Objective:To explore the effectiveness and safety of simvastatin combined ezetimibe in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS).Methods:A total of 124 ACS patients complicated low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)>100 mg/dl were selected from our hospital from May 2012 to May 2013. They were randomly and equal-ly divided into rosuvastatin group (received rosuvastatin 20mg/d)and combined treatment group (received simvasta-tin 40mg/d plus ezetimibe 10mg/d),both groups were treated for one month.Blood lipid levels and incidence rates of adverse reactions were observed in two groups. Results:Compared with before treatment, after one-month treat-ment there were significant reductions in levels of LDL-C,total cholesterol (TC)and triglyceride (TG)and signifi-cant rise in levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C)in both groups (P <0.01 all),and there were no significant difference in all above blood lipid levels between two groups (P >0.05).Incidence rate of myalgia in combined treatment group was significantly lower than that of rosuvastatin group (4.8% vs.17.7%,P =0.023), but there were no significant difference in incidence rates of other adverse reactions between two groups (P >0.05 all). Conclusion:It′s effective and safe to use simvastatin combined ezetimibe in patients with acute coronary syn-drome,which is worthy extending.

Objective To optimize immunodominant protein combinations for serological screening for Cblamydia trachomatis (Ct) infection. Methods Both serum and genital swab samples were collected from 50 patients with Ct infection confirmed by colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay (GICA),and 30 GICA-negative clients without Ct infection at a sexually transmitted disease (STD) clinic in Tianjin Medical University General Hospital. The 30 serum samples from GICA-negative clients were also negative for microimmunofluorescence (MIF) assay.Eight Ct immunodominant proteins, including Pgp3,CPAF,CT143,CT101,CT694,CT875,CT813 and IncA,were selected as antigens to detect corresponding antibodies in the serum samples by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) with the Ct proteins Hsp60 and major outer membrane protein (MOMP) as references. The results of ELISA were compared with those of the traditional gold standard method MIF assay to determine the immunodominant protein combination with the highest sensitivity and specificity. Results Of the 50 serum samples from patients with Ct infection,44 were positive and 6 negative by MIF.The results of ELISA with the combination of immunodominant proteins Pgp3,CT694 and CT875 as antigens were 97.73% (43/44) consistent to those of MIF assay.Of the 30 serum samples from GICA-negative clients, all were negative by MIF.Meanwhile,no antibody was detected against any of the immunodominant proteins Pgp3,CT694 and CT875 in any of the serum samples from GICA-negative clients. Conclusions The ELISA with the combination of immunodominant proteins Pgp3,CT694 and CT875 as antigens has good sensitivity and specificity for serological screening for Ct infection, and is simple to operate and easy to popularize.

Macaque is a common animal model in drug safety assessment. Its behavior reflects its health condition before and after drug administration, which can effectively reveal the side effects of drugs. At present, researchers usually rely on artificial methods to observe the behavior of macaque, which cannot achieve uninterrupted 24-hour monitoring. Therefore, it is urgent to develop a system to realize 24-hour observation and recognition of macaque behavior. In order to solve this problem, this paper constructs a video dataset containing nine kinds of macaque behaviors (MBVD-9), and proposes a network called Transformer-augmented SlowFast for macaque behavior recognition (TAS-MBR) based on this dataset. Specifically, the TAS-MBR network converts the red, green and blue (RGB) color mode frame input by its fast branches into residual frames on the basis of SlowFast network and introduces the Transformer module after the convolution operation to obtain sports information more effectively. The results show that the average classification accuracy of TAS-MBR network for macaque behavior is 94.53%, which is significantly improved compared with the original SlowFast network, proving the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method in macaque behavior recognition. This work provides a new idea for the continuous observation and recognition of the behavior of macaque, and lays the technical foundation for the calculation of monkey behaviors before and after medication in drug safety evaluation.
