2.Survey of Bacterial Antibiotics Resistance and Antibiotics Application in Orthopedics Infection
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(10):-
Objective The antibiotics resistance of common bacteria in orthopedics infection was investigated to guide rational application of antibiotics in treating infection disease. Methods Totally 500 secretions samples from orthopedic inpatients between June 2005 and June 2007 were cultured aerobically. The results of bacterial culture, antibiotics resistance of common bacteria and antibiotics application were analyzed. Results 43 kinds,248 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected, and 52.8% of them were Gram-negative bacteria. The result of drug sensitive tests indicates that resistance of common antibiotics has been increasing. Conclusion Gram-negative bacilli dominate the pathogenic bacteria in orthopedics patients and it tends to increase;while incidence of infections by Gram-positive cocci is lower. Some pathogenic strains acquire higher resistance against those antibiotics which were effective in the past.Antibiotics application in clinical practice is far from rational, and the irrationality is characterized by high antibiotics use rate, high star point, prolonged postoperative medication, excessive drug combination etc.
3.Analysis of Related Factors in Compliance of Stroke Patients by Acupuncture Treatment
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2015;(7):562-565
[Objective] To survey the compliance and related factors of our hospital stroke patients by acupuncture treatment in recent years. [Method] Selection of stroke patients with stable vital signs after rehabilitation treatment from Jan.1,2012 to Dec.31,2013 in our hospital as the objects of study, the demographic characteristics of patients were collected by hospital information system, the injury degree of living ability, depression and the degree of family support for patients were assessed by recovery scale, and the correlation between above factors and compliance were analyzed by comprehensive statistical software.[Result] In 168 patients, only 72 (42.86%) patients had a good compliance, the compliance of women was better than that of men(χ2=7.74, P=0.005), the compliance of better educated patients was better than that of less educated patients(P<0.05), the compliance of mental health patients was better than that of depressive patients(OR=1.731, P=0.031), the compliance of family support condition rated as good patients was better than that of other patients(OR=1.070, P=0.014), and other influence of factors on compliance had not a statistically significance(P>0.05). [Conclusion] The patients with better education, better family economic condition, milder depression and more families support, had the better compliance. In the course of daily acupuncture treatment, the medical staff should pay more attention to the health education to the patients and their families in order to help patients have a good attitude for treatment; the psychological care should be implemented and patients mentality should be adjusted at any time; a good family and social support system for patients should be built by the help of medical staff.
4.Research on the evaluation of clinical departments' medical work performance
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2010;26(12):942-945
Objective To explore and establish an evaluation index system of clinical departments' medical work performance mainly based on workload and the quality of work. Methods Literature method and a variety of statistical methods were applied to establish index system, the principal component analysis and TOPSIS method were used to give an statistical analysis. Results There was a positive correlation between the comprehensive evaluation value of medical work performance of non-surgical and surgical departments and the balance of financial revenue and expenditure of the departments. The pearson correlations of these two kinds of departments were 0.570 and 0.287, and the non-parametric correlations were 0. 427 and 0.566. Conlusion The index system and evaluation results of this study can provide reference for the allocation of allowances.
5.Clinical Application of the Alginate Microglobe Particles in Partial Splenic Embolization for Hypersplenism in Cirrhosis
Journal of Practical Radiology 1991;0(03):-
Objective To elevate the efficacy and complications of partial splenic embolization(PSE) using the alginate microglobe(AMG) as embolic material for hypersplenism in cirrhosis. Methods 42 patients with hypersplenism and cirrhosis were treated by PSE,AMG of 250~450 ?m were injected into the arteries of inferior splenic pole, the embolization degree was ranging from 40% to 70%.Results 42 times of embolization were performed in 42 patients, after operation, 35 patients had fever and lasted for 3~15 d,38 patients had abdominal pain,of them, 27 patients needed treatment with analgesic.Treatable a little hydrothorax appeared in 6 ,and no serious complication occurred.WBC and PLT counts were increased 24 hour later(P
6.Effect of leupeptin, TLCK and lactoferrin on tryptase release from human colon mast cells
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;0(07):-
AIM: To investigate the ability of leupeptin, TLCK and lactoferrin on tryptase release from human colon mast cells. METHODS: Human mast cells were dispersed from colon tissue with collagenase and hyaluronidase, and were challenged with stimulus for 15 min at 37 ℃. Tryptase concentrations were measured with a sandwich ELISA procedure. RESULTS: Leupeptin, TLCK and lactoferrin were not able to provoke significant tryptase release from human colon mast cells. But they were able to inhibit anti-IgE and calcium ionophore (CI)-induced tryptase release in a concentration-dependent manner. Preincubation of inhibitors of leupeptin and TLCK with cells for 20 min before challenging with anti-IgE failed to enhance their inhibitory actions. The extent of inhibition by leupeptin was increased when colon mast cells were preincubated for 20 min before CI being added. However, the same treatment failed to improve the action of TLCK. CONCLUSION: We found for the first time that leupeptin, TLCK and lactoferrin were able to inhibit anti-IgE and calcium ionophore-induced tryptase release from human colon mast cells, which may indicate a potential of a novel therapy for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease or other mast cells-related diseases.
7.The roles of IL-17,18,23,25 in the allergic diseases
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;0(10):-
Many newly discovered interleukins have been implicated to play an important role in the pathogenesis of the allergic diseases, for example, human interleukin (IL)-17, a T-cell derived cytokine; interleukin (IL)-18, an interferon (IFN)-gamma-inducing cytokine; interleukin (IL)-23, produced by activated dendritic cells, and interleukin (IL)-25, a recently described T helper 2 (Th2) cell-derived cytokine. Understanding their characteristic and roles in diseases may help us to know better the mechanism of the allergic diseases and develop the strategy for treating the disease. [
