes between the two groups were compared.Results The total score and seven factors' scores of DAS of the PD group were ( ( 142.40 ± 20.68 ), ( 16.55 ± 3.76), ( 16.35 ± 5.45 ),( 18.35 ± 4.15 ), ( 17.90 ± 3.55 ), ( 18.85 ± 5.72 ), ( 18.25 ± 4.82 ), ( 20.75 ± 5.54) respectively) significantly higher than the counterparts of the non-PD group, which were( ( 113.61 ± 19.08 ), (13.71 ± 2.88 ), ( 12.45 ±2.87) ,(12.55 ±3.60),(13.90 ±3.72) ,(14.68 ±3.51),(14.16 ±4.12),(15.81 ±4.78)) respectively (P< 0.01 ).Conclusion Remitted depressive patients with personality disorders have more cognitive distortions than those without personality disorders.

Chinese Health Economics 2013;(12):85-86
The medical equipment benefit evaluation analysis has become an important constituent of cost and medical equipment management. It can not only use the economic benefit index to estimate the service condition of equipment, but also form the comprehensive evaluation system with basic of economic benefit evaluation and auxiliary of science study. Based on comprehensive evaluation result, to search the weakness of equipment utilization and promote the overall development of hospitals and clinics orderly.

Chinese Journal of Blood Transfusion 1988;0(03):-
Objective To estimate the efficacy and safety of cryopreserved platelets in surgical patients. Methods 238 patients in recent years with hemorrhage or high risk of hemorrhage induced by thrombocytopenia or functional platelet defects during or after surgery, who had been transfused with cryopreserved platelets, were included in our study. The following items were recorded: bleeding time before and two hours after transfusion of cryopreserved platelets; the persist time of blood oozing from wound after transfusion; platelet count before and one hour after transfusion; platelet count before and immediately after surgery; and the number of patients with adverse transfusion reactions. The hemostatic efficacy was judged by the bleeding time and platelet count change. Results Bleeding times before and two hours after cryopreserved platelets transfusion were (9?3)min,(4?2)min respectively; blood oozing from wound stopped 0.5~2 hours after transfusion; the platelet level was elevated by(5~42)?10 9/L one hour after transfusion; the postoperative platelet count was decreased by(130?69)?10 9/L compared to preoperative count; four patients had urticaria and five had febrile reaction. The hemostatic efficacy was 95%(226/238) Conclusion Cryopreserved platelets function immediately to bring about the cessation of blood oozing from the wound, and elevation of peripheral blood platelet count.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(09):-
Stenting is one of the effective approaches in the treatment of cerebrovascular stenosis. It may reduce the risk of ischemic stroke in patients with symptomatic and asymptomatic cerebrovascular stenosis. With the increasing number of stenting procedures in the treatment of cerebrovascular stenosis, various complications have received attention. This article reviews some common complications and their management.

Journal of Interventional Radiology 1992;0(01):-
Objective To observe the effect of iodized oil on radiofrequency thermal ablation (RFA) of hepatic neoplasms by using a cluster array of ten separate electrodes. Methods The patients were divided into 2 groups, group A with transcatheter hepatic artery embolization, group B without transcatheter hepatic artery embolization. All patients were undergone radiofrequency ablation of hepatic neoplasms. Results The time of RFA for group A was (9?2.1) minutes, showing the diameter of necrosis of (5.3?1.4)cm. The time of RFA for group B was (1.6?4.6) minutes demonstrating the diameter of necrosis of (3.5?1.8)cm (P

Chinese Mental Health Journal 1989;0(03):-
Objective: To investigate the prevalence, clinical characters and related factors of somatoform disorder in general hospital ward. Methods:By the SD criterion of ICD-10 and the Questionnaire for Inpatients we screened the somatoform disorder patients in general hospital wards, and compared psychosomatic symptoms of the SD patients and the patients with physical disease by SCL-90 scale.Results:42 inpatients were diagnosed as SD among 1012 inpatients. The most common somatic symptoms of SD included chronic pain, gastrointestinal and parasympathetic symptoms. SD inpatients were younger than body disease inpatients(t=2.32,P
