The reasons what the phenomenon of Hongbao exist are intricate and complex.The existence of the phenomenon of Hongbao blasphemes against the medical care justice,accelerate the relationship between hospital and patients tension.It will be a fact that the Chinese society unable to radical change in established period.We need to reduce the appearance of the phenomenon of Hongbao as many as possible,and prepare for eliminating the unreasonable and unjust social phenomenon finally.

This paper defines the implication of mutual love between doctors and patients,analyzes the tendency and imperfection in present physician-patient relationship,and points out that the mutual love between doctors and patients is the guarantee for a harmonious physician-patient relationship.It is not only a theoretical ideal,but also a practice of medical service.It holds to propose fair and initiative mutual love between doctors and patients in China,realize general love for all individuals by government,and strengthen the sense of love for others among all ranks of populations.

At present,the relationship between hospitals and patients is becoming increasingly tense,which makes feasible approaches of benignization of the relationship worthy of probing into.The sample survey shows that a doctor or a nurse who is able to win patients'trust should treat patients equally,respect patients'personality,enhance mutual understanding,regard patients as their relatives,possess noble professional morality and foster a nice individual image.

The characteristics and clinical application of the arrival of qi in suspended moxibustion was discussed in this paper. Through literature research and clinical practice, three aspects, including characteristics of arrival of qi in suspended moxibustion, the clinical basis regarding arrival of qi in suspended moxibustion improving therapeutic effects and how to acquire arrival of qi in suspended moxibustion, were discussed to clarify the essential role of arrival of qi in suspended moxibustion as well as its importance to the development of moxibustion medicine. The suspended moxibustion at acupoints could produce arrival of qi similar to acupuncture, which was characterized as non-local or non-superficial heat sensation such as penetrating heat, expanding heat, transmitting heat, even non-hot sensation such as aching, numbing, distending, painful, heavy, cold sensation in the applied region. It is heat-sensitive sensation phenomenon that can improve therapeutic effect in suspended moxibustion.

Objective To invetstigate the effects of right stellate ganglion block (SGB) on heart rate variability (HRV) in patients with carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum.Methods Forty ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients of both sexes,aged 39-75 yr,weighing 47-75 kg,undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy,were randomly divided into 2 groups ( n =20 each):control group (group C) and right SGB group (group SGB).Right SGB was performed with 1％ lidocaine 7 ml at 10 min before induction of anesthesia.The low frequency power ( LF),high frequency power (HF),total power (TP) and LF/HF ratio were recorded before SGB (baseline,To ),at 5 and 30 min of pneumoperitoneum (T1,2),at 5 min after deflation (T3) and at the end of operation (T4 ).The LF in normalized units (LFnu) and HF in normalized units (HFnu) were calculated.Results Compared with the baseline values at T0,LF,LFnu and LF/HF ratio were significantly increased at T1-4,HF was significantly decreased at T3,4,and HFnu was significantly decreased at T2-4 in group C,and HF was significantly increased at T1-4,HFnu was significantly increased at T2-4 and LF/HF ratio was significantly decreased at T1-4 in group SGB ( P ＜ 0.05 or 0.01 ).LF,LFnu and LF/HF ratio were significantly decreased at T1-4,and HF at T1-4 and HFnu at T2-4 were significantly increased in group SGB as compared with group C ( P ＜ 0.05 or 0.01 ).Conclusion Right SGB can not only inhibit the sympathetic activity induced by carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum,but also increase the vagal tone.

