1.Arsenic Levels in Hair and Urine Before and After Water Supply Improved in Endemic Arsenism Areas in Xinjiang
Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(05):-
Objective To know the effect of water supply improvement on prevention and control of the endemic arsenism. Methods 35 residents aged 45-65 years (21 male, 14 female) in a high arsenic area were selected for determination of urine arsenic, 21 residents aged 45-65 years (14 male, 7 female) in another high arsenic area for determination of hair arsenic and the residents in the control area were also selected. Results 16 years after the water supply improved (concentration of arsenic
2.Problems and Countermeasures of Experimental Teaching for Medical Laboratory Instruments
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(10):-
Objective: To investigate the problems and improve the quality of experimental teaching for medical laboratory instruments.Method: A questionnaire was made among 100 laboratory medicine students in Chongqing University of Medical Sciences.Result: About eighty-six percent of the students were satisfied with the experimental teaching for medical laboratory instruments, but there were still problems: absence of clear objectives in experimental teaching;shortage of activity of medical laboratory instruments experiment;lack of modern large-scale instruments. Conclusion: the key points to improve experimental teaching quality are to set up clear experimental teaching objective;update instruments for experimental teaching;structure simulator laboratory with modern education simulator technology.
3.Discussion on the Elective Course of Clinical Laboratory Management
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(07):-
Students will be familiar with the major contents of clinical laboratory management, such as clinical laboratory quality management, laboratory creature safety containment, clinical laboratory accredit action through the course of clinical laboratory management for laboratory medicine students.Meanwhile,by continuously perfecting the teaching contents and methods, students' satisfaction with this course has been improved, and they pay more attention and give higher appraisement to this course.
4.DIRECTIONAL INDUCEMENT OF SCIATIC NERVE DERIVED DIFFUSIBLE FACTORS ON REGENERATING AXONS OF ADULT FROGS
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1955;0(03):-
Objective To study the effects of directional inducement of factors produced by injured sciatic nerve on the regenerating axons of adult frog in vivo. Methods Conditioned medium with fraction of 30kD to 100kD was obtained from sciatic nerve of adult frog and pumped out and formed a gradient of concentration toward the end of central nerve stump of cutaneous pectoris nerve with different distances and angles by miniosmotic pumps. After 28\|35 days, the chest tissue was dissected and stained with immunocytochemistry to show the regenerated motor\|axons and the directional value is analyzed. Results The regenerated motor axons grew obviously towards the tip of the cannula with high concentration of CM.The directional value is 0\^84 whereas the value is 0\^04 with random direction. The average directional value between the two groups is significant and is not influenced by the distances and angles of the cannula to the nerve stump. Conclusion Damaged peripheral nerve can produce diffusible active factors with molecular weight between 30kD to 100kD,which induce the directional outgrowth of regenerating motor axons from sectioned nerve stump of adult frogs in vivo. 5.Analysis of health seeking behavior based on the planned-action theory in rural area of China
Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2004;0(03):-
Objective:To explore the influencing factors on patients' health seeking behavior in rural China by employing the theory of planned action. Methods:Data from cross-sectional household-based health survey carried out in 2008 were used in the study.Correlations between outcomes and explanatory variables were studied by Logistic regression. Results:The studying population included 19 389 adult patients over the age of 15.Illness awareness, medical experience and structural restriction factors had strong effect on whether the patients chose medical service.Pepople in different socioeconomical status suffered different influences. Conclusion:Responding to the changing trend of health service demand among rural residents,we should recognize the differentiation and allocate the healthcare resources more rationally.
6.Clinical Observation of Zishen Jianpi Huoxue Decoction Combined with Xiaoxintong Capsule in the Treat-ment of Type 2 Diabetes Complicating with Silent Myocardial Ischemia
China Pharmacy 2016;27(17):2405-2406,2407
OBJECTIVE:To observe clinical efficacy and safety of Zishen jianpi huoxue decoction combined with Xiaoxintong capsule in the treatment of type 2 diabetes complicating with silent myocardial ischemia (SMI). METHODS:126 patients with type 2 diabetes complicating with SMI were selected and randomly divided into control group(62 case)and observation group(64 cases). Both group were given diet guidance and hypoglycemic drugs as sulfonylureas, biguanides. Control group was given Xiaox-intong capsule 10 mg,tid;observation group was additionally given Zishen jianpi huoxue decoction 400-500 ml,bid. Both groups received treatment for 7 d. Therapeutic efficacy of thoracic obstruction, improvement of coronary artery branch stenosis and times and duration of electrocardiogram ST segment low voltage outlet were observed in 2 groups. ADR was compared between 2 groups. RESULTS:Therapeutic efficacy of thoracic obstruction and improvement of coronary artery branch stenosis in observation group were significantly better than in control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);the times and duration of electrocardiogram ST segment low voltage outlet in observation group were significantly lesser shorter than in control group, with statistical signifi-cance (P<0.05). No obvious ADR was found in 2 groups. CONCLUSIONS:Zishen jianpi huoxue decoction complicating with Xiaoxintong capsule shows significantly therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of type 2 diabetes complicating with SMI with good safety.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(1):33-34
Objective To explore the clinical significance of blood serum AFP determination in gravis type viral hepatitis. Methods The level of blood serum AFP was determined by radioimmunoassay in 85 eases of gravis type viral hepatitis, and its change was observed in a dynamic state. Results The abnormality rate of AFP was 83. 6% in the patients of gravis type viral hepatitis. The abnormality rate of AFP in acute gravis type viral hepatitis was significantly lower than that in suhacute severe hepatitis and chronic severe hepatitis(P < 0.01). The survival rate in the team with high level of AFP was significantly higher than that of teams with normal or low level of AFP(P <0.01~0.05) in the patients of gravis type viral hepatitis. The blood serum AFP level in the survivors was significant-ly higher than that of the death in the patients of gravis type viral hepatitis(P <0.01). Conclusions The blood ser-um AFP determination in gravis type viral hepatitis, can be used as a sensitive index for prognosis. A high level of AFP indicates that the hepatic cells regeneration is active and the prognosis is relatively better.

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2001;17(3):277-280
Obese gene was cloned and its protein product which named leptin was found to be expressed specially in fat tissues in 1994. As a metabolic signal of reproductive system, leptin reflects the situations of nutrition and energy, which the body supplys to the brain, and stimulates reproductive endocrinology system, then regulates the functions of reproduction through hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis. The present status of leptin in this field was reviewed.

International Journal of Surgery 2014;41(7):490-494
Gastrin is mainly secreted by the G cells in antrum and the upper part of small intestine.Gastrin receptor distributes in various tissues.Gastrin and its receptor have several functions including regulating cell growth and differentiation, inhibiting apoptosis, promoting cell proliferation, invasion and metastasis.Studies have shown that gastrin and its receptor involve with various cancers occurrence and development.Gastrin and its receptor can be used to diagnosis early gastric cancer, and be used as a potential targets in gastric carcinoma treatment. The relationship of gastrin and its receptor with gastric carcinoma were reviewed in this paper.
