Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(19):2927-2930
Objective To explore the value of the joint space in the prediction and evaluation of cervical vertigo(CV).Methods 45 CV patients were selected in our hospital from May 2011 to March 2015 as the observation group, and 45 healthy people in our hospital were selected as control group in the same period. The differences of atlas axis joint space including the atlantodental interval(ADI),LADI and VBLADI between the two groups were measured by three dimensional CT,evaluated the difference of indexes of joint space,CV symptom and function score of patients in observation group before treatment and 3 weeks after treatment were observed by CV symptom and function assess-ment scale, and analyzed theirs correlation. Results The differences of ADI and VBLADI between the two groups were statistically significant(t =3.430,87.753,all P <0.05 ).The vertigo, neck pain, headache, daily life and psychological of work and social adaptive capacity scores,ADI and VBLADI levels in the observation group were significantly decreased after treatment(t =67.236,31.795,25.198,18.494,19.180,98.194,10.972,75.895,all P <0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the ADI,VBLADI and the indexes scores of CV symptoms and function were positively correlated(r =0.456,0.829,0.578,0.456,0.378,all P <0.05;r =0.512,0.398,0.782,0.412, 0.477,0.891,all P <0.05).Conclusion Axial joint disease is an important factor in the pathogenesis of CV,and there is a significant correlation between the axial joint space and CV,which can be used as a predictive index for the assessment and treatment of patients with CV.
6.Demineralized bone matrix as a bone tissue engineering scaffold material
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2014;(3):426-431
BACKGROUND:Demineralized bone matrix as bone tissue engineering biological scaffold material is more researched currently, which has osteoinductive and osteoconductive.
OBTECTIVE:To summarize the development of demineralized bone matrix as bone tissue engineering scaffold material and to prospect its trend.
METHODS:The relative literatures addressing demineralized bone matrix as bone tissue engineering scaffold material published between January 1965 and May 2013 in PubMed database, Chinese Biomedical Database, Wanfang Database and FMJS database were searched by the first author. The key words were“demineralized bone matrix, scaffold material, growth factor, cells, drugs”in English and Chinese. According to the inclusion criteria, repetitive researches were excluded, and final y 34 articles were included.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Scaffold material is the key composition of tissue engineered bone, and only demineralized bone matrix has both osteoinductive and osteoconductive properties which cannot only provide space for bone repair, but also can be combined with bioactive factors, living cells, antibiotics in vitro to construct bone graft thereby promoting healing of bone defects. However, this technique is also facing some problems to be solved such as the ratio of demineralized bone matrix and various substances, disinfection, preservation of osteogenetic activity and antigenicity elimination. Sufficiently understanding demineralized bone matrix as bone tissue engineering scaffold can provide a theoretical basis for its clinical service.
7.A preliminary study of improving the System B root canal filling technique
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2001;0(03):-
Objective:To combine the cold lateral condensation with System B root canal filling techniques in order to increase the amount of gutta-percha to fit different canal that could improve percentage of gutta-percha-filled area(PGFA)and decrease the probability of apical extrusion. Methods: Two groups of extracted human canines (total 80) were prepared by modified double-flared technique and filled with gutta-percha by System B technique and the combined technique respectively. The overfilling samples were collected. A horizontal section was cut 1.5 mm from the apical foramen of each tooth. The cross-sectional area of the canal and the gutta-percha was measured using an image-analysis program. The PGFA was then calculated. Results:Overfilling rate in the combined technique group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P
8.Constructing ICU scheduling mode by two-way selection and decentralized management
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2017;33(7):539-541
Objective To explore nursing scheduling mode in ICU. Methods Grouping was carried out on the basis of nursing decentralized management and the two-way selection between group heads and group members. The research target was the 60 nurses in ICU. Degrees of the nurses' job satisfaction and changes of nursing quality before and after grouping were compared and analyzed. Results The general degree of the nurses' satisfaction towards scheduling was (3.75±0.70) points before grouping while (4.30±0.50) points six months after grouping. The difference had the statistical significance (t=6.5645, P < 0.01);the scores of nursing quality check on classification management, ward management, nursing security, emergency management and hospital infection management were (91.97±1.47), (93.07± 1.66), (93.43 ± 1.50), (94.03 ± 1.10), (94.07 ± 1.39) points respectively before grouping and (95.08 ± 1.63), (95.77±1.55), (96.07±1.41), (97.37±1.56) and (97.07±1.48) points respectively six months after grouping. The differences had the statistical significance (t=6.5192-10.9934, P<0.01). Conclusions The two-way selection among nurses and decentralized management grouping can improve the degree of nurses′job satisfaction and nursing quality.