BACKGROUND:Demineralized bone matrix as bone tissue engineering biological scaffold material is more researched currently, which has osteoinductive and osteoconductive.
OBTECTIVE:To summarize the development of demineralized bone matrix as bone tissue engineering scaffold material and to prospect its trend.
METHODS:The relative literatures addressing demineralized bone matrix as bone tissue engineering scaffold material published between January 1965 and May 2013 in PubMed database, Chinese Biomedical Database, Wanfang Database and FMJS database were searched by the first author. The key words were“demineralized bone matrix, scaffold material, growth factor, cells, drugs”in English and Chinese. According to the inclusion criteria, repetitive researches were excluded, and final y 34 articles were included.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Scaffold material is the key composition of tissue engineered bone, and only demineralized bone matrix has both osteoinductive and osteoconductive properties which cannot only provide space for bone repair, but also can be combined with bioactive factors, living cells, antibiotics in vitro to construct bone graft thereby promoting healing of bone defects. However, this technique is also facing some problems to be solved such as the ratio of demineralized bone matrix and various substances, disinfection, preservation of osteogenetic activity and antigenicity elimination. Sufficiently understanding demineralized bone matrix as bone tissue engineering scaffold can provide a theoretical basis for its clinical service.

Aim To establish and evaluate a mouse model of my-ocardial fibrosis by hypodermic injection of isoprenaline. Meth-ods Kunming mice were randomly divided into 2 groups, namely, the myocardial fibrosis model group and the control group, 10 mice in each group. The mice in the model group were given isoprenaline 5 mg · kg-1 by hypodermic injection. From the following day, the dose of isoprenaline was reduced to 2. 5 mg·kg-1 , and lasted for 30 days. The mice in the control group were treated with the physiological saline in the same way. Final-ly, heart weight was then weighed and the cardiac weight index (CWI) was calculated. Hydroxyproline (Hydro) level in myo-cardium was determined by a colorimetric method. HE and Mas-son’s trichrome staining were used to estimate the extent of myo-cardial fibrosis and calculate the collagen volume fraction ( CVF) . RT-PCR was used to measure the myocardial Collagen I mRNA expression. Results Compared with the control group, the CWI and Hydro content in the myocardial tissues in the model group were increased(P<0.01). The content of col-lagen in the myocardial tissues and the CVF were increased obvi-ously(P<0.01). The RT-PCR results showed that the left ven-tricle Collagen I mRNA expression in the model group increased obviously( P<0.01 ) . Conclusion Isoprenaline-induced myo-cardial fibrosis model has been established and the method is very simple, economic and reliable.

Gallbladder stone is a common disease and frequently occurring disease in surgery.Laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery is the main treatment for gallstones,but high complications and after cholecystectomy after biliary calculi induced colon cancer incidence,high risk factors,seriously affect the quality of life of patients.With the rapid development of endoscopy,endoscopic minimally invasive cholecystolithotomy has become a new method in the treatment of gallbladder stones,major complications of endoscopic minimally invasive cholecystolithotomy for the recurrence of cholecystolithiasis,cholecystectomy and comparison,significantly reduce the complications,and the preservation of gallbladder function,improve the the quality of life in patients.Grasp the surgical indications,regulate the operation and adjuvant drug treatment can reduce the recurrence of gallbladder stones.If it can further reduce the recurrence rate of stone,it will be expected to become a good gallbladder function in patients with gallbladder stones in the treatment of priority.

Objective To explore nursing scheduling mode in ICU. Methods Grouping was carried out on the basis of nursing decentralized management and the two-way selection between group heads and group members. The research target was the 60 nurses in ICU. Degrees of the nurses' job satisfaction and changes of nursing quality before and after grouping were compared and analyzed. Results The general degree of the nurses' satisfaction towards scheduling was (3.75±0.70) points before grouping while (4.30±0.50) points six months after grouping. The difference had the statistical significance (t=6.5645, P < 0.01);the scores of nursing quality check on classification management, ward management, nursing security, emergency management and hospital infection management were (91.97±1.47), (93.07± 1.66), (93.43 ± 1.50), (94.03 ± 1.10), (94.07 ± 1.39) points respectively before grouping and (95.08 ± 1.63), (95.77±1.55), (96.07±1.41), (97.37±1.56) and (97.07±1.48) points respectively six months after grouping. The differences had the statistical significance (t=6.5192-10.9934, P<0.01). Conclusions The two-way selection among nurses and decentralized management grouping can improve the degree of nurses′job satisfaction and nursing quality.
