1.The relationship between the mean platelet volume and the rate of ocuration of sub-acute thrombosis in patients after PCI
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2012;19(10):1464-1465
ObjectiveTo observe the relationship between the mean platelet volume (MPV) and stent thrombosis(ST) in patients after percutaneous coronary interventional procedures (PCI),to determine a concise and high-risk indicator to predict thrombosis in the patients after PCI.MethodsTo determine the MPV from 229 patients after PCI.The patients with MPV significantly increased were sekected as the observation group, the patients with normal MPV were selected as the control group. The stsituation in the two groups of ST was observed. The values in the two grups were analyzed.ResultsThe ST rate of control group was 1.22%,which was lower than that of the observation group(6.15% )( x2 =4.02,P < 0.05 ).ConclusionThe value of MPV increased was a risk factor for patients with thrombosis after PCI.Taking effective and timely adjustment of antithrombotic treatment options had an important clinical significance to prevent ST occur in patients after PCI.

ObjectiveTo determine the dose of butorphanol at which 50% and 95% effective dose (ED50 and ED95) of patients inhibition uterine contraction pain on analgesic artificial abortion. Methods Twenty-six patients undergoing analgesic artificial abortion were sequentially given different doses butorphanol so that the ED50 and ED95 could be determined by up-and-down sequential test.Anesthetic depth was observed when giving propofol with 200 mg/min speed, uterine contraction pain at awaking immediately,10,20 min after awaleing.Data was analyzed by Probit regression analysis for calculating ED50 and ED95..ResultsButorphanol could restrain uterine contraction pain on analgesic artificial abortion and the ED50 was 246 μg with the 95% confidence interval of 201 μg to 281 μg,the ED95 was 324 μg with the 95% confidence interval of 287 μg to 548 μg.ConclusionED50 and ED95 value can be expected as a parameter to optimize analgesic artificial abortion.

Objective To compare the traditional anterior transposition and anterior subcutaneous with blood supply of the ulnar nerve for the treatment of cubital tunnel syndrome. Methods Eighty cases with cubital tunnel syndrome were enrolled in the retrospective study from January 2009 to March 2013,40 cases (control group) were treated by traditional anterior transposition while the others (observation group) were treated by anterior subcutaneous with blood supply.According to the evaluation criteria of ulnar nerve, evaluated the function of patients and compared the scores of two groups and the improved rate of different level patients. Results The scores of two groups before surgery were (3.6 ± 0.4),(3.7 ± 0.5) scores, after surgery were (7.5 ± 0.9),(7.4 ± 0.6) scores respectively, there was significant difference between two groups before and after surgery (P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between two groups (P >0.05).The improved rate of observation group was 87.5% (35/40),which was higher than that of control group [85.0% (34/40)],but without statistical difference (P > 0.05).In two groups the patients with middle scores showed no statistical significance in improved rate [90.0% (27/30) vs.96.4% (27/28)] (P > 0.05).Two treatments showed a significant difference for the low scores patients 8/10 vs.7/12 (P <0.05).Conclusion Anterior subcutaneous with blood supply of the ulnar nerve is better than traditional anterior transposition for the gross cubital tunnel syndrome patients.

After an evaluation system of intellectual property rights in tea industry was constructed according to the investigation of literature and networks , the development of intellectual property rights in tea industry of China from 2004 to 2013 was analyzed , which showed that although the comprehensive strength of intellectual property rights in tea industry of China has steadily increased , a number of problems still exist such as its copyright , trademark rights, geographical indications, intangible cultural heritage, and new plant strain rights.Further analysis of patent invention rights, practical patents, and outward appearance designs showed that the number of tea processing patent inventions is the largest with a stable patent right, followed by tea processing and tea sets, tea sets and tea pack-age.Suggestions were put forward for the development of intellectual property rights in tea industry of China.

Indicators for evaluation of Chinese medicine intellectual property rights evaluation system were selected interms of patent right, copyright, trademark right, geographical mark, protection of Chinese medicine, and intangible cultural heritage to construct a Chinese medicine intellectual property rights evaluation system which is consisted of 6 class A,15 class B and 18 class C indicators .Domestic data of Chinese medicine intellectual property rights were col-lected from 2004 to 2013,the weight of each evaluation indicator was determined using standard deviation method, and the evaluation system was studied according to the weighted TOPSIS method with its rationality and practicality validated.

One alkaline protease from Actinomucor elegans AS3.2778 was purified protein. The enzyme was purified using ammonium sulfate precipitation, ion exchange chromatography, hydrophobic chromatography and size exclusion chromatography method, and its properties were also investigated. The molecular weight of this enzyme is 32 kDa with SDS-PAGE method, optimum temperature is 60℃, optimum pH is 8.5 to 10.5, it is stable in the pH range of 6.0 to 9.0 at < 40℃ temperature, and being completely inhibited by the serine protease inhibitor, PMSF, indicated that it belongs to the serine protease family. Specificity test indicated this protease has extensive selectivity to peptide bones, especially to peptide bones composed of Leucine residue.

AIM To establish a UV spectrophotometry for the determination of arsenic in Jiuji Xingjun Capsules. METHODS Arsenic was transformed into hydrogen arsenide, then silver diethyldithiocarbamate was reduced for colloid silver by hydrogen arsenide, its absorbance was determined at the wavelength of 507 nm. RESULTS The linearity range of curve was 0.5-4.5 ?g?mL -1 ( r =0.999 5, n =7),The average recovery was 100.11 % ( RSD =1.64 T《B》 % , n =15). CONCLUSION This method is rapid and accurate.

Objective To summarize the various acute abdomen manifestation of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and their diagnosis and treatment. Methods Twenty SLE patients with AA were analysed and 35 year′s literature was reviewed. Results Most AA were of active SLE (70%),others were of non SLE related disease (30%).Cause of these cases was diversified, which often lead to misdiagnosis.Making correct diagnosis as early as possible was the key point to improve the patient′s survival rate. Conclusion SLE with AA indicates a critical condition.Investigating the cause of AA and working out appropriate treatment measures are most important.
