Objective To investigate the clinical research and effectiveness in double interventional therapy of middle or advanced stage hepatocellular carcinoma through liver arterial and portal vein. Methods Total of 86 patients of middle or advanced stage hepatocellular carcinoma divided into two groups. Group A double interventional therapy through liver arterial and portal vein chemotherapy and embolization 43 patients, Group B alone interventional therapy through liver arterial chemotherapy and embolization 43 patients.Results The Short-term effective rate was 86.1% and 69.8% in group A and group B, The Secondary operation rate was 16.2% and 4.7% in group A and group B, there was a significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of double interventional therapy through liver arterial and portal vein on middle or advanced stage hepatocellular carcinoma, is better than that of alone interventional therapy through liver arterial.

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tuina(Chinese therapeutic massage),basically Yi Zhi Chan pushing at Baliao points in the treatment of functional constipation in infants and children aged 1-3 years old. Methods:Seventy kids were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Tuina manipulation,while the observation group was treated with Tuina manipulation based on Yi Zhi Chan pushing at Baliao points.Both groups were treated once every other day,with 10 times as 1 course of treatment.The score on the self-developed constipation rating scale and clinical efficacy were compared after 1 course of treatment. Results:The total effective rate was 90.6%in the observation group and 76.7%in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of defecation difficulty in the children in the observation group was milder than that in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion:Tuina manipulation based on Yi Zhi Chan pushing at Baliao points can significantly improve the degree of defecation difficulty in children,and the total effective rate is better than that of conventional Tuina manipulation.

Objective To investigate the effect of somatic sense interactive game Kinect on executive dysfunction for patients with stroke. Methods 78 inpatients with first stroke were divided into intervention group and control group, and 35 cases in the intervention group and 36 cases in the control group finished the study. The control group accepted conventional rehabilitation, and the intervention group played the game of Sailing for Gold Coins and Golf of the Kinect in addition. They were assessed with Behavioral Assessment of Dysexecutive Syndrome (BADS) before and 4 weeks after intervention. Results The difference of scores of all the sub-scales and total of BADS before and after intervention were more in the intervention group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The somatic sense interactive game Kinect can be used to improve the executive function of the patients with stroke.

Objective To compare the clinical effectiveness of ozone (O_3) nucleus pulposus ablation only with that of 03 nucleus pulposus ablation combined with intervertebral facet joint injection of compound Betamethasome in treating lumbar disk herniation accompanied with intervertebral facet arthritis. Methods Eighty patients with lumbar disk herniation and intervertebral facet arthritis were equally and randomly divided into two groups. Under CT guidance, O_3 nucleus pulposus ablation was performed in patients of group A(n = 40), while O_3 nucleus pulposus ablation combined with intervertebral facet joint injection of compound Betamethasome (0.5 ～ 1 ml) was carried out in patients of group B (n = 40). Using double blind method the therapeutic effectiveness was evaluated before and 1 week, 3, 6-months after the procedure by an Oswestry Low Back Pain Disability Questionnaire. Results One week after the procedure the effective rate of group A and group B was 65% and 82.5% respectively. Three and six months after the treatment, the effective rate was 75% and 70% respectively for group A, while it was 90% and 92.5% respectively for group B. The difference between two groups was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion lntradiscal injection of O_3 combined with intervertebral facet joint injection of compound Betamethasome is an effective and safe treatment for lumbar disk herniation accompanied with intervertebral facet arthritis. It is worth popularizing this technique in clinical practice.

Objective To develop a method for simultaneous determination of 4 compounds in Zhizhu Pills by HPLC.Method Reversed-phase HPLC was used to determine the content of the compounds such as hesperidin,naringin,neohesperidin and atractylenolideⅠ.The column was symmetry C18(250 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m) with temperature of 30 ℃.Methanol-0.095 %phosphoric acid solution served as the mobile phase by gradient elution.The wavelength of detection was set at 283 nm and 224 nm.The injection volume was 10 ?L and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results Hesperidin,naringin,neohesperidin and atractylenolideⅠin Zhizhu Pills can be isolated completely.Three batches of samples were determined and the recoveries of naringin,hesperidin,neohesperidin and atractylenolideⅠwere 98.81 %(RSD=1.11 %,n=6),100.63 %(RSD=1.90 %,n=6),99.32 %(RSD=1.44 %,n=6) and 99.65 %(RSD=1.53 %,n=6) respectively.Conclusion This method is accurate,reliable and with good reproducibility.It can be used for the quality control of Zhizhu Pills.

This study examined the effect of P85 (a pluronic block copolymer) and microbubble (MB) ultrasound contrast agents under ultrasound irradiation on gene transfection and expression. The pEGFP plasmids that can encode enhanced green fluorescent protein (pEGFP) served as a report gene and were mixed with different concentrations of MB/0.05% (w/v) P85. Then the plasmids were transfected into human hepatoma G2 (HepG2) cells. The HepG2 cells treated with MB/P85 or without treatment were exposed to ultrasound (US parameters: 1 MHz, 1.0 W/cm(2), 20 s, 20% duty cycle). Twenty-four hours later, the transfection efficiency was assessed by fluorescence microscopy and fluorescence activated cell sorting (FACS) analysis. The cell viability was evaluated by Trypan blue exclusion test. The results showed that the gene transfection efficiency in HepG2 cells under ultrasound irradiation was significantly higher than that without ultrasound irradiation. HepG2 cells in the MB or P85 group in the absence of ultrasound expressed less amount of green fluorescent protein. The expression efficiency reached (22.14±3.06)% and the survival rate was as high as (55.73±3.32)% in the 30% MB plus P85 group. It was concluded that MB and P85 in the presence of ultrasound can enhance gene transfection and expression.

