Objective To research the relationship between hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and serum free estriol 3 (FE3) and explore its impact on pregnancy outcome. Methods Clinical data of 117 hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and 165 normal pregnant women were retrospectivly analyzed.Chemiluminescence immunoassay determination of maternal serum FE3 also had been conducted. Then analyzing the correlation between hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and FE3 and its impact on pregnancy outcomes. Results LDL cholesterol and the level of creatinine of observation group were significantly lower than the control group(t =3.129,9.372,all P < 0.05),while blood pressure, triglycerides,HDL,and 24-hour urinary protein content were significantly higher than control groug(t =7.361,2.398,2.833,all P < 0.05).The FE3 level of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (t =2.913,P < 0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between the FE3 level of normal pregnant women and their gestational age (r =0.937,P < 0.05).The probabilities of premature birth, premature rupture of membranes, postpartum hemorrhage, and neonatal asphyxia of observation group were significantly higher than amtrol group (x2 =3.912,3.879,4.267,6.935,all P < 0.05).Conclusion There is a significant correlation between hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and FE3,which has an important significance on monitoring the health status of pregnant women and the fetal-placental function.

Objective To explore the connections between psychological intervention and pregnancy outcome of preg nant women with advanced maternal age. Methods All 196 primipara with advanced maternal age who received antenatal examination and gave birth to children in our hospital were randomly allocated to observation group(n=98)and control group(n=98). The control group received routine nursing while the observation group received psychological interven-tion. Mental conditions, pregnancy outcome and related complications were compared and analyzed between the two groups of pregnant women before and after the intervention. Results Scores of SCL-90 and Athens insomnia scale in the observation group after the intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.01);all new-borns delivered by primipara with advanced ma ter nal age were alive; rate of natural childbirth in observation group(70.41%)was significantly higher than that in the control group (27.55%),and the difference was statistically signifi-cant (χ2=21.562,P<0.01). Rate of cesarean section in the control group (68.37%) was significantly higher than that in the observation group (27.55%), and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=15.208, P<0.01). Incidence of complications such as hypertension, premature birth, postpartum hemorrhage and full-term infants with low birth weight in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention is capable of effectively improving the mental status of preg-nant women with advanced maternal age,and therefore ameliorates the pregnancy outcome.

The etiology of tumors is complex and influenced by multiple factors, including the host and environmental conditions. Allergy is primarily driven by the immune response of helper T cell 2 (Th2). Research has shown that the Th2 immune response is closely related to tumors, which is specifically manifested through Th2 antibodies, allergy-related effector cells and mediators within the tumors, as well as tumor immune-related functions. This internal interaction mechanism will increase the complexity and challenges associated with the clinical diagnosis and treatment of tumors and allergy. The formation of allergic constitution is shaped by both congenital and acquired factors, and its physical state is closely linked to the occurrence and progression of allergic diseases. Therefore, this paper aims to explore the relationship between tumors and allergic reactions from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) constitution theory. Based on the four basic principles of the TCM constitution, including endowment inheritance theory, environment constraint theory, body-spirit composition theory, and life process theory, this exploration will focus on four aspects: genetic factors and internal disease causes, inflammatory environments and functional regulation, psychological disorders and emotional pathogenesis, as well as age structure and disease risk. Furthermore, from the perspective of constitution-disease relation of chronic disease prevention, this paper will discuss the significant importance of adjusting allergic constitution to improve both subjective symptoms and objective indicators of allergic reactions in tumor patients.