Objective To detect fibrillin-1 gene (FBN1) mutations in patients with Marfan syndrome (MFS) by denaturing high-pedormance liquid chromatography (DHPLC) and DNA sequencing. Methods Genomic DNA was extracted from whole blood sample of 22 MFS patients. All 65 exens of FBN1 were amplified by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) respectively. Mutations were screened by DHPLC followed by DNA sequencing of the PCR products which showed different DHPLC profiles from the normals. Results Ten mutations of the FBN1 were found in 9 MFS patients. The mutations comprised four missense[5015G > C(C1672S),5309G > A(C1770Y),7241G > A(A2414G) and 7769G > A(C2590Y)], four nonsense [3295G > T ( E1099X ), 430"/insTCGT (G1441X), 4621C > T ( R1541X ) and 8080C > T (A2694X)], and two splice site mutations (IVS29 + 4A > T and IVSSO + 1G > A). Conclusion It is suggested that DHPLC coupled with DNA sequencing is an efficient method for the detection of FBN1 gene mutations, and it may be useful in diagnosis of MFS.

Objective:To study the changes of left atrial volume and function in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) by three-dimensional echocardiography (3DE) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).Methods:Thirty-one patients with AMI in Henan People′s Hospital from March to October 2020 were selected as AMI group and 30 healthy subjects were selected as control group.The left atrial maximum volume (LAVmax), minimum volume (LAVmin), presystolic volume (LAVpre), volume index(LAVI), emptying volume (LAEV), ejection fraction (LAEF), long axis and circumferential strain (LASr, LASr-c; LAScd, LAScd-c; LASct, LASct-c) were measured by two-dimensional echocardiography (2DE), 3DE left atrial automatic quantitative technique and CMR.The differences of left atrial indices between two groups and among 2DE, 3DE left atrial automatic quantitative and CMR techniques were compared. Pearson correlation coefficient and Bland-Altman analysis were used to compare 2DE, 3DE left atrial automatic quantitative and CMR. Intra-observer and inter-observer repeatability of 2DE, 3DE left atrial automatic quantitative technique and CMR were evaluated by intra-group correlation coefficient (ICC).Results:①Compared with the control group: LAVmax, LAVmin, LAVpre, LAVI, LASct and LASct-c by 3DE left atrial automatic quantitative increased, while LAEV, LAEF, LASr, LASr-c, LAScd and LAScd-c by 3DE left atrial automatic quantitative technique decreased in AMI group (all P<0.05). ②LAVmax, LAVmin, LAVpre, LASr, LAScd, LASct measured by 3DE left atrial automatic quantitative were more strongly related to CMR than that measured by 2DE(all P<0.05). Compared with CMR, 2DE underestimated LAVmax, LAVmin, LAVpre, LASr, LAScd, LASct by (8.01±4.01)ml, (9.03±4.15)ml, (7.26±2.09 )ml, (7.26±1.23)%, (5.02±1.08)%, (6.24±0.43)%(all P<0.05); 3DE left atrial automatic quantitative technique underestimated LAVmax, LAVmin, LAVpre, LASr, LAScd, LASct by (1.67±0.62)ml, (1.95±0.90)ml, (2.52±0.76)ml, (1.97±0.59)%, (2.03±0.39)%, (1.02±0.30)% (all P>0.05); The time-consuming of 2DE and 3DE left atrial automatic quantitative technique was reduced, and the time-consuming of 3DE left atrial automatic quantitative technique was less than 2DE [(12.18±3.24)s vs (73.34±10.37)s]. ③The reproducibility of 2DE, 3DE left atrial automatic quantitative technique and CMR measurement within and between observers were good. Conclusions:3DE left atrial automatic quantitative technique can effectively evaluate the changes of left atrial volume and function in patients with AMI. Compared with 2DE and CMR, it is simple, rapid, accurate and repeatable, which provides a new and effective method for clinical study of cardiovascular diseases.

Objective To develop the Chinese version of mini-Balance Evaluation Systems Test (mini-BESTest) and evaluate its reliability. Methods Chinese version of mini-BESTest was developed following the process of translation, reverse translation, cultural adaptation and pre-experiment. 61 Chinese patients with stroke were tested with it by 2 testers, and 30 patients in them were tested again in 48 h. The inter-class coefficient (ICC) of testers and test-retest, and the Cronbach's α among the total score and 4 factors scores were calculated. Results The ICC of testers of 4 factors were 0.856- 0.978 (P<0.01), ICC of test- retest were 0.795- 0.951 (P<0.01). The Cronbach's α were 0.794-0.905 (P<0.01). Conclusion The Chinese version of mini-BEStest is reliable for patients with stroke.
